Thrasher Electric does great work at a reasonable price. They quoted me a price that was well below quotes from other companies and they did excellent work. I had two other companies come out and they both said they would have to cut several holes in my ceiling in order to install a light above a shower. The electrician from Thrasher Electric was able to come up with a way to install the light and he only had to cut a hole for the light itself, no others. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

And bonus- so I completed a survey and just got in the mail a starbucks card and a coupon for lifetime discount- shut the front and back door- amazing service for sure! Love love love ya'll. THANK YOU and God bless YOU too.

Billy performed all these services over the course of two visits. We had initially made an appointment for a Saturday later in the month because we have had work done by Billy before and really like him, but TE put us on a priority call list for any other time he was available unexpectedly. They called on New Years Eve and since we were home, Billy came by and hung one chandelier and added a switch for it. He even put some ceiling paint over part of the ceiling that had become discolored by the fans motor and would have been exposed since the base for the chandelier is smaller. We kept our Saturday appointment and he came by this weekend and finished up the rest. He did a fabulous job. He went over the specs for the outlet placements one more time with us, got them put exactly where we wanted them, and cleaned up after himself (I think the room is actually cleaner now than when he arrived!). Then he hung a new chandelier in our entryway, which has 18 foot ceilings. He had to extend the chain that came with it, and used his expertise and judgement to make sure that the lamp (a pretty star-like pendant) would be visible from the street, which hadn't even occurred to us. Before he left, he installed a whole house surge protector and went over its use with us. Really friendly guy - we don't ever hesitate to have him to our home, and will definitely have him back the next time we have any electrical needs. He's actually been out a couple of times before to install GFI outlets and replace/upgrade our entire electrical panel.

Every electrical task was done top-notch. The service electrician was on time and very professional. The remodel of our kitchen included changing out the electric stovetop to gas. We needed to have a major outlet under the stovetop moved to allow for roll-out drawers. Not only did the electrician move the outlet, but also took the time to be sure that we would have maximum use of the new drawers. He also changed out the original canned lights with new LED canned lighting which made a huge difference in the brightness in our large kitchen. Finally, he changed out the fixture above the kitchen table. When testing everything, Joaquin suggested changing the configuration of the switches (addressing a problem we put up with since day 1 in the house). He took care of this at no extra charge. Joaquin and everyone we have talked to at TE Certified Electricians have been the best we have ever used. We will never call any other electrical company except TE and will definitely always ask for Joaquin to handle the job.

The technician arrived on time, in a marked truck and in uniform and the professionalism continued throughout the job. He asked (and listened to) where we wanted lights and switches and plugs and he suggested improvements in the plan. He notified us each day what time he'd arrive the next day and the office called me to confirm each day. Again, he arrived when promised and proceeded to work very efficiently. This job was unusual in that part of the space is finished and part just has studs and headers, so he hung the lights differently in each area with an eye toward future drywall installation, etc. We have a lot of renovations in our future and we will definitely let TE do the electrical work involved.

Joaquin was awesome. His work was amazing. He even helped me move the treadmill down which was obviously not part of his work. My experience has been awesome and I wouldn't think twice before engaging them again.

This is about the 3rd or 4th time I have used TE. Since I found them several years ago, I haven't used any other electrician. Joaquin was the electrician that was sent. It was his 2nd time to visit my home. He arrived promptly, was courteous and customer oriented. He surveyed the work to be done and gave a reasonable estimate. I gave him the go-ahead and he was finished in slightly less than 3 hrs. I use TE because of the high quality of their employees and work performed. I have lived in my house over 30 years and until I started using TE I never had the same electrician come back a 2nd time because of price, quality of work issues, punctuality, customer service, etc. So I finally found an company I can trust, and that's about the highest compliment I can give.

Overall, a fantastic job and will definitely use them again!

Wesley arrived exactly on time. He spent the time to understand my needs and provided good suggestions to enhance my satisfaction with the installation. He was EXTREMELY courteous and professional at all times, and took the time to ensure the installation was done properly. He called Josh in to give him a hand to ensure he did not damage anything while taking the chandelier up to the 2nd story. Josh was also great! They even identified a few pre-existing damage spots on the chandelier and came up with great solutions to address them so that that it looks AWESOME! WITHOUT QUESTION, TE Certified Electricians will be the first company I call next time I need electrical services.

I scheduled the appointment with a very pleasant representative on the phone and was given several choices that worked for all parties. The appointment was for a one hour time arrival window with a confirmation call the day before and a call the morning of the service that he was on the way. Joaquin, the electrician, showed up on time and was very professional. We did the walk through and I was given the estimate on an iPad with the information emailed to me. Joquain proceeded to do the work, explained what he did and we used his iPad to review the work completed and line item charges. He entered my credit card information, I signed and my receipt was emailed. Joaquin cleaned up the work areas as he completed them and wore coverings over his work shoes while in the house. A great combination of home town service, high tech and professionalism all rolled into one! All in all a very thorough and professional job and I will use TE again for my electrical needs.

TE REFUSED to provide any perspective on the job over the phone. They required a representative go to the house to determine what the work would entail and what the price would be. I explained to the call operator that we were not currently living in the house and it would be a huge inconvenience to meet an electrician there. Especially if we were not confident we would select them as a service provider. I understand sales tactics. This tactic is used because consumers are a LOT more likely to agree on a service and price if the salesman is standing in their living room. The phone operator went on to tell me "that is how we work". True, but it is not very customer friendly and borderline manipulative. I would have love to had TE do the work because they appear to be great at it. But I will never use them because they like to work in a manner that is most convenient to them and not me. So I will use a more accommodating service provider.

The electrician was courteous, definitely knew what he was doing, and took the time to talk to me and answer any questions I had. He gave me a call 30 minutes before he got to the house, used shoe covers when going into and out of the house, and cleaned up after himself everywhere he made a mess. I would definitely use these guys again without a second thought.

Presentation is key to perception. Juaquin arrived in a big well-kept and clean truck, and was very courteous. He wore booties over his shoes while in my home so as not to track dust around. I described the work to him, and showed him which walls I wished to have the jacks installed in. We discussed several different options for how to complete the work and balance needs vs. budget. He was very patient and explained each quote. I eventually settled on one of the options, and he got to work. I retreated to my kitchen table to get some work done, and before I knew it, the job was done. He'd also cleaned up after himself, picking/sweeping up all of the debris/drywall/sawdust from where he'd had to drill and cut into the drywall. Overall, while I wouldn't have minded paying less, you get what you pay for. I paid for excellent service and I received excellent service.

Found E Certified Electricians on Angies List and called them to run Ethernet cable as part of home wireless networking project. Jim was able to come out same day (within hours), look at the job, quote it and deliver it. Cost was reasonable. Results excellent. Jim even went above and beyond - he went and bought cable that would better match the outside of the house so I didn't have to paint the cable later. Not necessary but very much appreciated.

First of all, I was very impressed that I filled out an online service request form late one evening and received a response the very next morning providing me with a service window and asking for more details. I provided the details by email and had my service appointment quickly confirmed. One of the items was fairly urgent since we are in the middle of renovating and needed to have the wire repaired before we closed up the wall. I was "won" over by the prompt attention. I was also impressed with a very professional and well organized website. Ben arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issues I had called about and prepared the quotes. He provided detailed quotes with several options. I chose to move forward with three of the items. Ben completed the work and cleaned up the area. He also reviewed each issue with me and let me know what he had found and what he did to fix each problem. I will call them for future needs and highly recommend them.

Wayne did a great job, as usual. He inspected the electrical system in a rental home we just purchased & repaired some items we had concerns with. He was very professional & thorough. We have used Wayne & TE on several occasions & will continue to do so.
