Weed Man of Roswell

Please beware of door to door Weed Control / Yard Fertilization companies. We hired Weed Man USA and the damage to our lawn was significant. Although these pictures are from 2 different angles, it's the same yard 1 year apart! After reporting the dissatisfaction, they fired us as a customer. Hope this helps someone! I had to stop with Weedman last year because I wanted to hydroseed, however, they made it easy to come back this year. They offered a great price and answered my questions. Tim F. came out to do a wonderful service. He's been with the company for awhile. We walked around the yard to talk about my concerns, and he answered all of my questions professionally and with expertise. It's apparent that he knew what he was talking about. Great job, WeedMan for hiring and keeping great lawn techs!

Second time around with this company after seeing that Trugreen was no better. My first tenure lasted 6 years. Jean Paul a tech no longer with the company was great. Serviced my lawn for 3 years before he was promoted. This second stint would have ended at 6 months if Brittney Ossenbaugh hadn't convinced me to give it one more shot. We will see how it goes. I was in better shape when i bought products from Lowe's and did it myself. Nick and a couple of the field guys are the only reason i'm grading a 2 and not a well deserved 1. If the lawn improves i will gladly repost with pictures. To post now would be cruel to the company.

This place is the worst. They want to keep upselling you on all these other services. DONT get me started on the amount of times they call you everyday. There is just as many weeds in the lawn as their was when they first started. They missed spots in the yard and when you get the free "retreatments" they either dont get out of the truck other than to put a sign in the yard or they dont even show up. I have cameras and I work from home so when talking to the retention department I could prove it but all they want to do is negotiate the rate of service instead of actually holding their people accountable to actually doing the service that is paid for. Super unprofessional company and cant even do the basics that is treating your lawn. Literally better off treating my lawn with roundup myself. Do yourself a favor and find anyone else.

Great customer service, Deanna Freeman did an excellent job in explaining everything. So far I am satisfied with the results.

I called for weed control services and Brittany Osenbaugh was very professional and told me everything about how their weed control works, how many times they come to put the product, and how they use quality products for the lawn. She also met our pricing expectation for the yearly service. She really made the process quick and easy.

Weed Man has been calling my phone multiple times every single day, I cannot block all of their numbers and they are RELENTLESS. I've called and called and sent emails and posted on their Facebook page and texted their customer service, and just today I got called THREE TIMES!! Do not use this service they will harrass you and never stop!!

Choosing a weed control-prevention service can be arduous because there are sooo many companies. However, Weedman through their rep. Shaq Smith answered all of my questions. She gave me plenty of time to think before she followed up, and she wasn’t overbearing with the calls/texts. With the price guarantee at the end of the year, you can’t really beat their price or service. I’m looking forward to a great year with Weedman and Shaq. Thanks for caring, Shaq.

I was a customer of Weed Man for nearly 10 years. I left due to the service and accountability. I spoke with Devin Goodnight, a rep from Weed Man, today I have decided to give them another chance. This is all due to speaking with Devon. He is the first representative of this company to confirm my reasons for leaving and explain to me the changes the company have made to better their service. Up until the last year with them I was extremely happy with their service and rarely did I ever have a complaint.

I must admit, my relationship with Weed man started four months ago in June. My lawn was in desperation and needed the care of a trusted professional. I was a little skeptical however I can admit they were honest and have been true to their word from the beginning. My lawn has done a 180 and was actually thicker fuller and greener in a short period of time. Thank you so much to Deana and Team For your integrity, and hard work. I look forward to our relationship next year 2023.

Weed man has provided solid service for our yard!

I have been with Weed Man for years and can give a mixed review. This is the "last chance" year with them. Two years ago the yard was full of weeds, they sprayed to kill them, and left me with nothing but dirt - in the spring - which meant a dirt yard for the entire summer. I told the company that I honestly couldn't believe they actually left branding signs in my yard as it was terrible advertising for them. Last spring some sort of pest ruined my yard and despite coming out several times to treat the yard, the techs never noticed the problem. I had to call and ask for help. By then the damage was too far gone and I had a terrible yard again this summer. I am working with them one last time to see if we can finally get my yard in decent shape -at this point I honestly just want my fescue to grow and not have dirt - nothing too high reaching. Deanna Freeman was helpful over the phone adding a service this morning and I am hopeful that she will be able to help me get the attention my yard needs, rather than just auto-pilot scheduled treatments with techs that really don't pay attention to the yard.

Customer service is the best. They are responsive and caring. The company is proactive and take the necessary steps to ensure that I get the services I need to keep it beautiful.
