I contacted TE Certified Electricians and was highly impressed the personable, professional attitude of receptionist. I am out of their normal service area but the receptionist still went to the HVAC manager and explained my issue. The HVAC Manager: Brent decided to come and look at my units and give me a proposal at no charge. Brent is very professional, but down to earth at the same time. He looked at the units and gave a straightforward assessment. Brent took the time to find out about my financial situation and then gave me several options that I could afford. I chose one of the options. Installation: (2) Techs arrived at my location early and ready to work, even though it was raining! they setup a tent and went to work. They also were respectful of my home and did not track any dirt into my house. My neighbor next door came over and commented on how well these (2) technicians worked. My overall experience was a pleasure and recommend this company to anyone looking for AC/Heating work.

As a new homeowner, I wanted to get an electrician in to take a look at our house shortly after we moved in. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly and Russ was able to come an hour early (after calling to confirm) to start the inspection process. I felt like Russ was very professional and trustworthy. He gave me a list of items that needed to be completed quickly in order to make my house safe and let me know what items I could hold off on doing for a few months. A significant amount of work was completed after the inspection so that by the time Russ left, I felt that my house was much safer (same day of the inspection!). He was able to bring in another electrician to help him complete the work quickly! I was very impressed with the work that was done, the transparency provided and the professionalism of the workers. Definitely would use them again.

it was a great experience. They were punctual, organized, and professional. They reviewed my current system. shared some interesting ideas and recommendations. Showed were the other company did great things, but also shared some imporvements, and explanations to their findings. Was very informative. did not try to upsell and push a sale. left me information to do my own research to validate their findings. Which was very impressive. They followed up as scheduled, and earned my business. would recommend them to anyone looking for HV/AC and electrical work.

Absolutely amazing! I was extremely impressed throughout the process. The quote was very detailed (had an iPad on site to provide quote as we went along) and was e-mailed to me at the end. We decided to do the work and the tech had equipment on his truck ready to go. He did the work that afternoon and it looked great! He provided guidance and suggestions but was not pushy about up sells or anything like that. He gave us exactly what we wanted for a price better than others in the area provided. He cleaned up after himself, left his name and contact info, and thanked us for our business. We will do business with them again for sure!

Lachlan (service tech) called about 30 minutes prior to arrival to let us know that he was on the way. He arrived, introduced himself and then began his inspection. He allowed us to follow him throughout the inspection process and ask many questions. He took the time to answer each question and also pointed out items that needed to be checked in the future. He was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

The technician arrived right on schedule, performed the service quickly and explained what he was doing. He was in and out quickly and though he recommended some add ins to my systems did not push them on me, overall pleasant experience

This is our first time using TE Certified Electricians and we couldn't be any happier! The inexpensive fluorescent undercounter lighting installed in our kitchen in 1998 had reached the end of its useful life so we contracted with TE Certified Electricians to remove the old fixtures and install new LED lights. Clay was our electrician and he did a marvelous job! The original light fixtures were not installed to code (had exposed Romex cable) and only four of the original fixtures turned on at the wall switch (the other two had to be controlled individually using the fixture on/off switch). Clay installed seven new LED fixtures and brought all of the wiring up to code. To top it off, he was able to get all seven LED fixtures on a single dimmer switch so we can now easily turn all the LED lights on & off and dim the lights to suit the time of the day! Great work, Clay----even though the undercounter lighting is hidden from plain view, it is professionally done with all of the problems of the original installation corrected! The price was a little more than we expected but, for the money, we were extremely pleased with the outcome.

It went great. I felt like the co. was very professional and I liked all of their positive reviews, which they lived up to. The technician was friendly and professional (i.e. not "too" friendly) and courteous. I felt comfortable enough to leave him to do the job and not worry about my house, he looked ready to work, was carrying a shop vac, clipboard, uniform, all that stuff. Seems like a solid company. They're paperless so I have to print out my invoice for my files, other than that everything was great. He talked to me about my two furnaces and what I could do to improve one, which I might decide to do later on. Overall very happy.

My experience with TE Certified Electricians, Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations. The morning of the service call the service manager called to let me know that they were on there way and what time they would arrive. They arrived promptly and before entering our house put on shoe covers to keep the dirt out, which I appreciated. After directing them to the furnace they got straight to work tuning it up. Their work was thorough and the service manager was thoughtful and courteous throughout the process. ?If you are looking for excellent service and top quality work at a reasonable price then I highly recommend you use TE Certified Electricians, Heating and Cooling.

Call ahead ,on time Knew what he was doing , completed the job in a half hour!

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the tech that did the job. He walked me through all of the steps and got it done in a timely manner. The part that I liked best is they did not track in dirt or mud and they did not leave a mess when they were finished. My furnace is still kicking and I was actually able to get a deal on the next tune up. I would definitely recommend these guys and I will have them back out to my house next time I need something done to my heating and air system.

The technician arrived on time and was very clean cut young man. He cleaned and tuned up our furnace, changed our air filter, and explained all of the work he had completed in a very clear manner. He left the area completely clean and neat after he was finished. Overall, it was the best experience with a service company I have ever had. I would recommend TE Certified to everyone.

Not a problem. Installer was professional, timely, and competent. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Our bathroom circuit kept tripping. We also had wire damage thanks to a squirrel invasion in our attic. TE Electricians was so easy to schedule. Got a quick call back from office to schedule a time convenient to my schedule. Russ and Nick were on time, extremely courteous, efficient, and had my issues resolved quickly. When they needed to cut power several times to perform work, they'd check first to be sure it was convenient for everyone in the house. I was impressed so I asked about a few other repair and install requests that were on my list of "to do's" (see list above). They were able to flex their schedule to get those done as well. I will definitely use TE Electricians again and I plan to recommend them to some neighbors who are looking for a reliable, certified electrician.

Excellent company to work with. Appointments were serviced promptly, technician(s) were excellent. Very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and very careful to ensure new carpet was not soiled. Price was reasonable, although admittedly more than I expected to pay but that is probably true for all electricians. When I had one issue raised to the technician, it was quickly addressed and I received personal call from the owner and followup as well to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company for any electrical needs. A class act.

Thrasher always provides excellent service regardless of the technician. I trust the service people completely. I live in an older home and they are always on the look out for things that are not up to current code, i.e. a little dangerous. I don't use anyone else for electrical work.

1) My pet peeve - be on time for appointments. They were always on time, with calls before showing up to my home to let me know they were on the way. 2) Very professional team, explained the process, cost, cleaned up daily (this took two days of appointments). This company is great; I highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

Everything went great. Sherman showed up on time, was incredibly friendly, and gave me advanced warning of when he would have to turn off the main breaker. It was a rainy no-school day and I had a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old watching a movie, so this was mission critical :) Sherman broke down all the anticipated costs and a time estimate, and was open and incredibly honest about some other findings that he really couldn't let go by the wayside (i.e. they had to be done for code purposes). If we weren't moving out of state, I would definitely use TE again for any electrical needs.

Emergency repair on a breaker box / burning smell and significant damage. The electrician was on site within 1 hour of calling, and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Although it was obviously not enjoyable to have a box replaced, the electrician (Craig) answered any and all questions, gave great advice, and did a thorough job including tracking down and labeling all breakers. Would use again.

It went very well. The company was responsive and the electrician was there promptly. Jordan was courteous and professional throughout. The bad news that the house switches and plugs and panel box are all wired incorrectly and present a fire hazard was delivered with professionalism and compassion. Jordan explained everything very well and was very patient in making sure I understood the problem and issues and what it was going to take to fix it. He completed the work that I called for and will be back to do more work over time. He probably said three times that he was here to satisfy the customer or he wanted us to be safe or something of that nature. I laughed at first as I thought he'd sure had some great customer service training. Maybe so, but I quickly realized he was sincere. I had an outstanding experience with this company a couple of years ago also, but forgot to review them. I think they are trustworthy and they do a great job.

Jamie did an excellent job to work within the difficult confines of our house. He determined the cause of our electrical issues and then provided multiple solutions based on cost and scope of work. TE Certified Electricians may be slightly pricier than some low cost providers but the quality of work and quality of the workers are worth paying a premium. Jamie was very respectful of our house and made sure that each time he entered and exited, he would put plastic covers over his boots to reduce any dirt or dust that came into the house. This was very important to me as the work was performed over two different days both of which had heavy rain. I will be using TE Certified Electricians again in the future for my electrical needs.

Wayne came over and did a whole house inspection and quoted for aluminum wire repair. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He even found things the home inspector missed. I would certainly use again.

I called on a Friday morning and they were able to get someone out at lunchtime that same day! It was very helpful especially with it being kitchen outlets that weren't working. Would definitely use again.

The technician took the time to explain my options and the cost of each option. They were on time and thorough. I did not have the service completed but these folks were super professional. When I am ready to complete the install, I'm pretty sure that I will go with this company.
