Description of Work: The employees were helpful and professional. Rigid company rules NOT the EMPLOYEES meant that I either paid a lot more per window OR had windows washed that did not need it. They were not allowed to do just the ground floor at the special price. Also, I paid to have the window sills cleaned also (this seems to me a service that should be included, but that's another question). However, the screen were not hooked back in place, so several of my screens have come off. If I could get the employees without the company rules, I would be happy to have these men do this work again.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal. when I called to schedule they said their would be a surcharge for Kennesaw. This was not stated in the offer. Thanks to CS at Angies list I did not lose any money. We had work done by a different company and was very pleased with their work.
