What makes us different, unique, better:• we answer our phones and are available by fax or e-mail - we respond immediately (48 hours guaranteed) to answer questions or concerns, will reapply fertilizer and weed control as needed at no additional charge, we provide information on what was done and what to expect, with each, when unusual conditions appear on the lawn we will explain, describe what we can do, and you can do, we have a Web page with current agronomic information available, we give problem areas extra attention. We blow off all hard surfaces to protect our waterways, our fertilizer lasts 30% to 50% longer upon request we will knock before each application to discuss current conditions. Description of Work: I USED them to control my weeds and maintain my lawn. Towards the end of last year I saw this dark green weed that looked like miniature clovers taking over the side yard. After they came and treated the weeds I noticed the weeds showed no sign of any chemical being put on them so I called back, they came and retreated.... A couple of weeks later I noticed that only a square section was dying off, which told me they only treated one spot. I CALLED THEM BACK AGAIN, they came out so they said and nothing!!!! I hate that I paid them for a service they did not do. I refused to call them back or ever do business with them again. My front yard looks great, THATS BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT EVERYONE CAN SEE WHEN THEY PUT THEIR SIGN IN MY YARD. I emailed and told them I would no longer do business with them. You would think some form of mgmt. would care but NOT A WORD. Very disappointed !!

We did treat your backyard as well as the front portion which you said looked great. The grass type in the backyard is different than the turf type in the front. The Fescue in the back is a northern grass growing in the hot, humid Southeastern United States. It struggles mightily during the summer months and requires repair work to be done each fall; as it does not self repair. During your time as our customer, a fall aeration and over seeding which was never performed by us. We did 7 basic program applications and four free treatments to address your concerns. The technicians noted multiple times last year drainage issues that needed to be addressed. Combining the drainage issue with lack of turf grass in certain areas, caused the issues that you cited here. We did everything possible on our end and would of continued to do so had you not ended the relationship. Description of Work: They were supposed to spray the yard for weeds but ended up spraying azaleas and hydrangea too, after missing several scheduled dates. Don't remember exact date last year and won't waste time looking it up. They wasted enough of my time.

Good morning [member name removed], First, I would like to point out that you purchased a one time unsolicited weed control service. The application is a good start, but just that, a start. It can take years to turn a lawn around especially depending on the condition it is in when we start, when we start, the types of weeds present, and the cusomter doing their share as well including mowing and watering weekly. We do leave a free lawn analysis with every Coupon deal that is purchased to give the customer an honest assessment of their lawn and what it would need ot turn it around whether we do it or whether you use it to work on the lawn youself.. To guarantee our service we do 8 applications per year including pre and post emergent weed control, fertlizer during the growing season, lime to condition the soil and balance Ph levels. Even with the best pre-emergent on the market there will still be some weeds plus there are some that are not preventable weeds. That is why we include free retreats, service calls, and follow ups to address weeds or other issues between the applications. I appreciate your feedback and wish you would have given us a chance to work with you on your lawn this year, but I understand the misconception. We wish you the best of luck moving forward and want you to know that we are here for you should you need any advice or decide to give the service a try.
