It was a little high but it was for individual windows. It was pretty decent. It seems like I got another estimate and they seemed like they were the best out of the 2 in price. They're still good to work with.

Prompt response/ professional service.

It was more of a personality conflict. There was no additional cost.

We were not at home when the service was provided, but the final product seemed good. Rated Professionalism as a B because a $5 fuel surcharge was required when we scheduled the service. This is a nuisance. Our home is down the street from their facility so they should not have incurred a significant fuel consumption. If they feel the need to collect an additional $5, build it into the price of the service, not a separate add-on.

Did a quick and good job. I have since used them for several other cleaning jobs. All very well done.

The where very polite. It was a very wet day and they still performed thoroughly in their work. The gentleman that came to my home where very respectful young men and got to work right away. The only thing that was concerning to me was the safety of one of the guys that was wearing the blowing. I hope that the company can purchase a harness to be secure.

It went okay. I had to have them come back. A few weeks later, we had a heavy rain so I needed them here. They charged me a little bit more because they said I had some issues with my gutter. Clearly they didn't clean the gutters because it wouldn't be overflowing a week later. They did come back but the person who was sent out initially didn't do his job.

It was okay. There were no additional charges.

John called in the middle of the company provided time window, and showed up 10 minutes later. John and Stephen worked for almost an hour to clear the gutters. Then they picked up the leaves and used a blower to clean up the yard. They did fast and professional job and I would not hesitate to recommend Window Genie for this service.

Had purchased a discount voucher through Angies List in October 2014. but had forgotten to use it. The company, as stated in the conditions, would not honor the discount but use the value of the voucher as credit towards regular service. We knew that so that was my own fault. The company was busy so it was hard to get an appointment quickly but there were ready and on time at the appointment date a few weeks later. The cleaning of the windows was done to my expectations and the representative did a good job. During the process a window blind got destroyed. I had a friend let them in as i was not home. The rep both told my friend about it and left a note for us with his name. When i called window geenie, they offered to replace the blind without any hassle. I eventually desided to do it myself, but kudos for offering.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and did the work as expected. The gutters work fine now. They were right on time.

Did an excellent job cleaning all the gutters. The only issue was getting in touch with them to schedule the service.

They arrived on time. They got the job done in a timely manner. Some of the corners were not completely clean.

I was not home when they did this. I saw a small amount of pinestraw on the ground, but I don't really think there was much up there but have no way of knowing. I would have given them all A's, but they left me no note as to what they found. I would have liked to know how much they had to do just to give me an idea of the bad areas for next time.

It was about $300 - $400. They do a really good job. They're upfront and honest. They're fast and they know what they're doing. The other thing was $2000. They were great. They were fast and efficient. They really knew their product and they knew how to install it.

The contact at the company was EXTREMELY rude to me. She was very short with me on the phone and acted like she didn?t have time to answer the question that I have. I had a hard time understanding the surcharge that she mentioned for coming to my neighborhood. She decided to respond to that by telling me to call Angie?s list and then hanging up on me.

The gutters are again in need of cleaning. We used a different company last year and the gutters were fine for the year. Will definitely not use this company again.

They blew the leaves off the roof and out of the gutters. Also the screening was blown off the front of the gutters. I had to put it back. AND I just noticed today (1st time bbq in the back) in the back that the downspout is twisted away from the house and disconnected from the gutter. I won't use them again. I just called the company to tell them of the situation. They proceeded to tell me it's been too long and the person on the phone had a very bad attitude from the start of the conversation. NEVER USE THEM!

I have been using Window Genie for a few years and have always been very pleased. In addition to window cleaning and pressure washing, I have used them for gutter cleaning and window film installation. I have never been disappointed they show up on time and work hard until the job is complete. The quality is superb. I communicate with David Flax directly and he is always very helpful and accommodating.

They wanted to charge a 45 dollar fee to drive when they were less than 20 miles away

had to schedule 3 times before they finally showed up but when they finally arrived the crew was VERY pleasant and did an excellent job. My gutters had not been cleaned for over 5 years and now they are totally clear. They also removed all the debris from the cleaning - will use them every year

It went okay. I wasn't expecting to see the debris all over the yard that was in the gutters.

That turned out well and in fact I continued using them after that special they had. They were high rating. They were able to come after we have scheduled it. They did the work and were very efficient. They came fairly quickly and when they were supposed to.

Could not coordinate, but would use this provider. Sounded very professional and rates were competitive.
