Workmen arrived on time, clean windows to my satisfaction quickly and efficiently. Polite, explained everything.

I contacted the provider before purchasing the "Big Deal". Price was $155 for whole house inside & outside. He also told me of a $75 a $75 trip charge which seemed nuts since I am on the county border. Buford county there's no trip charge, but Hall county (which is across the street from Buford) they charge $75! But with the Big Deal coupon the total could have been $130 and I agreed. After I bought the deal I called them to set an appointment. That's when they told me how they count windows! After they got done counting some as 3 windows, some as 2 & some as 1, the final bill was going to be $227 + tax! That was almost double what I originally was told. SHAME ON THEM!

I did not redeem the coupon I purchased. Once the coupon is purchased you are directed to the companies website and the value is misleading based on the way the company counts their windows and then has the add-on's for what I consider is all part of a window cleaning base price. In my opinion the company is overpriced and their offer is misleading on what you will actually receive.

While I say I would use them again, the more accurate statement is I wouldn't NOT use them again. Now that I understand their pricing model, I would consider using them, depending on how their price compared to other companies. The two guys who did the work did a good job, were prompt, polite, and friendly. But I think the pricing is hard to figure out, even after looking at their web page. This was an unusual deal (at least to me). I bought the Big Deal coupon, which was $100 worth of cleaning for $55. There were two options: individual windows at $10 each (cost-prohibitive for me), or "whole house" for $4 per window. What I didn't understand (and no one made clear over the phone) was that "whole house" literally means every piece of glass on your house. So this ended up being an extra almost $100 in my case. For instance, I had counted up 32 "windows," but when they counted my "windows," there were 49. I laughed when they told me, because I couldn't imagine what they had counted. They count a double-hung window that has true divided lights as two windows. And they count glass in your doors, including sidelights and transoms. Every piece of glass counts. And everything has to be cleaned, unless you want to pay $10 each. I only had the exteriors cleaned. If I'd wanted interiors or sills cleaned, it would have been more. They were responsive, and I had no trouble scheduling the appointment. The first message they sent directed me to their web page, to learn "how they count windows." I guess that should have been a clue that this was a potential issue. I did study the web page quite a bit, but still I guess it wasn't clear to me. The person I spoke to on the phone was apparently new, so perhaps didn't emphasize this potential point of contention. She did tell me there was a $5 gas charge, which did not appear on the coupon I bought. She said they charge that whenever gas is over $3 a gallon. Overall, it was a learning experience. My windows are clean, albeit for more money than I had planned on spending.

I have hesitated to give this review because of the disappointing experience I had, however, you keep asking for my review, so here it is. This was the second time using the pressure washing services and overall both times went well with excellent results. Did have to remind workers to do some areas they forgot second time around, but they got it done and all looked well. Unfortunately things were delayed due to some equipment failure, but that did get resolved and the pressure washing job completed. The window cleaning service was disappointing, especially since this is a major part of the business. There was confusion or lack of communication as to what was included in the price. One side vs. two sides and if the window sill/sash was cleaned, this was another price. I found this to be a very poor service point. If one wants a thorough cleaning of their windows, both sides, why would the sill/sash NOT be included?! If pricing this is an issue, have three types of pricing: outside, inside/outside, inside/outside with/sills/sashes and communicate all of that up front, not when I ask why the sills/sash aren't being cleaned. There was also confusion as to what constitutes one window. What I thought was one window, was actually two because they were double hung. This increased my window count and therefore, the price. I also was very unhappy with the handling of my screens. They were not put back properly and some were damaged in the process. Unfortunately, many windows definitely were not left "streak free" and my door windows were never done. I actually went behind the worker who was inside, wiping up water and cleaning my own sills/sashes. Not what I planned on handling when I hired WG to clean my windows. Very disappointing. In retrospect, I wondered if this job was bigger or more than the two workers who were here had planned on. It was way past dark when they left and they had arrived mid-morning. The team was friendly and did accommodate my addition of cleaning a simple hanging fixture in the foyer, but in looking back, I think the job should have either been broken into two visits or had more members on the team. I did talk with the office and expressed some of my disappointment, and while they were nice, because of the time that had passed (and I understood this), they didn't offer to do anything to rectify the job. I recognize that time restraints are necessary and that people do try to abuse these, but I did feel that being a repeat customer who provided them with a good size job, there would be more of an effort made to extend good customer service, work something out, and hopefully, keep me as a customer. All in all, this whole window cleaning experience was not good and has me shying away from utilizing this company again. So there you have it. An unfortunate, disappointing review of a so-so window cleaning job. I will repeat, the pressure washing part of the job was good. I hate having to give this review, but since I have been repeatedly ask to submit it, here it is. Hopefully others have a better experience than I did.

The workers were punctual..which was good. My idea of how much cleaning would be offered for the $55 coupon was not what they computed.. the coupon was supposed to be $100 worth of window cleaning for $55. I was told there would also be a $5 sur charge for gasoline. ( this was not indicated on the coupon or told when the scheduling was done.) That was a real turn-off . I did pay it as the worker was young and it seemed better to go ahead with the payment, rather than make an issue out of it. I did voice my complaint, however.

Overall it went great! They were quick, friendly, and windows look good! The only reason they didn't get an "A" is because they missed two windows - which I didn't realize until after they had left.

They arrived right on time and had the job finished within 2 hours. They cleaned up the mess that gutter cleaning always causes in a professional manner. Everything sparkled when they left.

They did a wonderful job, called and asked if they could come early which was great and I would highly recommend them.

Received a prompt call from David to do an estimate. He did the estimate. I called to schedule and go a young lady who did not know anything about the business. She said, she would talk with David. She called me back and "Blocked" her phone number. I do not answer Blocked calls. Left me a voice mail though and said she had answers and that David will call me. No call from David. I called and left voice mail on general phone voice mail box. Two days and no call. I prefer to do business with people that are responsive and don't waste too much of my time.

Unfortunately I was unable to take advantage of the deal because the company doesn't service my area. However, they were find to deal with.

Very well. I was concerned that they would not be able to remove the storm windows in order to clean both sides of each window. This proved to be no problem for them as these guys obviously were experienced. They were both very polite and very efficient. I was very pleased with the job and will use them again.

I called them the day I bought the coupon, and the man I spoke to told me that they did not service my town without an additional travel charge (which was not clarified on the coupon) and that I needed to call Angie's List to receive a refund. The man did not sound as though he was interested in getting any business from me.

cleaning of windows went well, but counting of the windows seemed to be a challenge. Even walking and counting the windows together was somehow forgotten after the work was done. Overall, I'd just make sure your in agreement on the total job so there is no confusion.

Good work, on time, at agreed-upon price.

We purchased this as a deal but didn't end up being much of a deal. They were very confusing on how they counted windows. It isn't by the window at all but by the type of windows you have and charge more for older windows. The windows were not very clean when they finished and the one in my A frame in the bathroom still had bird droppings on it after they left. Others were very cloudy and I had to clean them again. I called the company and they told me they would send someone back out. The day they were supposed to come back out something happened to the truck and was told they would reschedule. I haven't heard from them since. I would not recommend them for cleaning.

They arrived within the timeslot scheduled, friendly but business-like and got right to work. I was really impressed that after they had already cleaned the inside they came back in to redo a couple of windows. Attention to detail.

Service was very good. All windows (38) were cleaned inside and outside. I also have some very high windows in a 2 story living room which were no problem. I also opted to have the sills cleaned for $2 per window and it was well worth it as these were really dirty (only the ground level windows). I would definitely use again.

First, the young man checked the gutters. He told me that they were clear so that portion of the estimate was removed. I was surprised because they had overflowed during the recent heavy rains so I was sure they were clogged. He was knowledgeable, polite, clean, honest, and friendly. I hardly knew when he was in the house. My paint job looks brand new, and my house is actually lighter because my windows are so clean. He treated my home as I'm sure he'd like his treated. I'd recommend Window Genie without question.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it turned out great. They did a great job. I had to finish paying for it but it helped cover it. I still had to pay a little bit more but I got a substantial discount.

The crew showed up on time, and were very fast workers. All windows were sparkling when they left.

I was unable to use the Big deal due to the additional costs for the travel expense. I did not want to pay the additional amount. When I originally called in they said they serviced my area. Then they said that I was not in the service area.

The work turned out great we would use them again. They met all our expectations.
