Super polite. He was slightly outside the 2 hour arrival timeframe quoted but he was coming up from Atlanta traffic - and anyone in Atlanta knows how out of ones control Atlanta traffic is. To his credit he called me as soon as he was headed my way and told me that what time he expected to be here. Super Professional - good job!!! Would definitely recommend Window Genie and use them again to clean my gutters and downspouts.

The deal was good for new customers only, they let me know and were professional when I contacted them.

It couldn't have been easier. He walked around with me and looked at the areas to wash. He explained the process and what he would do, including what would be done for the dark areas with mold. I left him to it and a short time later he was finished. Everything looks great. He then cleaned up and loaded up his truck. I don't know why I put this task off for so long. It really makes quite a difference with regards to the curb appeal. I highly recommend Window Genie for pressure washing.

Please see above. I followed all instructions and emailed them as requested. I was told that I'd have to spend an extra $20 and have all windows cleaned in order to have the deal honored. This was not specified clearly on the deal. Also, the agent was very rude and haughty. Since she is a reflection of her company, I don't want them here.

Window Genie of Atlanta Metro showed up at the house and time and did a good job. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I went to the website and emailed them about the number of windows I had and what I wanted done, as they requested. The next day I received a call from their agent, a very curt and haughty woman. She said she needed information first and then asked what I needed done before reading my email that explained it. I only needed 27 windows cleaned at $4 each. The agent said rudely that I had to have every window cleaned, including the 5 very small transoms that aren't dirty, for $4 each in order to qualify for the deal. I told her that it wasn't made clear on the deal write-up and that she'd lose me if that was the case. She said curtly, "That's fine". I ended the call and will never even consider using Window Genie.

On time, professional service.

Window washing was done efficiently. Workman was professional yet friendly. Pressure washing was not done satisfactorily. To start, the hose for the pressure washer had a leak and he had to go back to the office for a replacement. Then he had to go back again for a rubber washer because the hose still leaked. He still had hose problems and ended up improvising. Heavy umbrella stand was thrown onto plants (liriope). Chairs/table were not replaced when done. This workman was not very professional. After asking him to go back over certain areas, he asked "Is it OK now, Mom?" Very patronizing. He didn't seem to care about the job he was doing.

They did a great job. Was confusion on my part on first visit, then they rescheduled and came back.

Only one man but all cleaning was done by hand and all of the exterior windows. He did a good job and was very professional. I have already referred the company to 2 other friends.

They called to let me know they were running 30 minutes late. I was not home so this wasn't an issue. They did advise me a 5.00 gas fee. Which if I was informed of, I had not remembered due to my appointment being 3 weeks out. But the worker told me they would figure something out. Which maybe 20 minutes later I was called by a women from their office in regards to the 5.00 gas fee, she was impatient and a little rude. We'll I paid the 5.00 fee by CC over the phone. I arrived home and the workers had the gutter cleaned well. I was very satisfied with job done and they were pretty fast as we'll.

The gutters were cleaned and leafs removed. They didn't clean up the debris that landed on the house, garage, and shrubs/grounds right under the house. They also own a pressure washing service and a window cleaning service, so I suspect they were trying to gain our business to perform those tasks as well. I wouldn't recommend to use Window Genie for gutter cleaning. When I reported our dissatisfaction the same day ( 4:30 on a friday), the owner replied that the guys were gone for the day and they would attend to it in the beginning of the week (monday or tuesday). I asked the owner (Jennifer) to confirm when I could expect them to perform the clean up and she assured me she would be back in touch shortly. She neglected to contact me again. I truly was hopeful when I heard she was surprised at the lack of clean up…that she would live up to her promise. No luck. Its been a week, still no word. I have never been dissatisfied with gutter cleaners before, I believed it was a fairly simple task. Maybe the lesson is not to schedule a service on a Friday afternoon? Eager to get to the weekend fun, perhaps? Maybe its just that we weren't at home to monitor their work. I did speak with them over the phone when they arrived to our home, and they assured me it wasn't necessary to have anyone on site. I had arranged for my neighbor to walk over, but they said it wasn't necessary. I know why now.

They let me know they do not service my area but were professional and answered all my questions over the phone.

I bought a coupon for window cleaning from Angie's List. It was difficult to get scheduled- every time I called I would get voice mail and then it would be days before I would get a call back. But once I got it scheduled the guys did a great job and it was really a good value for price paid. I would use them again.

The pricing was too confusing and I ended up paying a lot more than I thought I would.

I called them up to schedule the Big Deal, but they said they would not honor the Big Deal coupon. In regards to getting to Big Deal honored they told me to call their main office. I contacted Angie's List regarding a refund.

Two workers arrived at the prearranged time. They did an excellent job cleaning the windows. In addiiton, they provided me with valuable information regarding the worn- out seals and the reasons my windows were collecting so much condensation. The price was surprisingly low, and I will definitely hire this company again.

Window Genie helped us make our home look "show ready" to sell. What a difference!

They did a good job, I was pleased.

They were in and out in 15 minutes. They said that gutters and roof was in good condition.

The service was fine. The first time they came out I was pleased but the second time, not so much. I signed up for twice a year that I wanted them to come out and they don't really follow up with that. That's disappointing. One or two of the windows still had spots on it. I was expecting them to kind of get up on the second level and hand wash the windows and they don't do that. They used the big hose to do it and it's not what I wanted. They were punctual when they said they were gonna come.

Scheduling was very good and the quality of their work was excellent. The prices were reasonable.

I am not interested in working with this company. The owner was very rude to me on the phone.
