The service went very well overall. They did a very nice job and showed up on time. Their work was thorough and their prices were fair.

Window Genie was easy to work with, prompt, and did quality work. They washed all windows inside and out, including scrapping, which was important to me having just had the house painted by a very messy painter. They were in and out in about an hour. They were also very careful when inside my house, which I greatly appreciated. I would hire them again for window washing service.

I really do not remember the actual date the window cleaning was performed so the date indicated is merely a rough guess. I purchased the Angie's List offer for $59 on a whim. Normally I would clean the windows myself but I decided to treat myself. Window Genie came on time and cleaned the windows. They did an excellent job.

It went very well. I am totally pleased. They were careful, professional, and friendly. I have new hardwood floors inside and they were very careful (took their shoes off and didn't drip on the floor) when they did the interior. I had 55 windows in my house and it came to $330 for all of them to be washed inside and out. They classified a regular double hung window a one window (this is good). (Some window washing companies count a double hung window as two windows. Be careful of this). Some of my windows have a palladium top and this counts as a separate window --- which I was prepared for. The window count and price estimate I did with Dave over the phone was the same count I got when his team showed up. There were no surprise extra costs or bait and switches. I am very pleased and will hire this company again. The only reason I gave them a B on punctuality is because they were a bit late to arrive to my house but it was due to traffic on GA 400, but they called me to keep me informed. This was not their fault. This is an EXCELLENT company.

We used an Angies Big Deal so the price was about half the regular price. . Windows were spectacular when done. Workmen were very nice and accommodating and gave good recommendations. Would use again

Even with the discount, this turned out to be more expensive than we planned on. As they only did windows for the price of $239 and we ended up having to clean the frames and sills ourselves (and this was not made clear until they showed up) we will not hire anyone to do our windows again.

All cleaning was done by hand. The window washers arrived on time and did a very thorough job. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

They were very backed up when I attempted to make an appointment. They pushed me off and wanted me to wait thirty days. My neighborhod association fines me for each day the work is not done, so waiting 30 days was not acceptable.

***BE AWARE OF THIS SERVICE*** First of all be aware of the "up Charge" from any floor over one and a basement.Second. When I pay a man to "wash" three floors of house I would expect them to use a ladder !! They never got off the ground !! I still have spider webs at the top. Spoke with the owner when I booked this job and he never said we just spray water from the ground from the bottom up??? REALLY??? This is a sham of a service and nothing was done to make it right. I can and showed them where I took just my finger and wiped away dirt that they said they could not get off with a pressure washer. WHAT A JOKE. Take the money you would use to hire this clown and buy your own washer that you can use forever and your kids can work better than they could. Live and learn, but wait you don’t have to learn from your mistake you can learn from mine!!!Side note the GM seemed like a nice guy he was professional but stuck in the middle. Window Genie was very cooperative! The coupon had a February expiration date. My house had 3 squirrel sized holes as a result of a momma squirrel wanting to cohabitate. I had arranged last fall for repair of these and other wood problems with the house. The winter weather and a busy repair schedule delayed the repairs until March. I had obtained schedule approval from Window Genie in advance and was able to use the coupon after it's expiration. Then they had a truck problem and the job didn't get done until the end of April - all of which was communicated to me in a timely manner.Pricing issues were dealt with openly up front so there was no surprise at the job completion. The only "oops" occurred when the cleaning solution leaked past the storm door and ran down the front door destroying the paint - the color was completely bleached out by the runs. The only surprise was that the front steps were not included in the cleaning process.

David was very pleasant and professional to deal with. There was no high pressure sales. We have now gotten approval from our HOA for the window tinting which best met our needs and we have scheduled the cleaning and tinting services. Will report back on the actual service and product.

Rob and Dustin arrived with smiles on their faces and did a professional job cleaning all my windows. They were professional, careful, and did a great job. I'll use them again!

I will definitely include this in my spring cleaning as it took them 2 hours to clean the windows and power wash where it would have taken me days.

The young men, Phillip and Mitchell, arrived on time for our appointment. They were courteous, efficient, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

I had to call them 2 times to get the appointment scheduled. They were nice but I rate companies on their performance first and then customer service. Overall, the cleaned the gutters but did not do it too careful. I found later on the ground a shingle from the roof. I also had to ask them to blow the debris further from the street so it didn't look so bad. Also, at the end of the job they tried to charge me a $5.00 "fuel charge" and I told them I was not told about this and therefore I would not pay it and he immediately took it off.

They have come once. I thought they did a very good job. They have a program where if they come out every quarter you'll receive a discount and you can tell them if you want both, inside and outside, or just the outside cleaned. They do not charge a markup for just having the outside done. Having worked with other people, I thought the price was very competitive for the amount of windows I have in my home.

Window Genies is a wonderful family owned business that gives the personal touch to their customers. They did such a great job I have signed up for the annual cleaning service.
