We can say this because we do things differently than all our competition. We strive for a long-term partnership with our customers and want them to see us a resource of technical and practical knowledge that they can call upon anytime of the year. What makes us different, unique, better:• we answer our phones and are available by fax or e-mail - we respond immediately (48 hours guaranteed) to answer questions or concerns, will reapply fertilizer and weed control as needed at no additional charge, we provide information on what was done and what to expect, with each, when unusual conditions appear on the lawn we will explain, describe what we can do, and you can do, we have a Web page with current agronomic information available, we give problem areas extra attention. We blow off all hard surfaces to protect our waterways, our fertilizer lasts 30% to 50% longer upon request we will knock before each application to discuss current conditions. Description of Work: They didn't arrange a time to spray at my house for weeds. I came home from work one day and there was a sign in my yard that they had sprayed but it was hard to tell exactly what they did. The weeds in my VERY small front yard (less than 15 ft by 30 ft) died but I'm not do sure that they even made their way back to my back yard.

Description of Work: Came out and sprayed lawn for weeds/crab grass. it didn't work. they came back and resprayed areas, but it still did nothing to the crab grass. the first time they came out they did not tell me i had to have the grass cut within 2 days after spraying. the second time they did tell me and i had grass cut the next day. didn't matter. in addition, the spray got on one of my small trees and killed 3/4 of its leaves. however, the leaves quickly came back so it didn't damage the tree in the long run. the people were nice and did try to correct the problem, but their product was ineffective.

Description of Work: Nice young man came out. We discussed what he proposed to do to the yard. I had to leave and did not get to watch him apply the product. Frankly I do not see any real difference in the weeds in the yard. Maybe they needed to do a follow up application. I cannot honestly give a rating; good or bad.
