Description of Work: Rob did a great job stretching the carpeting in three bedrooms to remove humps, and did an incredible job of patching/repairing areas of carpeting that had been damaged by cats and vacuuming! You can't even tell it's been patched! I'll definitely be calling Rob the next time the need arises.

Rob came within the time frame that we agreed upon. He got to work immediately and finished the job within a very reasonable time frame. He advised me of the additional cost up front; it was very reasonable. He then got to work immediately and stayed at work until the job was finished.

Rob has done work for me before and it was excellent. The thing that impressed me most was that my water heater flooded my basement area. Rob came over to give me a quote. Once he surveyed the damage, he surmised this was not just a carpet related job. He gave me great advice, didn't charge me a dime for travel and over and hours work and then gave me the number of a water extraction service that was inexpensive and did a good job. He's the real deal

Rob did a GREAT job!! From the quick response of the initial estimate to the superb, like-new final product, I couldn't be more pleased. Rob was punctual for every appointment, responded quickly to my phone messages, and completed the job in a very timely matter. I would call him again if I am ever in need of carpet repair, and can recommend him very highly.
