They were prompt and professional. Cleaned and checked the gutters. Additonally, they removed the debris.

I tried reaching them several times and they did not call me back. And when they finally did call me back it was to tell me I was outside of their service area and their would be a travel charge of $50!

Terrible, took my money, never showed up to do the work.

The service went great. They came out right away and did a great job. There was an additional charge to have all 27 of our windows cleaned. The technicians were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Scheduling was very easy. I would definitely use them again.

Scheduling was fine with them. They were fine with punctuality and came back due to the temperature as it was too cold to clean the gutters.

I spoke with the company and it turns out there is a surcharge to service my area so I decided to get a refund.

I contracted Window Genie to clean windows (inside and out) and screens (at an added cost). I also had them pressure wash all concrete surfaces which included 2 sidewalks, a driveway and the lower pad surrounding the HVAC fans as well as the front steps and porch. I also contracted them to clean out all gutters. The appointment was for Saturday June 14th between 9:30 and 11. A prior job went long and they called to say they would be a little late - the showed up around 11:30 (estimate). The two guys (Ronny and Julio) got started and worked right along. Pretty early on Ronny had a little trouble with the pressure washer and wasn't getting the drive clean. After a couple of calls to someone he switched hose spigots and that seemed to go better. Julio did the windows inside and out and took all the screens off to clean them. They finished the job around 6:30pm. Mostly it went okay, however there were several things that concerned me. Concrete: When they were getting ready to go I looked at the lower pad and there was still a lot of mildew or algea on the concrete. Julio went down and sprayed lots of chemical on it and that seemed to work - Ronny said he "forgot" to spray it. I also mentioned before they left that I could still see dirt or something on the sidewalks - Ronny said that the chemical was working and it would fade after a day or so. It didn't and they had to return the following week to redo the sidewalks, and the driveway by the garage. AT that time Ronny said he must have forgotton to treat it. It is now better, still some dirt. While working on the driveway Ronny set the bleach on my grass and there are now two dead patches of grass which I assume will eventually grow back, but it will take a while. There were also about 6 or 7 cigarette butts on the drive after they left (I assume they are supposwed to clean up after themselves). Windows: Julio did a good job cleaning the windows, although I worried about his safety as he almost fell from our second floor a couple of times. The screens were taken off and hosed down - although the screens themselves were clean, the frames holding the screens still have lots of dirt. Gutters: They seemed to do a good job cleaning out the gutters (although I didn't climb up to look) and the only issues I have with that is that they broke several branches of an ornamental dogwood and didn't mention it, and didn't blow off the deck which was covered with debris after the cleaning. All in all I feel it was just a sloppy job and I am unlikely to use this company again. The guys were certainly cheerful and friendly, but not too careful on the job.

They were unable to provide the service, but were pleasant and professional in explaining why.

Showed up on time, professional, very quick. One thing - when I called and told them my zip code, they said it wasn't in Buckhead. There. Website says they service Buckhead, but my zip code was not listed. Just be careful about what areas they service.

The job went very well. The men were very professional, did the job and left.

They did a good job cleaning the windows that were very dirty. They recleaned several of the windows. Scheduling was very good and they worked with my schedule. There was an additional fee as we were outside the normal service area.

Crew showed as promised and called when they were on the way. Promptly unloaded their equipment, washed the driveway and reloaded their equipment, all in less than an hour. The driveway hasn't looked this good since it was poured 18 years ago. This was an all around good experience.

The service was great. They showed up at the appointed time and were thorough and cleanly the whole time.

Job completed by two uniformed, clean cut young men in approximately 2 hours. Always courteous and cooperative.

It was not easy to schedule the job.It took more than a few phone calls and emails. During scheduling, I was asked for driveway size and since I did not know size it was estimated based upon number of cars that can be parked in the driveway. It is good that I had the person who came to do the job measure it and it came out to be less. The person was very professional he did a fair job. He mentioned that after drying up, if we still notice spots, we can call them and they will come back to address it.. We did notice a few streaks and called them up but we are still waiting for a response.

The service area was very veg. We are getting a refund because they do not service our area. There was also a total lack of communication as it took them 9 days just to get back to us and tell us to request a refund.

I spoke with Jennifer to make the appointment: scheduled for May 13. We discussed the type and number of windows and she gave me a price (advertised price $55; price due to my number and style of windows price was quoted as~$94. When the two workers arrived they re-counted the windows and told me it would be $167-198. This was due to the windows having a divider down each window (I had told that to Jennifer during our initial conversation). Due to the fluid price I opted to not have the window washing performed at this time.

I was concerned about a leak in my den and thought it was from the gutters. The rep went up on my roof checked out. Leak not from gutters.

They were very prompt in scheduling and coming out to meet with us. After the two young men got here they went around and counted the windows. Their count and the initial quote when I scheduled had a discrepancy in the price of approximately $70. For this reason I decided to go in a different direction.

They were okay. It pretty much was what everybody on the website said, the come in with extra extra, but they were good, they were clean, and they came when they said they were going to come. The interactions with them was good, and the work turned out good. I paid an additional amount, but I was not surprised because when I read the other reviews, I knew there would be extras. I scheduled the work right away, and they came out a week later. I have had others that I have liked as well, and they have been more reasonable.

awful, She was nasty on the phone, said she does not service my area, and if she came out she would have to charge her for mileage. When she did tell her that she could go to a city that is only 5 miles away from her.

I've used them before and they were good. I will continue to call on them. I just misunderstood the deal offer.
