Window Genie of Atlanta Metro

I have been using them for many years. This last cleaning (which has taken almost 2 months to complete) has been a nightmare. I spoke to the office MGR (Matt) right after my initial cleaning - they did a terrible job and all windows needed to be re-done. The same crew showed up (after I asked for a different one) and they said they couldn't do it, because they didn't have their "Stuff" from the office. They showed up again today and they had to clean the windows 2 times again, to get them done. I finally put sticky notes at each speck of dirt on the window, so they would know what to clean... I still see areas they missed, and they left without cleaning the large front 2 story window in the foyer again. They also broke one of the window springs because they wanted to try and not have to go on the ladder and remove them from the inside. Now the window won't "Stay" in the up position. I'll call to see what they will do for that and keep you posted. You shouldn't have to follow them around. My time is worth way more than that.

Approximately one month ago we contacted Window Genie Atlanta to pressure wash our home and driveway. We were scheduled for Wednesday, March 31. There was rain on that particular day and a service man contacted us to say that they would not be able to come due to the weather. They said that someone from the office would be in touch that same day to re-schedule. It is now April 8 and still there has been no contact from anyone. How does one operate a business in this manner? This company clearly demonstrates gross incompetence and negligence on the part of its employees. We would never work with this company again.

On time. Courtesy call ahead of arrival. Work went smoothly and to my satisfaction. I like the use of a safety rope, a harness and a second on the rooftop for the person walking the gutters.

I went out while they were still on roof and pointed out where rain overflowed the gutter. They went back to the area already cleaned and reached down into the down spout and pulled pine straw. If I hadn't pointed that out, the down spout would not have been cleaned.

When I went to check; they didn't complete the job.

They cleaned the gutters but left a mess in our flower beds. Didn't even attempt to clean up after themselves. I guess that wasn't included in the deal.

I purchased the Angie’s list deal on June 20th to have my drive way pressure washed and selected some available dates about 2 weeks out. I did not hear from the company for two weeks and contacted them through the Angie’s List interface. They responded back asking for my phone number, after which I got a call back. The representative who called me did not know what deal I referring to. After I explained that I purchased and already paid for having my drive way cleaned, she told me that I would have to wait another 4-6 weeks. I explained to her that I had already waited for over 2 weeks without hearing from them, and if she could take that into account on her schedule, she just shrugged it off, that I should have contacted her earlier. After trying to plead with that woman for earlier service I decided to ask for my money back, and give anyone a heads up on what to expect from this company. If this representative was a debt collector I would give her an A, as a customer service representative I think an F is totally adequate.

Window Genie was inflexible on their pricing. Their only option was to charge one set price for my entire house, when I only needed 2/3 of the house gutter's cleaned. They insist on a customer buying their way, instead of offering a service that the customer needs.

I've scheduled an appointment with them for an estimate. They scheduled me a week out b/w 10 and 2pm. Never got a confirmation or a call of the appointment. In the mean time, someone randomly shows up after I had already go the work done. When I told him I have no need for the service he started cursing and my mother gave him $20 for the gas just to leave as she was afraid he may turn violent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I WOULD NEVER EVER consider inviting this company into my home or close to my home!

Everything went really well, I've used this company before and was satisfied and decided to use them again.

Angie's list was very quick and helpful in issuing the refund.

I received an email advertisement for a gutter cleaning service and went online and purchased the advertised deal. I was never contact by the service provider and reached out 4 days after the purchase to schedule my appointment. The customer service representative told me I was not in the service area and I should have read the fine print before purchasing as the service areas were clearly listed. I informed her that nothing in the fine print mentions areas other than "local" and that I could call to confirm. She told me that a list of zip codes was included and I was wrong and we would "agree to disagree" because she had read it numerous times. I was also informed she was too busy to discuss this with me further. After trying to explain that I was currently reading directly from the ad, I emailed her the link to the ad (she said she could not find it online). I was then informed that despite me being correct and there was no coverage area listed and despite entering my zip code which confirmed availability, I needed to take it up with someone else because I could still not receive the deal without paying 50% of the purchase price as a travel fee. Based on the representatives information being centrally located in Atlanta is not considered "local" to a company named Window Genie of Atlanta Metro.

They are really good, finished the job on time and cleaned their mess as well.

They did a great job. They were prompt, professional, and they did a very nice job.

I scheduled the work. They came while I was at work. Some other companies I've used have done a nicer job cleaning around the house, but the work was fine.

Very good. Quickly got an appointment. They arrived within the 3 hour window of the appointment. Called me 20 to 30 minutes before they arrived. The technicians were polite and washed my driveway really well. No hidden fees. I took their deal of pressure washing 1000 sq feet for $99.

They did a fine job. We use them every year. There was an additional charge over the $99 Big Deal based on the square-footage that I had them pressure washed. So, there was probably another $200 out-of-pocket. What stood out was their responsiveness. They were very timely. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. The quality of service was good, but it was not great. It seemed like it was a little bit rough. He was a really great kid. He has great manners, work ethics, and courtesy.

Window Genie came out & cleaned all exterior Windows. They were punctual & did the job required.

Sleazy business!! I like others got scammed by them and their 'deals', only to be surprised once the window cleaners arrived with a big additional charge. We agree to just do the absolute basics and then the cleaners didn't have what they needed to do the job. When we tried to reschedule, Window Genie said they wouldn't come back out. The owner and his office staff are rude, condescending and unprofessional!! There are other window cleaning companies who are reputable and easy to work with. PLEASE find some other company than this one!! I sure am!

Even though I only live 17 miles from their office, they said that they did not service my area. I do not understand them not wanting to do the job.

They did a nice job. Chad was very personable. They stayed focused on their work and were courteous when it came time to pay.
