Promptly, efficiently and at a price less than I'd expected. The technician covered his shoes to protect my floors and was very warm and friendly to me and my dog.

All went well with this company. They were very responsive to our initial phone call and subsequent e-mails. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. They came to our home quickly to do an estimate and were also quick to get the work done once we gave them the go ahead. The work was done well. We would definitely use this company again and refer them to friends and neighbors.

I have grown to trust Thrasher Electric with my network or electrical needs. They provide excellent service, have very knowledgeable and experienced technicians.

Freddie and David did an excellent job. Identified the problem, told me how it might have happened, looked for alternative solutions (which worked and saved me a lot of $).

I would call them again if I had more electrical work to do. They were pretty reasonable.

I scheduled the appointment online, which is a great feature, and it was easy to reschedule as needed. The technician that came out was very professional and courteous, and he scoped out and quoted the job quickly and got right to work. The work was clean, finished quickly, and we've had no problems with the outlet. I also got a magnet to stick on the panel door for a discount on any future service with them. My only issue with Thrasher (which I didn't realize when I booked them) is that they don't charge by parts and hourly labor, but by a flat fee based on the type of service. That may be a plus for some people, but I felt the flat fee was too high for the work invovled, and there's no itemization to explain how that fee is derived. Personally I like to see itemized parts and labor so at least I understand where the price is coming from, and so I know that if the job doesn't take as long as expected, that my end cost will reflect that.

Good overall experience. Would be willing to use this company again.

They called and were slightly early, a plus in my book. I had been wanting to upgrade the panel and asked for a price. I thought the price reasonable and authorized them to proceed. I also authorized a new plug in the garage wall. Lastly, I asked that a 220 plug be changed to a 110 right under the panel, as I am lacking in power in the garage. Thrasher completed the work, took time to wear booties while he verified circuits in the house to label the panel, cleaned up and left. I appreciate the Angie's Deal I purchased and the work Thrasher did. No hesitation to use them again.

Excellent. I called them this morning, they scheduled a service call this same day between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., the technician, Wayne, called me well within that time frame to give me advance notice that he was on his way, and I was able to meet him at the location and arrange for him to do the repair work at that time. Wayne was very professional. Also efficient. Within an hour he was done, and I was headed back to my office. I had never used this company before but went with them because I was impressed with the ratings that I had reviewed on angieslist.com. Therefore, I'm now sold on both this electrical vendor if I should need any further electrical work, and I'm sold on this web site as well.

Their promptness, the scheduling and completion of the job, and professionalism were all excellent. What stood out to me was the high level of quality in all aspects of the scheduling, the promptness, the efficiency of the work, and the cleanliness of the technicians. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

Work ended up being much more difficult than originally anticipated due to access issues in the attic. Wayne, Thrasher's serviceman, ended up spending much more time on the project than originally anticipated. Even so, he honored his original quote. Just a very pleasant experience overall as Wayne was courteous, honest and hard working. Just can't say enough positive things about Wayne and Thrasher!

It could not have gone better. He was prompt and extremely courteous. I was very impressed by his level of professionalism. Due to my lack of planning, I did not have the fixtures on sight for him to install. He gave me a short, knowledgeable lesson regarding the features that I might need in exterior lighting fixtures. Using my newfound expertise,I was able to quickly make my selections and have been very pleased. Upon leaving, the service professional commented on how great the new fixtures looked!

The service was excellent, and I appreciated the prompt and professional service. I was surprised by the pricing, however. There was no hourly rate -- every item the technician dealt with was priced separately, so I'm not sure that I received the full value for the high cost. The total cost seemed very expensive.

Overall I had an excellent experience with Thrasher Electric. They scheduled me in a two hour window and said the technician would call before he arrived. He called before he got there and said he would be there at noon and showed up right on time. I needed a circuit breaker replaced, so he tested the breaker, receptacle and switches in the affected area and said it was the breaker and nothing else. He replaced the breaker and when he was done I decided I wanted another receptacle in the kitchen. He told me how much it would be and I told him to install it. The technician was polite and professional. They charge by the job rather than by the hour. They do charge a fee for an estimate, but waive the fee if work is completed. If I ever need electrical service again, I will be using Thrasher Electric!

They were excellent. They came out when they said they would and did really good work. The guy that came out was very nice and very professional. They cleaned up really well when they left.

Excellent! Technician made a permanent repair of wiring that had repeatedly come loose on range hood lights. No problems since!

Ben was the service provider and did a great job. He explained exactly what the process was and the cost. He did the job as explained and actually had to come back to replace one of the TV's and ended up putting in a under the counter receptacle. Ben took great care in keeping the area clean, removing the waste. Overall, very good experience and would use them again.

smelled melting plastic and wire smell, hrs later power went out. We called Tharasher since we had used them before and liked very much. They were busy but knew this was an emger. and we were a past customer. They got here in a about 1 1/2 hrs or less. They came out on emg. on Thur. the 10th and found 3 breakers in older box melted and these were Air cond., oven, and dryer. They disconnected these 3 and connected air in new space so we would be up and cool. Oven was also rerouted. On Monday the 14th, they came back and put in a new updated box with new space and reconnected us. Ben worked most of the day on it and did great job. He was also so helpful.

Folks arrived on time and completed the work in about 1.5 hours or so. They drilled a small hole in the exterior, fished a line down to the switch, ran the line in exterior/flexible conduit along the deck, mounted a new box on the deck beam, checked out the wiring and weather sealed everything. I installed a fan a few weeks later and everything works well.

Jim K and Eric from Thrasher were fantastic. They gave us good advice, did their very best to save us money where possible, were prompt, professional, and friendly. They worked well with the other contractors we had in the house. I also trusted them 100%. I felt very comfortable with them in the house.Thrasher's prices were muuuuuch lower than a competitor we had to out to do an inspection and quote as well. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them! Thanks Thrasher!

When I called for an estimate, my call was answered by a friendly person. We scheduled a time for an electrician to come out and give us an estimate. Jim arrived and listened to what we wanted to have done and made some good recommendations beyond our ideas. When it was time for the install, Jim and Eric showed up on time and were professional as well. They were knowledgeable and experienced. They both had a positive attitude while getting it done. When calling the office, no matter who answered the phone, they were familiar with the work we were having done. After it was all completed they did a great job, the work was excellent. They even did a good job of following up to make sure we were happy with the finished work. AWESOME!

The overall experience was good. The repair person came in and examined the damaged circuit and gave options for repair. This was the second estimate we had regarding this repair job. The first company came to our house and without even looking at the problem, told me that I was looking at a $3,000 repair and wanted me to buy an "insurance" policy and seemed vary interested in selling his product. What I liked about Thrasher is that the repair person gave us several options to solve our problem without pressure or scare tactics.

Called on a Saturday, they were available then or on the date of service (the following Monday). They called ahead to get permission to come a little earlier. They have GPS so no instructions necessary by the customer. The electrician put on shoe covers before entering the house. The electrician was professional in his demeanor. His uniform and tools were immaculate. He was neatly groomed. I explained the problem. He checked all the wiring in the room. He showed me the damaged part. He replaced the part with a better product. We discussed GFI circuit safety. He replaced the fuse in the fuse box. He was done in 15-20 minutes. He checked to make sure that the fixtures requiring electricity operated properly when turned on.
