Very friendly and professional. Also took out some hornet's nests and we found lots of dead bugs the next several days.

Everything went well. The Serviceman arrived on time. He consulted with me, answered my questions and provided useful information.

INCOMPLETE SERVICE The service man arrived on time. When I made the appt I was told that I would have to leave the house for and hour and a half. I do not leave my house with an unknown person in it. But the service man (ho was very nice by the way) told me that was not necessary anyway. I am glad I stayed because I was able to witness the fact that the service took 20 minutes. Really? He sprayed every molding in every room and the reachable areas in my basement in 20 minutes? NO. After he left I went around and touched the moldings in the rooms. There was very LITTLE evidence that he had sprayed. And certainly not behind furniture. WORSE BUGS THAN EVER. A few days later I was sitting on the front deck and noted a and quot;trainand quot; of carpenter ants actually moving into my house carrying eggs. I only ordered the service because I saw a few roaches now and then, probably coming in from the outside as I live on a heavily wooded plot. I NOW HAVE MORE ROACHES THAN EVER. I also have seen a bunch of silverfish. If I had the sort of mind that imagined conspiracies, I would guess that an attractant had actually been sprayed.. But I know better. TRIED TO BILL ME AFTER PAYMENT I had purchased a coupon and a week or two after the service I RECEIVED A BILL!!! I had to call the company who informed me that a number of these incorrect invoices had gone out and they were rectifying the situation. I hope they were telling the truth.

They came on time. Explained what they were going to do. Did it quickly and left.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased.it didn't turn out too good. I still have roaches. I was very disappointed. They didn't get rid of the problem. The guy that sprayed was very sweet but him being sweet don't mean anything when I still have roaches.The spraying was useless. They responded good but it was too bad that their service wasn't good.

They showed up on time, sprayed in/out and did a fine job. Presumably any lingering insects are now dead.

They were very easy to work with. They answered the phone prompyly and did exctaly what they said they were going to do. I was highly satisifed.

Please see the above comments. I did not sign up with Sovereign. They are a VERY DISHONEST company. They do not have a termite warranty on our newly purchased home.

We moved in January 2013. After being in our new address, we received a letter from this company stating they are trying to contact us about our termite warranty. Funny, there was a different company presented to us by homeowner. I ignored Sovereign's letter. I received a second letter a month later saying they have been trying to contact me about my warranty and they received no response. By this time I already had contacted the true exterminator who has taken care of the property for many years. Investigating further, on the web there were several entries from people who received the same letter concerning warranty and found out it was merely a scam to get business. This is very deceptive. I cannot comment on their work, but their business practices say enough for me to raise major RED FLAGS.

It was a terrible experience. I would definitely not use them again. They couldn't seem to coordinate the job between the main office and the Georgia office. The technician came late and thought he was only supposed to do one thing that was supposed to take 30 minutes. It was raining the first time and he said that he would come out another time. He made his own arrangements to come back. The lady in the office said that the job should take him 2 hours to do the job. The tech said he was only scheduled to be at my house for 30 minutes. The quality of work was poor, his attitude was awful and we still had bugs. He definitely didn't do what he was supposed to do. I paid him when came out, but I still received bills from them. My whole experience with them was just extremely unprofessional.

We usually get the same man, and he is very friendly. If we have any questions or areas we are concerned about, he always takes care of those. They will come out within a couple of days, if you see any bugs. The overall experience was good. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I will continue to use this provider.

They do a good job and we haven't had any problems since we have been using them. They are reasonably priced. The communication with the home office was very good. They did what they were supposed to when they were supposed to.

They come out and spray whenever I need with no additional costs. They are friendly and accommodating and quick to respond. I have never had any issues. I am calling them again next week.

They are very good but they don't come out weekly. They only come out when we call them and they will spray for specific insects. We will continue to use them in the future.

They are very effective and thoughtful. We have a dog and a baby, and they gave us ideas on how to spray so it would not impact my dog and baby. They were on time and courteous.

They do a professional and very thorough job with their spraying. Anytime I call them, they are out the next day taking care of what I need. I am very happy with the service they provide and would recommend them.
