Description of Work: Had TE in to install an outlet for my Electric Vehicle (EV) charger. They came out 1 day after my call and gave me an estimate and did the work. Jordan - the electrician assigned, was very professional, neat, and worked at a good pace. Would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I was extremely happy with TE Electric. I had a strange smell coming from my oven, only to find out that it was not the oven. It was the outlet that the oven plugged into, that was actually burning. I called TE Monday morning, and they told me they had someone available and in the area. 20 minutes later, I had a very courteous Electrician at my front foot. Adam did a great job! He knew exactly what the problem was, and fixed it. I felt good about my decision to use them, and would highly recommend using them.

Description of Work: Two ceiling light fixtures that were not working properly were fixed. Also, I asked to install a whole house surge protector in the breaker panel. An additional problem was found in the panel which was corrected. The electrician, Jordon Partee, arrived on time, listened to our description of the issues, diagnosed the problems, explained what was wrong and how he would fix them, and discussed the costs. We agreed to his proposals. He showed us everything he was doing and answered all our questions. His work was neat and professional, and he was careful to protect our floors. We would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: TE Certified Electricians replaced my very old breaker panel with a completely new panel and breakers, and installed whole-house surge protection. This was done at MY request, not as a result of any type of hard sell. | |From start to finish, the electrician (Thomas S) was very professional, answered any questions I had during the process, and was competent in every way. I chose TE because of their outstanding reputation and knowing that the job would be done right. I will continue to use TE for all of my electrical needs.

Description of Work: The ceiling fan in our living room quit working, and our ceiling is too tall for me to reach it on my own. I called TE Certified and they came out and determined the remote receiver for the fan needed to be replaced. They were able to replace it right then. The tech that came was great- very nice and very helpful, and was in and out in 30 minutes or less. I was a bit surprised by the final price though, which seems pretty high.

Description of Work: The whole house inspection for $29 gets the technician in your home to identify your problems and gives you a $50 credit for any work. The repair work itself is based upon company price lists for specific repairs. I wrote a $400 check for replacing 4 GFCI outlets. Given the retail cost of GFCI outlets and the short time the repairman was at my house, I thought the $400 price tag was excessive.
