It went fine. They did a great job. We had a problem where we had messed up a circuit breaker. They came out and they were there within the hour to fix the circuit breaker. They gave us a quote on replacing the breaker box which needed to be replaced. They came about 5 days later to do that. They are very efficient and do a very nice job. Jonathan was very professional and did a very nice job for us and got the job done in the appropriate time they promised and did a really nice job. I’m very pleased and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. The price was very competitive. I thought they were right on the money on it. I would say it was a good deal. I have no problem referring them to others.

Sanjay came in on time. He introduced himself and explained everything he was going to do. He advised me on the proper heat setting as well as purchasing a CO detector which i thought I had. I would definitely use this company again.

Thomas came on time ,he was very knowledgeable and polite. He fixed our problems and we ask him to do same upgrades to our smoke detectors and we had the monoxide carbon detector installed. He changed our exterior outlets with something newer. We were very please and we will call him again if we need.

They immediately called to set up an appointment (I didn't even have to call!) They were great at working around my schedule. The technician was courteous, prompt, careful to use shoe covers, and did a great job fixing my broken outlets. He also made some good suggestions that would help me save money on some other projects that I did not need now but am considering for the future. I was very happy with the service, and would definitely use this company again.

I watched the serviceman who was knowledgeable, thorough, and neat as he checked both systems. We bought this place two years ago and depended on the house inspector's inspection the first heating season, mistake as it turned out. The serviceman Sanjay found the gas pressure was too high in both units, corrected that, and made a few other minor adjustments and checks. We can sleep well now knowing we as safe from CO2 and other problematic conditions while staying warm all winter! In the past I have used the company for electrical services and received the best service for the best price!

I could not be happier with my experience. Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and professional. The price was fair and the service was excellent. They told me what to expect and than they over delivered.

Craig was a wonderful electrician. He came early, provided a fair quote, completed some of the work, and is returning on Thursday. Prices are fair and quality is high.

We first had TE come out when our electrical panel needed replacing, and the Electrician that came out, Joaquin, was very professional, courteous and timely in his work. Because of the first visit, and how well it went, we called TE again for a code violation we received for our furnace. The technicians that were just here, Steven and his co worker, were also very professional, courteous, and timely. I would say at this point, we trust TE, and would definitely hire them again.

Excellent service. My husband drilled through a line in my daughter's bedroom. Wayne was able to run a new line into the room from our attic without the need to drill any holes in the wall. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to get it done and with no inconvenience to us whatsoever. Price was very reasonable.

I had used TE certified in past for their electrical work so I was already familiar with the excellent service. This was my first experience with their Heating and cooling branch. I needed a new unit. Brent came over and explained in a lot of detail what I needed and was approachable and did not place any undue pressure. As it turned out, TE was the 1st quote of 3 that I received (the 2nd quote came from another Angie's List highly rated company) . TE ended up being the best value and I didn't feel that they pushed any agenda or unnecessary equipment. In terms of the install day, Oswaldo and Steven came on time and finished exactly as they said they would. It took most of the day. They were quiet and professional. They explained what they were doing and I felt they took real care to consider the house and its need as they decided how to put the plate of the thermostat on and how to place the outside unit. I was very pleased with the process and would highly recommend them.

Joaquin throughly explained all options and necessary work needed to complete the project. Some unforeseen problems were found due to previous wiring mistakes once he started running the line through the house which resulted in the job taking longer than expected but they lived up to the original price quoted even though if was no fault of their own. The price was lower than other quotes even with additional upgrades Joaquin suggested. Joaquin did a really great job and exceeded expectations. Will definitely call again with all future electrical needs.

They arrived in less than about 5 working hours from when I first called. Michael Williams was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had us up and running quickly on a very hot day. They even did it on Saturday and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and most likely will go with their whole house electrical and AC maintainence plan which seems to be very through and very price competitive.

These guys are AWESOME! I just purchased a new home and Craig showed up to give me a consultation. He was prompt and super friendly, and explained all my options clearly. The price was a little less than what I expected based on some of the other reviews I've seen on here for the same type of job. Craig was able to come back and complete the work the following week, even though I couldn't be there (we hadn't moved in yet). He called when he arrived at the house (on time) to let me know he'd be starting. We just recently moved in and have been able to hook everything up and it works perfectly! Plus, the panels were installed so cleanly~ :) I'll definitely be hiring these people again in the future, as I'll eventually need another line run, and I'll cross my fingers to hope that I end up with Craig as my electrician again. PS Did I mention they sent me a hand-written thank you note with a small gift card? Cuz they totally did. :)

Fantastic! The technician - Craig - was knowledgeable, friendly and was here right on time! He checked the situation - quoted me the price to fix what was already there (wasn't sure it could be fixed) and it was a great price. He told me what had caused the problem and how to handle anything like it in the future - which I love to hear as I can learn something! It couldn't have been better! This company will get all my electrical needs in the future.

Jonathan was my technician and was extremely professional and courteous. He called 35 minutes before he arrived (as I was told he would by the scheduler). My appointment window was 8-9am (not a 4 hour window like so many contractors!). He arrived promptly at 8am. He put on shoe covers every time he entered the home. He evaluated my problem breaker (main breaker was frequently tripping with high loads), made recommendations from minimal (simply tighten connections) to more complex (replace breaker). I decided to have the breaker replaced because the connections were not that loose and likely not the issue. He also offered to install a whole-house surge protector (but did not hard-sell me or pressure me in any way). I opted for the surge protector as well. All the work was completed by 10am. He also took my Angies List coupon (which saved me $50). Great company from start to finish. They also provide a lifetime warrantee their work. Would use them again.

Any time we need them we call them. There is nobody that I've ever used that arrives in a spotlessly clean truck. They all know exactly what they are doing. They do the service when they say they are going to. They have absolutely unparalleled service. I would recommend them hands down.
