Description of Work: They pressure washed the house, driveway and front walk. They cleaned the windows inside and out and cleared the the roof gutters and down spouts. They also repositioned the loose gutter screens, except for one. It did take two e mails to them to get them to set a time for them to come out and replace the one screen.

Description of Work: Window Genie cleaned the gutters on our home in the Spring. Our home is two stories with a walkout basement which presents a clear challenge for a homeowner, but Window Genie had no problems. They were quick, on time, and the blew off the back deck and driveway of extra debris.

Description of Work: I had my gutters cleaned by Window Genie. they used a leaf blower to blow the leaves out. They blew a gutters worth of leaves into my pool, causing me to have to vacuum it for an hour. They were very sloppy, and left debris all over.
