They did not respond to me in a timely manner. They told me finally 3 weeks later they did not service my area. Their website was not clear as to where they serviced and where they did not. I asked them for a location closer to me and they then replied with we are the closest to you and they would have to charge me an additional $25.00 for a trip charge.

It went very well. The young man was very friendly, explained the process and did a thorough job on very dirty, older decks. He worked fast and efficiently. The decks looks almost new again, and we'll definitely continue to use and recommend this company.

used Angie's discount for work | workers showed up on time | claimed my deck was too large and additional cost would be required to pressure wash it - which contradicts what I was told when I called about the discount.

They were very courteous, responsive and professional. They did a good job with the cleaning. I had no problems with them and the cost of the deal was the total of the work.

Everything went very well. Making the appointment was very pleasant and they were very clear about costs etc. They arrived exactly on time (the earlier part of a 2 hour window) Very efficient, looks great. I work from home and they were completely unobtrusive. I won't wait another 10 years before having them come out again! I was always afraid of the cost. - worth every penny & then some.

I called a month ago, and they said it would be fine to come out. He called me a few weeks later and told me that he doesn't service my area. He called back a few minutes and said he would do it if I paid an extra $50.00. I was very disappointed.

I bought the "deal" on Angie's List for $55 for $100 worth of cleaning (there is a $5 fuel charge which is why it says $60). I have 10 windows, so it took them less than an hour to do the inside and out. My painter was driving out as they walked in, so the livingroom/diningroom and hallway had literally just been painted (but not woodwork). They were very careful and did not get anything on the walls. My window of arrival for them was 12-2 pm and they arrived at about 2:30-ish. So they were not very late. When you buy the "deals," you are worked into the schedule, so I understand that. If you are particularly mindful of time parameters, I guess you could say they were "late." I was here anyway, so it didn't matter to me, but I gave them a "good" rating rather than "excellent" so as not to mislead people. After they left, I had to wipe down drips from the metal frames of the windows, but they were needing wiped down anyway. However, once again, if they had been clean prior to that, I think that might have been problematic. If they could just quickly wipe around the frame with a wet cloth, that would help. I did not get the tracks or screens cleaned yet. When the deal says they clean the windows inside and out, that is what they mean. You do need to read the fine print to understand this (which I knew). So, if you buy the deal and are expecting them to clean the tracks and the area between the screen and the actual window, you will be disappointed. They do say, however, in the fine print that those services may be added at extra cost. I am going to have that done in the fall. One last thing, I bought a condo that had been foreclosed last year, bought by a guy who flips houses for a living, "remodeled" (I use the term loosely because I'm really the one doing the remodeling), and then I bought it. The previous owner probably never had the windows cleaned so they were bad (and the tracks and screens still are). The team leader mentioned to me that these were probably the dirtiest windows he's ever done. I've seen some dirty windows and I don't think they were quite that bad, but maybe they were--to him. Still, I'm not sure I would have said that to a customer. I already knew they were dirty, that's why I hired Window Genie! All in all, a good job and I would recommend them to others (and already have).

The work done by Window Genie of Atlanta Metro turned out great. They did what we asked them to. They were professional and came in and out and that was that.

They were very good. They forgot a set of three windows and I had to call and they never did come back to clean it. They were cleaning my entire house's windows. They said they were going to come back and they never did. So I don't think I would use them again. They were very good at what they did, but their follow-up was not very professional. I was very turned off by that. I did spend more than what the deal was for, because I had way more windows. The price was good.

We purchased an Angie's Big Deal for gutter cleaning, knowing we would have to pay extra from the description in the Big Deal coupon. The coupon was for $49, and we paid an extra $30. Window Genie responded to our initial call, scheduled quickly and kept their appointment. Ronnie and John worked on our home. They let us know that they would not be able to clean the gutters due to the gutter cover (they were unable to remove it) but they did their best and cleaned out the down spouts - lots of stuff came out! They cleaned up after themselves and whatever they did, helped! If they could clean the covered gutters, we would use them again without hesitation.

They arrived just a little late due to traffic but did call. The service was quick an they were gone in under 30 minutes. The problem I had is the mess left behind. Black water dripped over the gutters leaving a very black messy residue behind. Some of the black residue was left on the house. I ending up have to power wash both the gutters and the house after they left.

Work was professionally done

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a wonderful job on the deck but I had asked for some additional work and they certainly upped the price considerably so I wouldn't use them again. They left a lot of their items here. I called for them to pick it up and they didn't so I just put them out in the trash. In the recording, the automatic call said it was time for some other work that I needed done and when could they schedule it. I just hung up because it was just an automatic call and I felt that was rather strange that they thought I was going to be a customer. They charged me more because they said my deck was bigger. My brother-in-law measured the deck and I told this lady on the phone the size of the deck and she said it shouldn't be a problem. When they got here, he said it was more. They'd already done the work. They did do a good job but it was just that I felt I was sort of at the mercy of the person that was here. I would have had additional stuff done like the driveway and sidewalk but it was going over $300. I've had it done before for $150 so I didn't feel like that was such a good deal. The original deal was like $50 and I wrote another $115 to have my deck done. The gentleman that was here wasn't customer friendly. But the deck looks wonderful. Between the up pricing on the size of the deck and his attitude, I'd have to say it's a D overall. Responsiveness was good for the original scheduling but they were running late.

Took advantage of the Big deal to have driveway powerwashed. Office staff very courteous and appointment easily scheduled. Employees showed up as scheduled and were very professional. Although needed to rinse off mailbox and pick up bleach bottle's foil seals, the job was well done and the driveway looks fantastic! Would use again in future and recommend to neighbors!

I wasn't 100% pleased. I would not use them going forward. What had happened was they came out and quoted me. They do pressure washing based on panels of the fence and I have 15 panels total. They just did $100 worth of washing which is enough for my deal so they did 1 panel. I e-mailed the owned and said that I felt like my $100 would have gotten me a lot more than 1 out of 16, when 16 was $400, and they didn't even do both sides of the fence. They just did the outside gate of the fence. Two weeks later, he responded and said he was on vacation and said that the person who did the service would have done it based on 100 square feet or $100 worth. I said there's no way that 16 was $400. Meanwhile, I'm having to buy a pressure washer and do it myself because they did not do the one side. I tried to e-mail again because I felt like they took advantage of me and I never heard back. And the issue was they did it while I was at work. Maybe if I would have been home, I could have overseen them doing it and realized that they were not doing what they should have done. They were very responsive initially. They were good at getting back to me to schedule the quote and even the appointment. However, the actual outcome of the service made me feel that I was taken advantage of. I think part of the reason why they were so anxious to return my call was obviously to get my business and then as soon as they got it, they did not follow through. I should have looked at the reviews before I bought it and it was about half the people kinda said the same thing and the other half was happy. So now I'm having to spend more money than I would have for them to do it myself.

They did a great job. They were punctual, polite and professional. They went over the window count first thing and told me how much to expect to pay. It was higher than the original estimate, but that was because I had set it up when I was at work and could not count the windows properly. The service men answered all my questions. They got in and out within and hour or 90 minutes. Before they left, I pointed out some places that had been missed and they corrected them immediately. The final product looks great. Of course, it rained the next day! I hate to spend so much on something I can do myself, but when you don't have time to do it, you do what you have to and really, it's nice to have it over and done in about an hour.

They sent two guys out, and they did a good job cleaning the windows. However, they bent a screen and didn’t tell me about it. They dent wasn’t major, but I would’ve appreciated it if they informed me of this before they left. I was very pleased with the price.

I bought their Big Deal. It went pretty well; they got here a little early. They were curt; maybe they were just overwhelmed with the response. My wife really did not care for their manners on the phone but I think they did a descent job with the power washing.

They followed through well and very quickly in terms of scheduling the job after I made the purchase. I ended up spending more because I had more windows than the deal called for. The service was fine, but because it wasn't clarified in the deal that there was a limited number of windows I didn't expect that there was going to be an extra charge. I did check around and their price was right in the ballpark.

They arrived early. Window estimate (based on pictures of the house on the rental website) was spot on. Did a great job. Very friendly.

I was not informed on how the windows were counted and ended up spending quite a bit more than the coupon I paid for. Overall the service was good, but in the future I will go through with the vendor on all the windows I have for him to give me a quote before hand.

I purchased $49 coupon for $100 service from Groupon. It was not easy to get an appointment because of the surge of demand from the Groupon deal, after several attempts, I was able to schedule an appointment. The customer service was friendly and two technicians arrived during the scheduled time window. However, their window count was way more than what I was expecting though I followed their "how we count windows" method on their website. I had to go with their count anyways, so I did not argue. I was informed that it will be extra $2 per window for screen cleaning when I booked an appointment, but I didn't know there is $2 extra for frame cleaning. I did not have them add any additional services. I was not satisfied with the quality of work. Some windows are not clean after they are done. I can still see marks and pollen on the glass corners. Maybe my expectation is too high, but if I am paying professionals to do the job, I expect to get professional results. I felt I can do a better job with windex on some of the windows. They did not ask me to check before they left.
