Description of Work: Took in a laptop computer with screen display problems. They instantly diagnosed the problem and quoted a repair estimate as well as when they would have it repaired. It was ready on the date indicated and functioned perfectly after repair. Very professional service, I definitely will use them again if needing computer repairs.

Description of Work: On one occasion, I brought a portable hard drive to Peachtree Computers (PC) for an evaluation. PC took the drive over the counter and verified that it was operating properly and did this at no charge. On another occasion I brought 2 C drives from which PC extracted the data. This process was quick and within 24 hours I returned to pay for the cost of the extraction.

Description of Work: The screen on my laptop was unreadable. I brought it in, got a free diagnosis - and a clean bill of health for the computer - and had the screen replaced at a very reasonable price. Service was great and everyone there seemed knowledgeable and helpful.

+ -1 moreFirst of all I must say if you have any computer problem that needs to be fixed don't go anywhere else, but Peachtree Computers. They are simply the best. Fixing the problem with my screen turned out to be a little more complicated then expected. Any other company would have told me it was not worth fixing and I should buy one of their newer computers; not Peachtree Computers. On their own they pursued many different options, they never gave up on finding a solution. They ended up borrowing a piece from another computer and fixing the problem While they were discribing what they all did to fix the problem I am imagining a cost of over $200 and wondering how I was going to pay for this. When he said it would be $102 including tax I was so surpirsed I thought they made a mistake. It costs $100 to blink in an Apple store. the most important thing is that they are so knowledgeable and competent. Again they are simply the best.
Description of Work: I have an older Mac laptop. The screen was filtering bright and dim. After a couple of months I was not able to get a bvright screen at all. I would put the screen in different positions to no avail. They fixied the problem and I am now typing this review on the very laptop they fixed.

Description of Work: SO MUCH BETTER THAN PEACH MAC! I got a quote from Peachmac and Peachtree. Peachtree was by far and way the best service and value! They repaired my old macbook pro for half the estimate of the Peachmac. Great service and value! I wish I would have shopped the computer selection before I bought one off of Ebay

+ -1 moreGreat service and value. Everyone was courteous and helpful and the repairs were done quickly and properly. Cost was also reasonable. I will definitely return to them if I have any future computer issues.
Description of Work: My computer wouldn't power on. Needed to get it diagnosed and repaired quickly. Found Peachtree Computers on Angie's List and decided to try them out since I needed to take care of over the weekend and they have Sat hours. Took desktop to the store and Phil greeted me as soon as I walked in. He promptly checked my power supply and that was the problem. Power supply was replaced in about 10 mins for $56 and I was on my way.

+ -1 morePC's representative, Cameron, arrived right on time, went straight to work after going over my problems. Worked professionally, was very knowledgeable and efficient and was done in no time. Let him take the laptop with him because I didn't need it at the time---the office called several times to give me updates on their progress, then called when complete. All in all, it was a great experience after so many other computer repair experiences with other companies that were expensive disasters. Highly recommend these folks and would not hesitate to use them again.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Right on time and money. More update as of 07/30: The laptop hinges came off in a few weeks. I dropped my laptop again and they have fixed it in couple of hours. I have picked up the laptop same day. They back their work. They have not charged me an extra penny for this. You won't see this often in computer repair sector. You will be told that the issue was somewhere else. But they are very honest and adhere to top ethics. I now know who is my friend in computer repair. Go Peachtree Computer!!
Description of Work: Atlast I have found a professional, honest, reasonable computer service provider. They have added PCI card and clean the fan for my desktop. The desktop was making lot of noise and it turned out to be that the fan needs to be cleaned out. They have not charged me any extra for this. I have fixed my laptop hinges with them. When I reached out to the other providers, they were tentative of how to solve this issue and not sure how much it would cost. Peachtree was on top of this issue and immediately described the issue and how to solve the issue and how much it may cost in worst situation. They charge me less than the "worst scenario", which is a telling how honest and professional they are. Since my service, I have recommended their services to many of my friends. I think I will purchase my next gadget from their store as well. Finally, I am so glad to find Peachtree after years of searching a true computer service provider. And my professional background is Computer/IT.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my computer and I took it into their facility. In leass than 1 hour they called me back, told me the cost and completed the repair. I know a bit about computers and I thought that the power supply, which was bad, would be at least $150 to repair and it would take several.days. They installed a new power supply with higher capacity than the old one and did it in less than an hour. These guys are professional, they know what they are doing and price their services extremely reasonably. I would definitely do business with them any time I had a computer issue.

The two new laptops run flawlessly and the older computers run much fasert now, as well as all computers work perfectly with the wireless printer's. Have been using Peachtree Computers for many years for various issues and will always use them for all my computer needs. They are very knowledgeable, fair, reasonable - great company.
Description of Work: We purchased two new laptops and had Peachtree Computers come to our house to load virus/malware programs and because our printer's are wireless, had them set these new computers to connect wirelessly with our printer's (they also set-up one of the wireless printer's). In addition, we had two older computer's at home that were running slowly so they cleaned up those computers and connected them to our wireless printer's. .

He did this in a relatively short window and all computers work amazingly well, even the old Dell. I would definitely recommend Peachtree Computers. They provide excellent service at a great value.
