The electrician was knowledgeable and very professional. The customer service is excellent from making the appointment (they were able to come expeditiously) to the work. I think it is apparent that they value good customer service.

The fluorescent light (4 bulbs) is hard to start cool, it is related to the two ballasts. The whole lighting fixture is replace including $149 for the labor and $125 for the light. (I forgot to print a coupon in advance). The work site is clean, Kevin put a plastic sheet under the ladder to collect the dust. Inspection just take a while, but he need to go back and get the light which took about 20 mins . The appointment windows is 8am-9am, He arrived at 8:20am and everything is done at 9:26.

On time, professional demeanor, jobs done competently, clean up was spotless. Definitely someone to consider, would surely use provider in the future

Because of the complexity to repair, I did not choose to have the wiring job completed. It was cost prohibitive.

Overall we were very pleased with the electrician that was sent out. He was very nice and knowledgeable and installed our fans in a timely manner. The job was quoted after he arrived and before he did anything so we knew what to expect. One pricing issue I had was the item charge for bringing in and using a ladder. They waived the trip charge of $29, but then charged us extra for having to use a ladder. Maybe this is normal in the electrician world, I'm not sure. We would probably hire TE again. We were very happy with the service provided.

They were wonderful. Their price was not cheap, but we felt we got our money’s worth.

TE called to reschedule due to it being outside and raining. Kevin called 15 min before appt time to let me know he was on the way and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed and made the repair. Very professional. Good experience.

This great experience started with the first call--professional, friendly, efficient, asking all the right questions so the technician would have all the parts he needed. Joaquin showed up on time in a TE uniform, put covers on his shoes, and we began the long (!) list of electrical issues in my condo. He gave me the quote and it was right in the price range I had expensed for the job. He got right to work on this almost 7 hour job, taking only a 15 minute lunch break! I thought I needed a new fuse for the A/C, but Joaquin checked it and told me I didn't....all was well (which saved me money--he could have told me I needed one and I would not have known the difference). The home inspector had been looking at the wrong A/C unit! He also ran into issues with the original electrical installations which were just plain crazy. I later found out that these particular condos were all experiencing the unfortunate results of bad electrical work done during the building process. Joaquin took all the old fixtures and did not leave a bit of a mess. I knew there were electrical problems so I wanted a licensed electrician, not just a handyman to do these jobs. I have used handymen in the past, but have generally had fair to even horrific experiences. I have nothing against them because I had a spectacular guy in Michigan who even had a key to my house--I trusted him that much! But in this case, I needed the peace of mind of knowing that a licensed, experienced professional was doing the work. And I am so glad I went with TE! A wonderful experience from start to finish and my "new" condo looks updated and modern now. Thanks, Joaquin, for a job well done!

We had a sudden issue and TE worked with me to get someone out the same day. Wayne was great -- knowledgable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, corrected it, and even made time to address a separate issue. Would definitely use TE/Wayne again!

I submitted a request for service through the Internet after hours when one of the electrical circuits within my home stopped working. Received prompt return email the next business day. Spoke with office by phone and arranged an appointment. Ben came out that day to diagnose the problem. He did so and explained pricing options, etc. The work was performed in a clean, professional and timely manner. He also added whole house surge protectors to my electrical panel. They will stand behind their work. No complaints, will use them again.

TE Electricians serviced our home twice. I am indeed sorry for not being able to find both service orders in able to provide more information about all of the services done. Their work was excellent. We were serviced by Russ Kinnear both time, and you couldn't have work done by a better person.

They were professional, and had nice uniforms and trucks. Their quote was too high, and I ended up using someone else.

It went very good. was very happy with the way they coductected everything in a very professionalism manner and got to business rirht away.

I had thought about putting in a whole house surge protector for a while because we get constant power surges and outages at the house and had a close lightening strike that damaged a breaker and some electronic equipment. We're also about 1/8 of a mile from a substation so maybe that's contributing to the surges .. who knows. The cost of the installation is typically around $400, so when I saw the deal on Angie's List for $168 I jumped on it. The contractor arrived on time and was professionally dressed. The surge protector was installed behind/inside the main breaker box in less than 20 minutes. The electrician then showed me how to reset it in the event it ever tripped. They were very professional and were in and out in a short amount of time.

The technician diagnosed the problem caused by a tenant's improper installation of a bedroom ceiling fan. This had shorted out wiring and the bedroom's outlets and overhead light were not working. The electician repaired the wire and put a rated box above the ceiling to properly support the fan. He also noticed that one of the breakers in the panel were not to code so he replaced that. The lights were back on in no time.

Very professional, easy to call and set up appointment. Technician was friendly. I think his name was Russ.

Ben and an assistant provided all services. It was an exceptional install, taking them one long day and part of the next morning to get everything sorted out. They were very clear in what was being done and why. For instance, due to changes in DeKalb County code requirements, additional, unanticipated work had to be done. All circuits were labelled clearly when the job was finished and the work area left totally clean. I couldn't have been more satisfied with this company's performance and especially Ben's assistance.

It went flawlessly from beginning to end. They worked their schedule in concert with the remodelers.

We originally called for an idea of the work necessary for lights in our walkway. Ben came to examine the project in to give an estimate. We also mentioned that the kitchen fixture did not always work. Ben looked at that first and made a number of repairs to that fixture and planned to return for the walkway lights. Two days later the kitchen light was inoperable once again. When Ben reappeared for the walkway light installation he also worked on the kitchen fixture once again, not charging for that portion of the work since the first repair did not solve the problem. He then replaced the lamp holders, wiring and wire cover as well as completing the walkway lights.

They did a very good job I was very pleased. I didn’t have any problems with it.
