We noticed much later that there were some features that were missing from the windows, that they have slide-like blocks, something like that, that they had left by the windows on the floor. I felt like they should have come forward and said something. I actually called them because we noticed that some of the windows were dirty a week later, and I saw some parts broken on the floor. They should have taken the time to check everything afterwards.

I was pleased with their work and would use them again. They did a good job and did what they said they were going to do. There were two of them and they worked hard while they were here; everything worked fine. They were personable and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work they did.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job. I would use them again.

Window Genie did not contact me to set a time to perform the work. When I contacted them they said the offer had expired and they would not honor it.

I used a coupon for Window Genie of Atlanta Metro. I used the coupon in July. They did full house window cleaning inside and out and they also cleaned the screens, they was an additional fee for cleaning the screens, but they asked me if I wanted that and I said yes.It was an additional $62 to do the screens. I had no problem with them at all, I think they were courteous, they were on time, there was a little bit of a problem, it wasn't their fault, the guy had to reschedule me because their primary guy had fallen off a ladder the day before we were schedule. But they honored the coupon for the re-scheduled date. It was perfectly fine. They were on time, they were courteous, they didn't leave a mess in the house or anything, they got everything done, cleaned the windows it was great.

Two gentlemen arrived on time and cleaned the all windows efficiently. I would use this company again.

They arrived on time but after approximately 15 minutes they came to the door with the sad news that they didn't have the equipment to do the job. Somehow they failed to load it on the truck. Had to make a second appointment to have the service done. They arrived on time and performed the pressure washing on the windows and woodwork but informed me they didn't have the equipment to do the patio! They left and came back later and pressure washed the patio in the rain! Very, very disorganized!

It went good. I would use them again in the future.

The guys showed up- two and they cleaned the inside and outside windows efficiently. They look really good. This was the second year in a row I used them and I am pleased. They also clean gutters so I will keep that in mind for next year when I need the windows cleaned again. I had already had them done for the winter debris.

I was very satisfied with them. There were a couple of windows that actually had grime and they were able to get that off. They pointed out windows that had some scratches that couldn’t really be cleaned appropriately but they told me that ahead of time.

The 2 servicemen arrived on time, were thorough and quick. Windows looked great. Will use again

The owner told me to call the office to make an appointment, they told me they don't service my area so it would be an additional $50 trip charge so I requested a refund.

Window Genie did a great job on our windows, inside and out. I would certainly have them back again. They were on time and professional.

The company never contacted us, so the work was never done.

Well, I realized that I was not going to make it home by the beginning of my appointment window, but when I called the company, they said it wouldn't be a problem. I arrived home about 20 minutes after the beginning of my appointment window to find the guys waiting on me, but they were in no way upset or put out that they had had to wait. They immediately got to work counting the windows and deciding where to start, and they also offered to perform other services like cleaning out the gutters, which I declined. Sterling, who was in charge of counting the windows, spoke with me about the specifics of the job based on the final window count so that I had at that time the opportunity to accept or decline the work. Once I accepted, they quickly got to work. That's when they realized that the windows in my 35+-year-old home may have never been cleaned, so Sterling tried taking pictures to show his boss. Having lived in this house for less than two years, I cannot say when or if the windows had ever been cleaned. What I do know is that they were incredibly dirty. At any rate, the guys got to work and were pleasant and professional. The one thing that kind of bothered me is that after they left I found window cleaning liquid drips at various places around the house. I didn't notice them before they left, and I saw them wiping things like the floor and the wall, so these drips may just not have been visible until they dried, which would have been after they left. This may be standard for window washing, and it was no big deal to go back with a wet cloth to get the spots up. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, they couldn't get all of my windows crystal clear clean. There was some sort of residue on many of the windows that wouldn't come off no matter what they tried, so some windows have smears along the edges. Guess that's a lesson learned, because it could have been from the stain that had been on the windows since the original owners stained the frames in the 70s or from whatever else had built up on the windows in the intervening 30 years. At any rate, I think I had lived with these dirty windows for so long, that I had forgotten what clean windows look like. That night, when I was standing at my kitchen sink, I felt like they had hung a mirror on the wall over the sink rather than just cleaning the windows. Even with the smears that couldn't be removed, I am still so pleased.

The salesman had said that the workers would "wipe the sills" during the regular window wash. When I saw that the workers were not doing any wiping, I had them call the salesman and then had to purchase the sill cleaning in order to get them to wipe the sills.

The team arrived promptly. They walked around the house and counted the windows and then told me the total cost for the service. While one of the men started on the windows, the other blew leaves that had accumulated around the lower windows. They were quick and very pleasant. They did the work and then gave me the paperwork and were gone. It was stress free and they were very helpful.

Service was immediate; communication was great. They had a glitch of some sort and were unable to finish the job in one day, and they let me know immediately. Then they returned in a timely manner and finished the work. It went smoothly.

The Window Genie guys were great. They arrived on time, were done very quickly, and gave me some great tips for cleaning the glass on the inside of my house. This was the best $100 I have spent on my house in a long, long time!

They returned my call almost right away. However, the person on the phone was curt & indicated there's be a $50 trip charge & that the kind of windows I have would’ve doubled the price. There was nothing to indicate there would be travel charges or that pane-windows - windows with dividers on the outside - were extra. It just wasn't worth it. I've requested a refund from Angie's List.

I purchased the window cleaning and when attempting to schedule service was told they don't come this far

It was the first time I had used them. They did a good job.

I had a coupon from Living Social so was cheaper than the usual of $160. They were prompt, courteous and, as promised, cleaned inside and out of all my windows. But to clean the sills really well they wanted an extra $2 per window and also charged an automatic $5 extra as fuel surcharge. Since I had the coupon, that didn't bother me but it would have if I were paying regular window price - then the extra charge to really clean sills would have and I would have expected to be informed of the extra charges up front. I would use them again depending on whether I could get same service for less from a competing company. But they did do a good job.

Arrived on time, performed the contracted service efficiently and effectively for the price quoted.
