Called at 8am and because of a cancellation was scheduled and tech Kevin arrived in an hour! He was professional, neat and made every effort to take care of all my concerns.

They came a day earlier, very efficient, prompt and I was very happy with them.

We had a problem with the lights in a ceiling fan tripping the circuit breaker. I called TE Certified Electricians and we scheduled the appointment for the next day. I was quoted a diagnostic fee up front, over the phone. The final price was very close to the quoted price (a part was needed, which increased the price). The electrician, Wayne, showed up on time, was professional and, in general, did an excellent job. A good company to use.

I needed somebody right away as the overhead lights in the kitchen, along with the garage door were affected by the broken breaker. I wasn't in a great position to negotiate. They came out the same day. Spent a lot of time giving me options. I probably need a dedicated outlet with it's own wire back to the breaker box because I plug an electric car into it. Those options gave me sticker shock so I went with the band aid. But in all fairness I don't have anything to compare their estimate to so I can't really slam their pricing. The tech (Ben) was very professional and didn't give us the hard sell. If I have them come back to install the dedicated outlet I don't have to pay another trip charge.

Making the appointment was a breeze. Electrician came on time, in professional truck/van and dressed professionally. Used plastic boot protector on shoes as soon as they entered the home. Gave me an itemized quote. Scheduled service a few weeks later. Again, they were on time, draped my walls with plastic, ran paper on floors to protect everything then cleaned up once finished. Took them a week but was diligently working daily. Very professional every day and stayed till 5:30 or 6:00. Started every day at 9:00.

I called Friday to schedule an appointment for next week, as I had a section of my home power go out and couldn't find the problem. They scheduled me for a Monday appointment (2-hour window) and offered to put me on the Emergency List for Friday, just in case someone's schedule opened up. They called back at 3:45 to say Russ would be there just after 4:00, if I was still interested. Russ called to let me know his ETA and showed up a couple minutes ahead of schedule. He was very professional and even has his photo on the side of the truck, so you know it's the right guy! He assessed the situation, asked several questions about how I'd like them fixed and provided me with an estimate of services to be performed. He then went off to get his tools and get to work. Several minutes later, he called me down to explain what he'd found and to talk me through my options. He explained everything very clearly and I opted to take the upgrade (but there was no sales push or pressure at all). He then went back to finish up the work. About an hour later I came down to see how he was doing and he was just getting things cleaned up. I apologized that he was staying late, but he said it was his pleasure to make sure the work was done right and finished up today, so I could use it this weekend. Russ was even kind enough to ask about my plans for my front porch lighting and back deck expansion plans and to give me some tips that would make life much easier for me regarding the electrical. He cleaned up everything so you couldn't even tell he was there and was super polite, extremely knowledgeable and courteous the entire time. He's fantastic and I would highly recommend Russ to anyone with an electrical problem. My only issue is that the rates for the work definitely seem high to me, based on my past experiences with other electricians. If you're having a lot of big work done, I might shop around to compare rates on the specific services you're going to have completed.

Performed services exactly as described, we believe the electrician went above and beyond to fix our problem. He outlined the cost as he went, leaving us with no surprises.

Jamie came to my house this morning (even earlier than expected, which was great), and provided outstanding service. He was very knowledgeable and explained the reasons behind everything he did. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Obed and all of the employees from TE Certified Electricians. My lights were flickering/dimming, and when I called another company on a Monday, they couldn't send someone out until Friday. I then called TE Certified Electricians and from the moment the representative answered the phone, I felt like I was in good hands. The phone representative and the technicians understood my sense of urgency with the issue. (In addition to the fire hazard, I was also preparing to sell my home and wanted the issue fixed as soon as possible.) Both technicians (Kevin and Obed) were very knowledgeable and friendly. (I had two technicians because we had to coordinate things with Georgia Power over two days.) I felt very comforted by the way the technicians and dispatcher reassured me that they would coordinate with Georgia Power and resolve the issue. Obed successfully diagnosed and fixed the issue. His technical experience, friendliness, and sense of urgency were superior. The way this was handled from start to finish from each employee eased my mind during a very stressful time of prepping my home.

I called this company after finding them on Angie's List on Monday - the 21st of July - and the customer service rep who set up the appt. was excellent! The most knowledgeable CSR I have ever talked to with any business! She was not only knowledgeable about their services but she was friendly and helpful. We set up the appt. for Wed (they only use a 2-hr. time frame for arrival) but she did mention that would I be interested in having them come either later that day or Tuesday if a time opened up. I said - "sure!" Within a couple of hours - I heard back and she said that one of their techs was available to come immediately! GREAT service! Their tech - Joaquin - was here soon after and intalled a new light fixture on the house wall over my deck as well as installing a new flood light over this same deck that hadn't been working for years. He was friendly, he discussed everything with me as well as advising what the cost would be if I were to go ahead with what I wanted done. He also gave me some alternatives which might save me money. Within an hour or so he had finished and it all looked great and worked perfectly! How great to finally have some light for my deck at night!!! I paid by credit card and they have it computerized so was fast and they sent a copy of the service order to my e-mail. This seems like a very well - run company for your electrical needs and I will certainly use them again!!

The technician Wayne arrived on time and got right to work. He completed the two items quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the work he did and the price was very reasonable. I would use TE Certified Electricians again.

They were great. They have good customer service and are on top of things. They come out quickly and they are professional. They are cajole and on time.

Cost wasn't a bargain, but the same-day service was very good. It clearly isn't easy to get same day service based on all the calls I had to make to different electricians. But TE performed as a service provider in the 21st century should! Appreciate that they were at my home on a Saturday within 3 hours of my initial call.

This is the 3rd time I have used TE certified electricians and my experience has been similar each time. The company was easy to communicate with, scheduling was easy; they responded quickly to my email communication for online scheduling and were able to do a Saturday appointment. The workmanship is outstanding; we worked with Russ and he was very pleasant and explained what he thought was necessary and did a really nice job with the TV mounting. My wife didn't want any wires seen and it worked out well. I appreciated the foresight of putting extra HDMI lines in anticipation of probably needing to change one of our TV (it's 7hrs old) in the future. I would agree with other reviews that for premium service , you pay somewhat of a premium in price. For something I feel is important and want done right, I would continue to use this company again.

The $29 charge was to visit my home to quote the cost to repair rodent chewed wire in my attic. The actual quote to do the work came to $258. I decided to pass because I had previously spoken to The Electrician (Howard Manne) and felt that The Electrician was better (speed, quality and cost) for my work. After getting the $258 quote from TE Certified Electricians, I was convince that The Electrician was the one to repair the chewed wire in my attic PLUS replacing my attic light and installing a light switch for the attic light.

Obed was great. Very professional and non-intrusive as we have a house full during summer break. He explained everything he would do with pricing and did exactly what we needed. I would recommend him to friends and we will call again for any future electrical needs.

The technician was right on time, if not a bit early. And he knew exactly what to do. He did not require any additional help or time. Most importantly, he worked in hand-in-hand with the Comcast technician, who didn't know what he was doing, to get our things taken care of and get our telephone, cable and internet service up and running. The electrician's work and wiring were all discreet and well done. We were out of town, and he phoned us when there were any questions or if any additional work was required. I think the cost was a bit high, but maybe that is too be expected with an older home to get it up to code. We are definitely going to call them back to the house for future needs.

Jamie was the technician. He spent all day in our house installing lines for cable TV, internet and telephone. Very professional and competent. Such a pleasure to work with smart capable people! Great customer service. Really know what they are doing.

It went well. He got the items he needed from Home Depot, and pulled an Electrical line from the main Electrical Panel in the garage into the basement and installed the new Basement 100 Amp panel and connected it up. Then he ran a power line off a new breaker in the basement panel to the 3 new outlets. He checked everything to make sure it worked, cleaned up and made sure we were happy with the work. Then he left when the job was fully complete.

There is a reason that TE Certified Electricians is such a well reviewed company on Angie's List, they are absolutely outstanding. During a long house construction project, I had an issue with a drill bit that failed on my drill and I inadvertently grazed an electrical wire running up a stud. I called TE and had the appointment scheduled for the following day. Our electrician, Wayne, was outstanding. From the opening call through the service call, the company presented itself with the utmost professionalism and charged a very fair price for the work done. Wayne got the job done quickly and apologize profusely for being unable to cut the wire where I had already taken a piece of the drywall out to originally inspect what had happened. It wasn't an issue to me whatsoever, but what stood out was that he wanted to try to get what I had done covered up as best as possible with the metal plate to cover the repair box. The line had to be cut a little further down and just a twinge of what I had taken out of the wall couldn't be covered by the plate. The care and extra quality means a lot as a consumer! I was extremely impressed and would not hesitate to use TE Certified Electricians for any future electrical work and I recommend them to everyone.
