It was okay. They did a good job. They blew the leaves that came out of the gutter out of the deck and stuff like that. They were punctual and they looked like they knew what they were doing. I am happy with the service they provided.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out well. I paid additional. They were great. They were on time and explained everything. It was really, really good.

They were prompt, courteous and fast.

I asked for 4 windows to be cleaned, and I specifically asked that spider webs be removed from around those windows. Windows cleaned OK, but spider webs totally ignored. Over the phone said they would clean 10 windows per the Angie's list deal. When they came, they only did the four.

I was not at home when they did the work but it appears that everything was satisfactory

I bought a special offer for their gutter cleaning. They showed up on time, performed the service quickly and professionally, left everything nice and clean. Would definitely recommend this provider.

Went very well although the ad was a little misleading. Turns out a price for one side (inside) then a price for outside and a discount for doing both sides. I did not know that when I got the deal and we talked on the phone. Turns out it's the best deal to not take the ala cart price but to do the whole house all 35 + windows they were nice crew, excellent, professional and timely. Windows look great and sparkle. No complaints just good service and we will use them again.

They were on time, courteous and professional. They did a great job. I have never used a window service before and with a two story house with a walk-out basement it was definitely worth it. I did have to pay a $15 out of service area trip fee but I thought it was worth it with the deal to try this service. I would use them again but I would try to find a Window Genie franchise that services my county first to avoid the trip charge.

I knew the work would be good as I've the equipment used elsewhere and the great results. The above and beyond effort that went in to completing the task is indicative of the type of services on Angie's List. We've been having quite a bit of rain lately and the technician completed the work in the pouring rain. I greatly appreciated his effort and will recommend Window Genie to anyone.

It went well. They could/would not do a couple of the windows due to slippery metal roof (it had just rained). What they did do was good. I have a lot of windows and only one technician showed up so it took a while.

I thought they did a good job and I would probably use them again. They had to come back for some minor work that I requested. One of the techs did not have the best attitude, otherwise I would have given then an A rating.

It was not a great value. They just cleaned the actual glass instead of both the glass and the frame. They also counted one window that slides up and down as two windows which was inconvenient. I think I could have done the work myself in two minutes. The windows look fine but I did not get much for my money. They were on time for the appointment and scheduling was easy. Overall, I was not pleased and I do not recommend their service.

The cleaning technicians were very professional and performed the services well. I was not happy with the final price, however. After purchasing the discounted coupon I was told that any areas in my home that had glass had to be included or, I would not get the $6 per window discount. I had to pay for windows in my unfinished basement that I didn't need cleaned. Windows that had panes were counted as two windows. The final price with the discount coupon was twice the amount I had anticipated. After purchasing a $55 discount coupon; I didn't anticipate having to pay $340 for window cleaning. This offer was misleading and needs to be better clarified before a consumer purchases the "discount" coupon.

Service provider was prompt in calling and honest about cost. However, it was unclear from the big deal advertisement that there would be an extra charge for services to my zip code. With that extra charge, the big deal was not a good deal. thus the request for refund.

For the last two years, we have had our windows cleaned by Window Genie every 3 months, alternating interior/exterior cleaning with exterior-only cleaning. This price is for interior and exterior cleaning; exterior-only cleaning is less. This is a great price because the two stories of windows facing the street are muntin windows--very time-consuming! The back of the house is three stories, regular double-hung windows, but there are a lot of windows and doors. Scheduling is very easy with an email stating the day and time a few weeks before the appointment. If I have a conflict it is easily remedied with a phone call or email. They are very polite, punctual, and do a great job. There is always a member of the group with whom I am familiar. They are quick to address any concerns/special needs that I may have. I highly recommend them.

I purchased two coupons that were part of the Big Deal from service provider in Atlanta area on 10/27/13. After we contacted the provider we were told that only one coupon would be honored. We used the gutter cleaning coupon and paid for the window cleaning out of pocket.

They were very efficient, did a great job and I would them in the future.

I have used them several times and each time the service has gone very, very well. They always call beforehand and were professional to call afterwards to make sure we were happy with the service they provided. I will use again in the future, without question. Overall, we have been very happy and will use again in the future.

He arrived a little early which was fine. He worked quickly and quietly. Every window looked great when done.

Very easy to schedule, showed up promptly as scheduled, and the guys who cleaned the windows were very courteous and professional. And the windows sparkled when they had finished the job; cleaner than they'd ever been. My only complaint is that while cleaning the windows w/squeegee they allowed dirty water to run down each window pane (I have true divided light windows) onto the wood dividing each individual pane, and down to the window sill; leaving behind dirty, black drip lines along all window grids and sills. This could have been easily taken care of by simply wiping the dirty water marks off the wood pane dividers and window sills as the work was being done, but it wasn't. And unfortunately I didn't notice it until days later after the dirty water stains had dried, making clean up (by me) much more difficult. Had it not been for leaving this little mess on each window they cleaned I would have given them an A rating.

They were very prompt and courteous. My window count and theirs were pretty close and they stuck with their original estimate. My house has a lot of windows that required the use of a tall ladder so the person had to send out for extra help as he was by himself. They did a very good job and were very thorough and careful not to track dirt into the house. I would use them again.

Great job. I was floored by how crystal clear our windows were after they left. They cleaned both the inside and out...even on the third floor! Awesome!
