The technician did a good job. but the company is way too expensive.

Wesley Cagle was on time, polite, professional, neat, very helpful answering all qustions patiently. He was great and you obviously train properly. Competent.

Jamie came when he said he would. Explained what he would do, what it would cost. He figured the problem and had it fixed within the hour.

On time, knowledgeable, hard working. Did a great job and cleaned up and vacuumed work area. Very polite.

This is an extremely professional on time knowledgeable - surprisingly great pricing for the work and service company that I have now earmarked as my go to for ALL electrical. From the moment I booked appointment with the very nice, professional office manager to her following up to confirm day before... To tech Ben Barrett (the BEST) following up day of and arriving exactly spot on time-wise (seriously really did show at 8:05 am and that's time he gave 30 minutes before). Ben took the time and job was perfect and professional. Lights look beautiful! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and I would request Ben Bennett !

All went well but Jamie wrote a full page of notes re: all the problems and once I chose what I wanted corrected he then imputed that information into the tablet. The written portion took quite some time and seems unnecessary since you have a tablet, plus not nearly as professional looking.

They were electricians when we did a massive re-do on our house. A tree had fallen on it. They had to do half of our house. I had used them before and ended up having to have them out here again. They had to trouble shoot the wiring in the basement. I had to pay $150 just for trouble shooting. It ended not being connected to the problem. They were disappointing as well. This was all their work and I should not have had to pay the $150. The owner said that he could not trace the paperwork. He said that there was nothing that he could do because the work was contracted with our contractor. If they adjust the price I would use them again.

Excellent. They told us which bulbs we needed. There were parts missing and then went to store and purchased them. When led bulbs did not fit, they refunded them.
