Description of Work: This is the 2nd time that I have used TE for HVAC service in the past 6 months. Both times have been excellent experiences. From the people who take the calls to the technician who visits your home, they clearly understand how to stand out from the competition by providing the best possible service. Their people are knowledgeable, friendly and are willing to give the extra effort to make you a customer for life. Michael was my tech this trip and he exemplifies what any company would want in an employee. It was late on Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend when he arrived and I am sure it had been a long day for him as well, but he acted like we were the most important call he had made all month. He communicated very clearly as to what he thought the issues were to get our AC running properly and he kept us informed every step of the way as he solved the problem. He took his time and never made us feel like he was rushing even though I am sure he had a family waiting on him to get home. Our house is 50 years old and I own my own business so I have had plenty of experience with service techs over the past 30 years. Without a doubt, Michael was the best repair service experience I have ever had. TE has a great reputation which is why I called them but Michael far exceeded even my high expectations. The work was high quality and the pricing is very fair.

Description of Work: After having my A/C systems serviced and advised all was ok with my annual service to my systems and they were in good order. One of the A/C systems wound needing a repair because of a "run cap" had to be repaired/ replaced. if all was ok with the unit why was this not discovered and I was advised of such. This repair coast me another $75.00 two weeks after the above mentioned provider did their service. I have a repair bill for proof.
