Wayne was here earlier in the year to replace a GFCI in the kitchen. While he was here we talked with him about some of the issues we had been having and he took the opportunity to look at our existing panel. At that time he recommended that we add a sub-panel to take some of the overload off the main panel. We agreed and scheduled the work. While he was installing the sub-panel it became clear that the main panel was a disaster and probably the cause of some of the problems we had been having. He returned two days later and replaced the main panel. It took much longer than he had anticipated but he honored the quote he had given us. When he finished the work, it was dramatically better. He also cleaned up thoroughly.

I could not praise him more. He is most reasonable in his work and very professional. Used him many times and always very satisfied!! A+ business!!!

We recently moved into our first home which had been renovated and updated including new electrical outlets in the laundry room. The electrical outlet for the dryer in particular had been updated from the old three prong version to the current 4 prong version. When we first tried to use the dryer after washing a load of laundry, we discovered that the clothes were not getting dry at all. The dryer would turn on and move the clothes around but it would never blow air nor get hot. I had the dryer unit checked out by an appliance technician for any possible malfunctions but it checked out to be working properly. The technician suggested having the outlet checked out because the dryer may not be getting enough voltage. I contacted TE Certified Electricians and they came out to troubleshoot the problem. The electrician, Kevin, was very professional and on time. He diagnosed the issue to be a poorly wired electrical line that went all the way from the dryer outlet to the house fuse box. He also reviewed the fuse box and recommended that it be updated to a breaker box. He made this recommendation in that many of the fuses were not making good connections which would persist over time. Updating the fuse box was something we were considering to do anyways. Kevin came back out to my house on the very next business day and installed the new breaker box and dryer electrical line. He and a fellow electrician even went around the house to confirm that all of the breakers were working properly and he labeled the breakers on the box as they went. The process took all day but I did not mind because I wanted it to be done right. And it was. All in all, TE Certified Electricians took a frustrating situation and made it right. They found out what the problem was and not only fixed it, but made it better.

From my first contact with TE Certified Electricians, they were very professional. They were clear about the appointment time, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. The electrician arrived precisely when he said he would, and was friendly and professional. He had some trouble running new circuits through the walls in a finished part of my basement, but communicated clearly about what he was doing every step of the way. He managed to get the circuits run, and installed the outlets and lights. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I would definitely call TE Certified Electricians again if I need any more electrical work done.

TE were very professional and arrived on time. Obviously well organized, and took time to understand what we needed done. They provided a quote at the end of the meeting and walked through everything that was necessary. We also got quotes from other highly rated companies on Angie's List, and decided to go with one of the others: the cost was about 25% less than TE for the same work.

Advised the scheduler that we had live wires exposed and asked if there was any possibility that we could get an electrician this day. Made an appointment for the next day with the understanding that if the scheduler was able to find an electrician who had finished the job he was working on, she would ask him to come by and give us an analysis of what needed to be done. Within 15 minutes of my first call I received a call from Joaquin advising me he was on his way. He quickly assessed the problem and provided an estimate for the job. Upon agreement he went to work and was done in 30 minutes. We are now safe again!

My experience with TE electric has been very good so far. They came out quickly after the power company said our meter was sending signals that something was going on with our meter base. The repair had to be coordinated with the power company (Sawnee) and Fulton County inspectors. They took care of all the coordination and kept me informed throughout the process. Jim, the electrician, even called the next morning to check in to make sure everything was going well since the power company had turned the power back on.

Once the price was decided on, he began the work and completed it in 3-4 hours. All work was completed and the area was cleaned up when he finished. All paperwork from the estimate to the payment was done on an iPad with complete billing and description and scope of work detailed on the bill which was emailed to me. They honored the Angie's List coupon. Overall it was a pleasant and efficient experience. i would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We were very pleased with Thrasher Electric both times we used them. They were here when they said they would be here, they finished when they said they would finish, and they said what they would charge me in advance. I am keeping a list and when it is big enough to justify it I will call them.

The appt process was smooth, the tech showed up on time, provided an estimate, proceeded with the work, and cleaned up after himself.

They did not service my area, but they did recommend me to a great company. They were very nice and professional.

I called Thrasher out because I had a bathroom circuit-breaker trip and fail to reset, and the whirlpool, shower light and fan would not work. The technician, Jim, was friendly and polite, and quickly found a GFI that I did not know existed. Resetting it fixed the problem, and took only a few minutes. My only complaint is that Thrasher's telephone operator declined to tell me in advance that the diagnostic fee was $149 - my fault for not looking more thoroughly, but a heavy price for a simple fix.

I was completely satisfied.

Kevin was great - called within the allotted time frame, showed up in a Thrasher vehicle in full uniform. He was very professional and did a thorough inspection. I received my report within the hour and everything was as expected. I would use them again in the future.

The technician was prompt and courteous and worked several hours to get the job done. The one thing I do not like about Thrasher, however, is that they don't do free estimates or give estimates over the phone. They will not give you a price until you pay a trip charge to get the technician out to your house. For that reason, I will likely not use Thrasher again.

Installation was professional and on time. I would use Thrasher again!

Iffy. I feel the guy was trying to sell us an upgraded light bulb even though we only want a conventional bulb. He wanted to charge $65 for installation and purchase of the bulb. I feel he was trying to sell us things we did not need for high amounts. They come to your house and try to upsell you on things that are not needed.

After having a few estimates for work we chose Thrasher Electric, LLC to install 6 can lights in the ceiling of our living room. To do this it was necessary to install a new switch as well. The service man, Billy, was professional and helpful in choosing the correct number of lights to install as well as the best bulbs for the type of lighting we wanted in the room. We would definitely use Thrasher Electric again.

All people that I talked to employed by Thrasher were very polite and helpful. Called to ask if they could come earlier than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise!

They were very nice. One of the workers forgot to flip a switch back on outside, but other than that the work went well. He also provided some useful information as far as set up.

They did an excellent job from initial call, scheduling and service. Their Lead Electrician, Ben, had great recomendations and ideas. The entire crew was very effecient and professional. .
