Great job. Rob is an expert at what he does and it was an excellent experience.

Excellent!! From the minute I spoke with Rob to the time he left I could not have asked for a better experience! Rob was very professional, polite and on time both visits. He's also a very nice person. We had a leak fixed in the basement which required pulling up the carpet across the front wall of the house. The tack strips were removed and the padding was torn away without regard to putting everything back in place. Rob came out the 1st day and put down the new tack strips. On the 2nd visit he installed the new padding across the front of the house; then stretched the carpet and secured it to the tack strips. He did a fantastic job as I can't tell a difference from before it was pulled back to fix the water leak. I *highly* recommend his service and will definitely call him again if we're in need of additional carpet repair.

The appointment was made on time, price was very fair and reasonable and I learned a bit about carpet installation too. I also received a referral for an excellent carpet cleaner.

Awful! I fired him the day before he to come out, after getting a text saying I'm out of his service area and he had to increase his price by $50. He has known for a week where the location was - this should not be a surprise nor a justification to expect more than the quoted price. I had already conceded to do a personal funds transfer via Paypal - rather than getting invoiced by a Paypal business account or paying by credit card (both of which give me some level of protection). Shady deal all around - quote once price then change it a week later. And expect "under the table" payment that can't be tracked as business income. Not the kind of company I want to do business with. Price was competitive for the planned work but I just don't trust this guy. Gets a A for price and an F for professionalism. Averages to a C overall. Not recommended

Mr. Crumpton and his son are very timely on their arrival and will let you know when they are on the way. They do such a great job in such a small window of time. They are very thorough in the job and clean up well. All they ask of the customer is to remove anything breakable on top of the furniture and they take care of the rest. What a pleasure dealing with this company. It's the second time we've had them out and each time they have done a wonderful and complete job. Even more, he guarantees his work. Thanks again for another great job!

Rob provided a quote over the phone based on my description of what needed repairing. He later reduced the quote after arriving at my house and seeing the issues first hand. The whole process of quoting and completion took only a week. He arrived promptly with others to help move furniture so I didn't have to. He removed all the wrinkles in my carpet. He does quality work.

Rob arrived on time. He is extremely personable and professional. Master at his craft....took the time to explain what he would be doing and the expected results, which I was pleased with. Had 2 stairs that were not part of the original job and he took care of that as well. Thanks Rob for the excellent service!

I was thrilled with Rob's work! I never imagined that this area could be patched so well. He was able to use a leftover piece from our original installation, and beautifully hand worked the patch. The job was made more difficult because my carpet is 100% wool berber. In addition to the quality work, Rob was professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. He gave me a quote for stretching some wrinkles in our upstairs carpet, and I will definitely call him when we are ready to move forward. Thanks, Rob!

Rob was punctual, attentive and neat. He arrived as scheduled. shared some great carpet tips and was efficient and cleaned up well when the job was done.I would DEFINITELY use his services in the future.

A large stained area was cut out, and patched with a new piece I had saved when the carpet was originally installed. The carpet looks as good as new, and you cannot even tell it is patched.

Rob did everything right! He showed up on time, allowed us to walk him through the areas where we thought the carpet needed repair and then he explained to us how he could best tackle the work needed to return our carpet to a "like new" condition. He is hard working, very detail oriented, and fully explains how he will go about getting the carpet repaired. He has all the sliders necessary to move furniture around and was careful to avoid any damage to those items or the surrounding walls. My wife and I were both thrilled with the final product---the carpet looked almost brand new! The price was fair and Rob cleaned up all of the carpet pieces that had been removed. We highly recommend him! Rob also gave us the name of a reputable hardwood floor refinisher - we're looking at getting that work done early next year and know we can rely on that contractor if Rob recommends him! He was quick an very nice to work with.

Rob was very professional in email and text contact before the job, and punctual on the day of the work. He repaired the carpet quickly, and also put in a small piece of tack strip that was missing in front of a door. I hadn't thought about that little job before he came over, so it was a spur-of-the-moment request, but he said it was no problem. The repair is very good; I can tell where it is, but only because there is a difference of color between the pre-existing carpet and the new carpet strip. Hopefully that will be less obvious with time and cleaning of the old carpet.

Rob called the day before to set time of arrival and arrived exactly on time. He was very nice and professional and his 25 years of experience was obvious. He did a beautiful and timely job at a most satisfactory price and we would not hesitate to use him again, or to recommend him to our friends.

I could not have been more pleased and satisfied with Rob's Carpet Repair. I originally thought Rob was just coming out to quote the job of re-stretching the carpet in a sizable room and closet. He called ahead, was very punctual and I was pleasantly surprised when Rob said he could go ahead and repair the carpet during that visit. In less than an hour my carpet looked like new again and all the ripples were gone. All that Rob requests is that anything on top of bookshelves or end tables that might fall over be removed. He does all the rest. Would definitely call again if the need arises and would definitely recommend him.

Rob arrived on time calling first-he was very polite, had done a prework visit and gave us an estimate a few days before and then gave us an even lower price because he said the work went easier and faster than he anticipated. He educated us describing that the carpet that was used in our home has a plastic backing which requires stretching every 2-5 years. He completed the work in a short time - cleaned up the scraps and stated to contact him if a problem came up as he guarantees his work.

Rob was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication from first contact. On time and performed good quality work for the same price he quoted me on the phone. I had half a room of carpet pulled up because we got water in our basement. Rob reinstalled and stretched the old carpet, repaired some of the padding and repaired an area where the seam was ripped. I also had him do a few extra things like tighten up the carpeting on my stairs while he was here. Highly recommend and would use Rob again for sure!

Rob and his son came out on Saturday (right on time). I really appreciated Rob's efforts to work around my hectic schedule. They did a great job and the cost was very reasonable.

He was just after the money not for the customer's interest

Rob arrived right on time (he called to let me know he was on his way). I had already removed items form top of furniture as requested. Rob explained what he was going to do and then proceeded to put sliders under the furniture. Tacks were used to hold the carpet as he stretched it. Excess carpet was trimmed of and the seams pulled together. After re-stretching the carpet Rob explained that synthetic materiel needs stretching every couple of years. Also the high spots would need cleaning real well. He recommended a cleaning service. Total time was a little over an hour. I was able to use a home carpet cleaner to get the dark, areas where the carpet was high, out. I will call Rob again.

Rob responded quickly to my call and scheduled an appointment within a week. I texted a picture of the damage and he was able to give me the price over the phone. He showed up on time, took about 30 minutes, and did a great job. Would use again.
