I called and Thrasher was on-site within an hour-right on time. Jim had an easygoing, professional demeanor. The work was done in less than 30 minutes and came with a lifetime guarantee on both parts and labor. I was extremely impressed and will use them again.

Thrasher Electric was responsive over the telephone. Our technician, Jim, was polite and professional. The company's prices were very reasonable (much lower than other quotes) and the work performed was done quickly and very well. We were very pleased with our experience and will not hesitate to use them again for additional electrical needs. I have even recommend them to my mother!

From the time the phone was answered at Thrasher until the crew left, I experienced nothing but polished and professional service. I called at 2:00 and they were able to come out the same afternoon, I was surprised. The breaker had blown and wires had melted and it was not a safe situation. The crew gave me a fair estimate and also estimated what would be needed if a larger amp size was needed for that breaker, if this solution would not work. This breaker handles our entire A/V set up and now our holiday lights, not to mention regular vacuuming! I'm so pleased with how quickly and professionally this company responded to our needs. I will use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

When I called Thrasher, they were very responsive. Josh sent me his insurance certificate and business license right away. We corresponded over the phone and by e-mail several times to determine the exact needs of the project. The next day, two technicians arrived on time to do the work. They reviewed the work to be done, worked efficiently and got the job done in about 1.5 hours.

The electricians arrived on time. Asked questions to get a whole understanding of what I wanted them to do. Then went right to work and completed the job in about 2 hours. They were very personable and flexible to my do the work "just like I wanted it done". I am very pleased with the outcome and call Thrasher Electric again when I have a need.

Terrible. I called and left a detailed message on what I needed done. The answering machine said to leave a message or send a page. I left a message between 8 - 9 AM. The answering machine indicated they would call back within the hour. Five hours later still no response, so I called again. This time I decided to send a page, a full 24 hours later I still have not received a response to either of my attempts to reach them. I did call another contractor found on Angie's List and have a scheduled appointment week.

They were great in all respects. Josh called the morning of the appointment to confirm it and also went over again what we wanted done to make sure they were properly prepared. Josh actually arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time. One outlet we thought was a problem, he diagnosed that it was a problem with the lamp, not the outlet. He diagnosed the other problem outlet as a conflict with wiring from our house alarm system keypad; the alarm company shouldn't have routed their wires together with the outlet wiring. He verified that it's safe as is, but if we wanted to do something about, have the alarm company move the keypad. He carefully inspected our basement for the new cable outlet estimate. The estimate seemed very fair, and we plan to schedule to have them back to do that work.

After getting an in home estimate from another company that I thought was to high, I called Thrasher Electric. Josh was able to give me an estimate over the phone and scheduled an appointment the next day. He arrived with all of the necessary equipment needed for my project and he finished in about an hour. The cost was the same as the estimate given the previous day and there were no surprises. The price was $150 less than what I was quoted from another well known company. I will definitely use Thrasher Electric for future projects.

Very good work. All wiring was done quickly and expertly, to code with excellent recommendations from the contractor. Very responsive to issues that came up after their work was completed (problems with other contractors). Came back on site for small repairs when requested. Very helpful determining the best and most economical course of action for our remodel/flip. Very good work and very nice people.
