If there were 0, I would choose it. I am writing this review to warn people about this company and its service. Their sales pitch is deceptive, and I wonder how this company still legally operates. They come the first time after you hire them and do the treatment. After that, they charge you monthly and do not provide any service. Charges are to keep your account active. This is unbelievable to let businesses operate and take money from people because. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO GIVE THEM AS A GIFT. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE ANGIE'S WEBSITE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR REPUTATION!!!!!!!!

Received a letter "regarding our termite warranty". I called to inquire and discovered, as many reviewers did, there was no warranty on my property. I agree with other reviewers that the marketing technique is deceptive and makes me suspect the integrity of the company. HIGHLY recommend the company revise it's welcoming letter.

Since the treatment, we've been overrun with large water bugs! Not sure what's going on but very disappointed.

Professional, punctual, basic pest control sprayed inside and outside of home. Still see the occasional bug a month later but it seems to be working well overall.

Great. They were timely & efficient

I've used them once so far, but I've been well pleased with that. The guy gave me his card for me to call him back. Since then, I've pretty well been pest free or roach free. I've got some more work to do. I've got all my clothes cleaned but they're stacked and I'm afraid it might be where some roaches have gone in to stay alive. I don't know. But so far I basically have not seen any roaches. I've had very good results of companies I've found through Angie's List.

It went well. The technician who came out was very nice. Also, the woman who scheduled my appointment was very articulate and knowledagble. Very nice lady. A pleasure to speak with.

Technician did a complete and thorough job. This was an introductory offer, and I was impressed with it. Time will tell how long it lasts, but so far so good. I live in a very wooded area, lots of bugs, so I have always had at least quarterly service. This may last longer. The cost for a year was competitive with others I have used in the past. The plan offered was for annual treatment with follow up before then if I have a problem. Not sure how well that would work in my environment, but makes me think this may last longer than most.

How do I get a refund, since They did not perform the service. He did nothing other than tell me to clean my water pipes and left. How do I get a refund of my money?

I cut down an overgrown field behind my property. Needless to say, field mice scattered everywhere. Sovereign was punctual, efficient and informative. They were even available to answer some questions I had a month after.

The letter congratulated us on the purchase of our home, claiming they have been trying to contact us about a termite warranty. Please call us "at your earliest convenience so that we may discuss this important matter with you." After reading a few other reviews here, I agree that this company's marketing practices are deceitful and unprofessional. I will not consider using their services.

My husband and I purchased a new home and received a letter in the mail regarding our termite warranty from Sovereign Pest Control. The letter stated that they had been trying to contact us regarding "our termite warranty". I called the company, thinking they wanted to update their files with the most recent contact information. The lady was able to pull up our file immediately and talk to me about the services they had to offer. No red flags at all...until I went to Angie's List and found the review that stated that these folks send out blanket letters to home buyers in hopes of getting business - they most likely aren't the company that did your original termite inspection. I retrieved our closing documents and, sure enough, THEY DID NOT PROVIDE THE ORIGNIAL TERMITE AGREEMENT. In my opinion, their business practices are deceptive in nature.

These guys are extremely cordial and professional. Guarantee their work and are always on time with a smile. I would recommend them any time.

It turned out great. They came out and did a good job. I didn't see any more rodents for a while. They came out on time and were very efficient. They didn't charge me anything more than the big deal cost. They were only few minutes late. They were professional.

Scheduling was fine and they came promptly once scheduled. The technician identified it would be best to bring the cats indoors for about day.

Technician spread some liquid outside the house and then spread it inside the house. He assured us that we should not have any issues with pest for the summer. He answered our questions. He was very professional. But it is too early to say if he is correct.

Fortunately, I was not having a pest problem at the time. The tech was courteous and did not pester me to buy a contract. Don't remember, exactly, what I paid; I think it was about $50.

They are good. I have a contract with them. They were very prompt. They send somebody out the next day, or within 3 days of my call.

The spray they used did not do a thing at all. I could not even tell anything was spayed and there was no change the amount of pests I had. I did not even bother contacting them again and had someone else do the work.

I have a direct bill with them so I do not know what the service cost me. They did a walk through of the house, the garage and the grounds and they looked for signs of pest and asked me if I have any problems. My house is newly constructed so my answer was no and they did a preventative treatment. I chose to use them because they were on a list that the contractors gave me when I purchased the house. I do not know if I have had any pest for them to control. I got a free treatment from them on the first year and I do not know what it costs now. They came, did what they had to do and left. They made an appointment and they were there on time. I think that I will wait until I have a pest problem before I use their service again because I do not know what it is going to cost me and I need to budget those kinds of things but I would possibly use their service again if I need to.
