Everything is good. I use them as much as I could. He is excellent. I have a contract with them.

company called one day with a message saying they would be out the next day. Get another call the next day saying it would be the next day. Not sure about what day they were actually going to show up. The weeds are still emerging.

I dont know yet. I will be better able to tell when it warms up.

I don't even know if they came out to provide the service. I was told that documentation would be left behind including a yard evaluation and an estimate for further service. No documentation was left behind even though they sent me an invoice indicating that service was provided. I left several messages. Based on the date they said service was provided they were about a week late from the original scheduled time.

It's still too early to say, I'll give it a week to see resuls

He came, he worked, he left (Too many questions if you want me to ever complete a survey again) (and I left the address as my PO BOX because completing a simple survey should not REQUIRE a participant to fill out that info, trust me, I am an expert at surveys, you asking for the location is completely unnecessary, I would rather type this response than answer that moronic, no value question)

I was a little skeptical about the price but after scheduling an appointment over the phone, they showed up two days later and applied the chemicals. I will most likely use them again in the summer and fall and I absolutely love the company name! Brett is also very personable and emailed me with a follow up.

At first impression, the operative completed a thorough spray of my lawn to control the growth of weeds and provide an early season fertilizer. There is no reason to suppose that this will not bed anything other than effective but the next couple of months will provide proof.

I had a lot of weeds all summer long so I don't think it helped for the fescue in the back yard and sides. I did not see the effect it had.

He is okay. He is good. I haven't seen the improvement. But he says it would take a while. So, for now, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. I wouldn't say it's great. But I wouldn't say it's bad either. For routine stuff, it's $30 a treatment and it's like six treatments a year. It's pretty much in line with everybody else. He seems to be professional. He leaves a nice little note. He puts notes down on what he finds.

An appointment was easily set up for the week we requested.? Both 2 weeks and 1 week before they were scheduled to be here, I got a call saying the would be?there the?next day.? I had to call?back?both times to tell them not to come yet.? They gave me ridiculous excuses as to why I was called.? Finally the day before they were supposed to come, I did not receive the customary call, so I had to call to confirm they were coming.? During that call I reviewed with a manager (she said she was) that they missed some spots aerating the previous year and to be sure to contact me when they arrived.? I also requested a couple of extra lbs. of seed to seed any spots they miss.? She replied NO, they charge extra for it.? I explained it was to seed areas that they typically miss and we had agreed to it the previous year.? She still said no.? After I got?upset and was ready to cancel the service she finally consented.? I can't believe a manager could not realize that a little extra seed will probably save them from having to come out and reseed again for areas they miss.? The?employees that came worked hard at getting the job done, unfortunately they were unable to get one?aerator to work.? Their equipment looked "well used".? They also came up short on wheat straw for the extra bare areas due to our hot summer. They said they would return with more straw, but they did not.?I do not know if I will use them?next year. ?PS: The extra grass seed was needed as several areas were missed. My seeding saved them a trip?back to?complete their job.

They didn't do a good job. They didn't do it right. They came very late. I had to call them a couple of times. They charged the same price but they didn't go in, some area were not treated. They did not go to the side. I was not at home but when I find I was looking for the treatment. I don't think they are coming back because I called them and they did not answer. The men have no quality at all. What they did was they just came out to give a new estimate.

Seems to have made the weeds worse, and the aeration didn't help. But, I don't think one treatment is enough to adequately measure the service.

Did what they said they'd do. Seems to have helped.

They applied a weed treatment to my lawn. It went very well! I think the guy did a great job. I would recommend them and use them in the future!

The provider killed my two bushes in the front of my house by applying weed control to them.

Technician was timely. I started using WeedMan for my lawn fertilization and weed treatment and have since seen tremendous improvement. highly recommend them.

The Technician came on the scheduled date for the treatment. The service was completed on the entire lawn for weed and crabgrass control. The results was very good. I have not seen any weeds in my yard for several weeks, especially when compared to the lawn prior to treatment. I therefore, plan to use this company for lawn service in the future.

They did the anti-weed service. However, even though I mentioned to put the chemical only in the area where the weeds were, they sprayed it around in all the places. That killed the grass at few places in our front lawn. In the back lawn, the weeds are still there Update: Even after emailing the photos and contacting them on phone, they have still not responded to the calls. We had to hire a different company to fix the issue.

I have nothing good to say about that group whatsoever. They are awful. I would grade them all 'F's across the board. They are horrible and did terrible work. I used them for the whole year and they were awful, my lawn was a disaster. The service was awful. I would tell a friend not to use them. The job that they did was horrible so I guess they should do what they say they are going to do. I paid them to stay away from me and to stay away from my lawn. Really, I sent my final payment, please just stay away.

I called to take advantage of a Big Deal. For a weed control I suppose it is a good price. However, a couple of things confused me. First, they advertised the weed control at other places for different rates or the same, and also offered other services and deals that I did not see until after I had paid for the weed control deal. Second, as companies differ, they break down their services weed prevention and fertilization being separate services. I received an offer in the mail for another company that said that they always combined the weed control with fertilization. I admit I don't know a whole lot about whether to combine or not, but it makes sense to do that and more cost efficient as well that could be passed on to the customer. They were punctual and the note they left was polite and professional. The written portion of the note said, "Thank you!" and "Try our patented program to see a major difference in your lawn this year." However, it would have been nice to have received follow-up or more details in what they offered, especially after being confused with the different marketing approaches they used. In fact, I looked at the receipt and realized that the website url isn't easily visible. I'm a visual person and realize I did not see it when they left it. If I had seen it, I possibly would have gone to the website and this story may have turned out differenty. The website is very professional. I was just confused with their marketing, deal pricing, and service breakdown and did not feel like I was given a clear, "Come check us out!" message.

He also sprayed my monkey grass, and some of it turned brown for a while, but it came back. Overall treatment helped, but would need to be repeated periodically to be a permanent fix to weed problems. I did not have to be home for him to do the treatment.

When I began my search for a weed control service, I contacted four companies and Weed Man came out the very next day and left a detailed lawn analysis for me to review (they did not require that I sign up for service prior to the analysis, like other companies did). I called to set up service for the year (fertilization/weed control/spring aeration/ground treatment) and I see results after the first treatment and aeration. My lawn was a total mess...could hardly see any grass at all...was all weeds. Now it is getting better. They state that they will come out in between scheduled visits to retreat for weeds...and, indeed, they do. I contacted them two days ago and asked for a retreat and they came out this morning. I am really liking this company!
