The lead tech was at my house early. After dicussing with him which windows I needed cleaned he and his assistant began to work. Unfortunately the assistant was fairly new on the job. I had to ask him to put on booties because his shoes had tracked dirt on my rug. The lead tech, Mitch was fairly good. However at the end of the job I did point out several windows that needed touch up which had been cleaned by the assistant. Some of the windows still had some spots and Mitch said that they needed scraping to get the spots off and that they really did not like to scrape due to the potential for scratches. He left with me a can of window/glass spray cleaner that he said was really good. Some of the spots were on the outside of the inside windows, meaning that I would have to remove the storm windows to get at them which is not something that I want to do. I would consider the job that was done to be OK/good, but not great. I had purchased a coupon for $59 and there were additional charges of $41 for a total of $100. David Flax, the owner had quoted me approximately $95 over the phone so the final cost was in line with that. I checked the NO box on would I use them again because there was not an option for maybe. Note to David - the assistant tech either needs more training or this job is not for him. Thanks

I had to reschedule due to an emergency and they responded great. They moved my appointment, showed up at the new time and did a great job.

It went fine. I did have to ask them to not forget to clean a set of windows as they were about to leave. They then came back inside and cleaned the windows.

It ended up costing me $20 after the Big Deal. That particular one was kind of misleading. The service was adequate. They did clean the windows. I was not at home when they were there.

I think the actual tinting and the product itself and the application was fine and it met my expectations. It was a decent value for what they did. The windows I had in the front they had unlocked and moved them to do the work. They didn’t lock the windows and even left one cracked when they were finished, and I didn’t think to look/have a reason to check, so the windows were left unlocked for 2 months. They also did the windows in my office and when they trimmed the film in the office, they left the trimming on the floor and didn’t clean after themselves.

They did a good job but I didn’t interact with them much. They went in, they did the job, I went by and saw that it was great, and then I called in a payment. It was really easy and they were priced right.

I thought they were wonderful. I feel that they didn’t charge me in an equitibale because they counted the small transom above my windows as an entire window; I have used another company that would never had done that. It appeared to be a better deal than it was. The work they did was fabulous but I didn’t like the way they counted windows. He gave me a quote for the entire house for $950 but that would be absurd. I just used a Big Deal but didn't get any work done beyond the coupon.

The work was great. They were punctual, efficient, nice, and professional. I would use them again in the future.

I used the Angies List Big Deal and approximately $50 extra. They gave me an estimate and I chose for them to do the outside of the widows. The estimate was fine but they did the work when I was not here. I scheduled the work when I was not here so I did not see them again. I had more work done by another company. They ended up taking out all the storms of the windows and they had cleaned all four layers. They were much cleaner after that. I do not know if Window Genie wasted time since I was not here.

They were wonderful. They were really, really good. I would and will use them again. I’ve recommended them to others. The person that I spoke to about scheduling and everything was very helpful. She was good to work with in terms of scheduling. The 2 young men that she sent out bent over backwards to do a good job. They explained the things that they were doing. They pointed out different things before they did them. They took off all of my windows grids. Some of the grids were broken and I wanted to just get rid of all of them. They pulled them all down and put them in the garage for me. They went over and above. I didn’t pay for the whole thing. It was about $260, but I was already paid for a $100. I’ve really enjoyed being a part of Angie’s List. It has been very helpful to me. I like getting the hot deals every week. I’ve used 2 of them and I’ve also signed up for the junk removal deal hoping to encourage my daughter to get rid of some things in her garage.

The estimate was done promptly and professionally. The service documentation was excellent and everything was presented clearly and in a polished format. The only problem with the service in hindsight was that they never should have agreed to do the work. The personnel arrived on time and gave an assessment which indicated there would be difficulties with the cleaning. Specifically, they did not have the necessary equipment to reach the windows for adequate cleaning. When I asked whether they thought they could do the job they said that they thought they could at which point I agreed to proceed, my mistake. The work on the interior windows and the windows which were easily accessible was well done in general. Had they been able to do as good a job on all the windows I would have no reason to complain. However two thirds of the exterior window surfaces could not be directly cleaned with the equipment they came with and these windows are unacceptable for the price charged. I contacted them after the work was done and indicated the problem. They got back to me and offered a roughly 10% credit toward future work, a $25 coupon. I declined. I think that their work on windows that are easily accessible is good. I fault them for taking a contract for work they clearly were not capable of performing and then offering trivial compensation for that lack of judgement and inadequacy.

Very prompt, and professional. We had purchased a coupon thru Angie's List for $59 ( $120 value). Cleaned all windows and replaced screens where necessary. Ended up paying $8 above the coupon price.Excellent work, and value !!

I was very happy with the service. It was very easy to make an appointment. They came out when they said they would. Overall I was very happy and have no complaints. I would use this company again.

Everything went great. I have no complaints with them. I would recommend this company and use them again.

It turned out nicely and they did an excellent job. We have about 170 windows. They came in the morning and cleaned all of them inside and outside in one day. They came back the second day for the screens and finished it in the morning. They were very efficient and the windows were clean. They even explained why some of the windows looked a little hazy because they were double pane windows that had lost the seal and the gas has been released. They were in and out and polite. They were excellent and were on time. They were very personable. They were recommended by someone in our street. Their price was competitive and they gave us a discount because of the number of windows we had

It has been a great experience working with them. They are professional, kind and offered me a great price. I will definitely have them complete the work.
