Description of Work: I was not at all impressed with the quality of their work. The treatment was supposed to help control weeds, but now I've got more than I had before the treatment. If more treatments will be necessary then there should be a disclaimer in the advertisement. Don't be duped by a shameful promotion designed to get you to buy their service and treatments for the entire year.

Thanks for the post. First, lawn care is a process, one application will not take care of all your weeds. It takes, in some cases, a year to get your lawn where it needs to be. You can research any lawn company and they will tell you the same thing. Trust me when I say that if I could make your yard weed free after one application I would be a millionaire. What you purchased was a good start to a healthy lawn. The purpose of any coupon deal (Angies List, Groupon etc.. ) is to simply show you the beginning and hopefully to obtain more business. We have you flagged as a call ahead, so you should have received a call the day prior to service. The number we have on file is [member information removed], is that correct? We cannot treat the back yard if the dogs are out, so we would have only treated the front and side portions or asked that the dogs be put up so we can finish the application. Our products are pet and child friendly. All we ask is for a one hour window to apply the products and for the liquid products to dry. Description of Work: Service booked through a special deal on Angie's list. Deal included weed, feed and Spring treatment for all lawns. Initially the company got back to us very quickly and arranged a date, but this was then changed 2 or 3 times. When service performed the contractor was here for a very brief period -approx 15 mins, to measure front,back and side lawns and apply weed killer, crab grass treatment and feeding - I could not believe that he had managed to do a thorough job in such a short time frame. The company seem more concerned with trying to sign you up for an annual programme, which we have not done as the treatment applied did not seem effective, many weeds missed, etc.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I would like to address a few of your concerns. First, All of our trucks have GPS tracking so we are able to pinpoint where we were on the date of an application and how long we were at each location. The technician was at your property for just over 28 minutes which is more than enough time to measure and treat a 4-5 k yard. We use a wand to apply the liquid weed control and a spreader for the granular products each allows us to apply 6-8 feet strips at a time so that we can be both effective and efficient. Secondly, we try to schedule all applications to suit our customers needs. Unfortunately we cannot as we have thousands of customers and we cannot control the weather, traffic, and other issues we face on a day to day basis. Last, you said that the treatment did not seem effective. Lawn care is a process and it takes time. It can take a year or more to turn the lawn around depending on the condition when we start. It also depends on the type of weeds on the property. Grassy weeds are much more difficult to treat and often take repeated applications to clean up. Broadleaf weeds are much easier and show results sooner. We would have been more than happy to come back out and re-treat at no additional charge, but this review was the first we heard about it. Communication is essential to a successful working relationship and maintaining a clean green lawn. Please contact the office at (770) 998-7868 to discuss this matter further.

Description of Work: Not sure. I think thy may have been overwhelmed by subscribers. I wanted to be home when they came so that I could observe or validate the service provided so that I could detrmine my interest in perpetuating the relationship and service.
