The technician was prompt and very polite. There was a lot of work to do and it required two days and two techs. They worked really hard to get everything completed on my tight schedule (my house was on the market and we had appointments for potential buyers). They even came out early on a Saturday morning to complete the work. Everything was completed as promised and they cleaned up and were very respectful of my home and our time. I will use TE Electric each time I need electrical work done from here on out.

The electrician called 1/2 hour before appointment to confirm her would be on time (which he was). Work was slated for 8 hours. He was great at communicating how progress was coming and kind enough to explain any steps or new functions I was curious about. He was absolutely professional and very courteous. If I ever need an electrician again this is who I am calling!

The electrician arrived on time for our service appointment. He was neatly dressed in a service uniform. He evaluated all of the work being requested and provided us with pricing. We agreed to the pricing and the electrician then performed the work that we requested. He covered the flooring of each area that he worked within and left each area spotless when he was finished. We received high quality service and workmanship for the fee that we paid. This is the second time that we have used TE Certified Electricians and we will use them again in the future.

Jim (Electrician) is always a pleasure to work with. I like that you get a quote straight away on the work that you require. Its a simple yes or no if you want to proceed (If you don't proceed there is $29 call out fee). They are always on time within the window agreed. Communicate very well with you, the day before, when 30 mins away and the job in hand. Typically finish the job within 30 minutes + or - of what they say.Clean up after themselves. They are not cheap but do a really good job and i personally would rather pay a bit more, than have someone turn up a day late and do an average job especially with electrics.

After the appointment was made, I was called the night before to confirm. The day of the service, Kevin called within an hour of his arrival to confirm he was on his way. Kevin was very prompt, professional, and answered all my questions and proceeded to do the repairs needed. I will definately use TE Electrical in the future. One of the best services I have used in years. Will recommend to all my friends that need electrical work done in the future.

They did not try to push more services on me which I was happy about. I was satisfied with what they did. They were very professional during the appointment. They arrived on time. We ended up keeping their name but never really needed additional work.

Made an appointment with TE who was unable to get to me any earlier than 3 days, My fault, I called late in the day, close to end of week. I told them I would like someone sooner and they put me on a priority list to get someone out sooner if they finished a job early. Called me the next afternoon and told me could be here shortly. The electrician was prompt, very courteous, and very well qualified. He found a serious wiring problem which could easily have resulted in a home fire. It was because of his training and knowledge that he was able to diagnose the problem, and also find the serious underlying problem which could have very likely ended up burning down my home. I am very confident that TE and Joaquin fixed a disaster waiting to happen. This is my go-to company for all future electrical work.

Joaquin Partida was the electrician that installed the cable outlets for us. This is the third time we have used TE Electric - and the third time we have had Joaquin as our electrician. He is always so courteous, professional, on time and neat with his work. This last job cost a bit more than we would have anticipated; however, that is not a reflection on the work Joaquin provided. The cable company was not able to add the outlets due to where we were placing them and told us we had to hire an electrician to do the install. We immediately called TE Electric - because we knew that Joaquin could do the job and would get it done right. Of course, no surprises. If we need electrical work done in the future, we will be sure to call TE Electric again - and request Joaquin as our electrician.

The instillation went well and we haven’t had any issues since they came out.

Great experience, one of the more professional organizations out there. Fixed problems and also found other "value-added" things to repair w/o being pushy.

Jim arrived on time and gave me a detailed estimate for the job. He did a very careful job putting plastic down to reduce the mess. While he was in my attic running cable he noticed an exhaust vent was disconnected and reattached it. The installation went great and looks wonderful.
