Wonderful customer service. Joey Baka and his team were nothing short of impressive. There was an unmistakable level of personal investment and follow-through, both during and after work was completed (and paid for). Other companies, of all kinds, would do well to learn from them.

Quote requested for Condo. Got right back to me so response time was A+. Price quote was very competitive. No work performed but thankfully discussed being in a condo and this company will only service condo building up to 3 floors. Since I live on the 5th they could not do the work. I did mention that this fact needs to be mentioned somewhere on Angie's list or even on their website. It would have been nice to see how well the technician's service went. Would not rule out if you have a single family home or live in a condo with 3 floors or less. Only reason for NOT HIRE AGAIN is not because I don't want them but rather they can't service a condo greater than 3 floors.

Miguel and Axel were very professional and through in their approach and delivery of their job. They replaced the electric panel in the garage, made sure everything was brought up to code and was working. They ensure everything was clean when they left. Would ask for them again if I had electrical needs.

Tyler was punctual, professional, and worked hard to get our many outlets installed. He left the workspace cleaner than he found it and was diligent in making sure the job was done exactly how we wanted it. Russ came and quickly diagnosed what needed to be fixed. He and the other technicians were very professional and understanding of my schedule. They came back the following day to finish the work. They furnished a portable generator for my contractor when they had to cut the power so he could continue to work. Terrific to work with!

We noticed that we had some lights flickering in the master bathroom. Looked at Angie's List and found that TE Certified Electricians had ratings we were comfortable with, so we called and set up an appointment. Jonathan came out and advised us that our Breaker box needed to be replaced, and showed us where the issues were with it. He also advised that with a job of this size, Brookhaven required additional smoke detectors to be placed. They accepted the coupon offered on Angie's List and gave a very reasonable price. The job took 2 1/2 days with several technicians joining Jonathan to get the job finished. They took the time to clean up after themselves and I really appreciated them buying an extra long drill bit to avoid having to cut into my wall to place one of the smoke detectors. They were able to fish the required cable up through the wall after buying the bit.

He was not able to install Attic Fan because I did not have a gable in my attic. He did however install my Thermostat and did a full checkup on my electrical panel.

The technician was early, completed the installation, cleaned up all materials and took away old fixtures. Pricing was agreeable. Job completed and done well.

Joey Dillard came to our home to perform HVAC preventative maintenance. Joey was very pleasant to work with, was thorough and detail-oriented in his work, and corrected multiple minor issues without extra charges. He is very knowledgeable and is definitely an asset for TE. We are highly satisfied customers.

Attic fan making noise. Tighten screw and that seemed to fix it. Something simple as that.

I was very pleased with TE! The cost was reasonable and he did a thorough review of our power needs before letting us know we didn't need to upgrade power to the house, which was a relief. While he was working on our electrical panel, he pointed out a mistake our HVAC company made when installing a new system a few months earlier. The mistake could have caused a fire. I'm so glad he caught that!

It went very smoothly. They got the permit and coordinated with Georgia Power.

Doug arrived on time assessed the job gave us an estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. He also replaced our fuse box. He was very professional. We would definitely hire him again. We got a thank you note from the company which was a nice touch.

Over priced. I understood the $149.00 to diagnosis the problem. However, the problem was a wire had come loose from a plug and needed to be reattached. Cost me $129.00 to re-attach the wire.

The electrician did a great job. He figured out a way to direct the wiring through the home so as not to disturb the painting and plaster. He did an excellent job and also recommended adding a surge protector for the house. Ordinarily, I would not opt for this, but in our situation it did make good sense. Overall, I was extremely pleased with TE Certified Electricians.

The young man that came out was fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable about his job and that is really important to me.

Chace Dent was our service person. He did an excellent job of identifying items missed by the house inspector both minor and major, then proceeded to correct or repair problems. I feel much safer in my home now.

I hired T.E. Electricians to run two Ethernet data jacks in my home. They were prompt, provided an accurate quote, and expectations for the job. They then managed to exceed those expectations by snaking cabling without punching any extra holes in the walls. It was expensive, but considering the quality of work I believe it was still a very good value and I will use them again.

Craig, the technician was courteous and professional. He even reinforced an outlet box that had not been appropriately installed/secured (by the original builder or previous installer). I'm not familiar with the cost of electrical work, so my initial thought was that they were a little bit pricey. However, after seeing the quality and diligence of their work, it was definitely worth the cost.
