Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Window Genie to clean gutters. The first experience was great and so was this one although I think it was from a different office. This was a rental property again and the resident took special pains to send me an email commenting on how professional they were. I'm sold on this group to clean my gutters at all our houses.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the windows inside and out, good job and fast. Only issue that keep me from giving them an A was they did not secure some screens and they came off, I had to ask them to come back and do that and they were extremely prompt. So I would use them again just watch out for screen reattachment.

Description of Work: She cleaned my rugs, was very efficient, and the rugs really look good after 2 weeks. A few spots came back, but she brought them to my attention as she was cleaning and said they may not come out. However, they are much lighter. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: They were suppose to clean the gutters on my house but never said they didn't clean covered gutters. So since they couldn't clean the gutters I paid $99. to have my roof power blown to remove any leaves. Very disappointing.
