This team is excellent. They could not have been more helpful and efficient. I had no clue how to fix my laptop and they could have completely taken advantage of me. They stepped up to the task and were quick and reasonable with the price of the repair. I would happily refer friends and family to this company.

I was going to haul my desktop 40 miles to these folks for diagnosis and repair of the problem, but they were great and gave me key suggestions to try before driving such a long distance. They lived up to their past reviews and reputation and i will definitely use them if necessary in the future.

Matt set me up with an older laptop I had by putting windows 10 on it. And, wrote me up a ticket on my 13 month old Dell laptop that the hard drive and mother board were bad on. So, I can go to Dell regarding my complaint on their product. Alex fixed me up with a new charger for my kindle. And, Aaron is taking all info off my husbands laptop and setting him up with a new computer. These guys are great and talk in language we understand.

I have used the Roswell location of Peachtree Computers a number of times and have always found the work to be exceptional and quick. They also keep you informed every step of the way via phone, text and/or email. Costs to repair one laptop: $99 (needed Windows repaired.) Diagnose one laptop: $0 - irreparable. Cost more to repair than another laptop Costs to repair another laptop - $79 (granddaughters that got malware infection and needed massive cleanup.) I've also purchased a number of products from them and they're great refurbished hardware. I just purchased a used Boxx tower for my husband's birthday. He's going to be VERY happy. :) Cost: $602 (32gb RAM; 180GB SSdrive; 1TB hard drive; 3.4 GHz plus the wireless card.) Try to find that elsewhere for even twice the price.

I was really pleased with the service. They said my keyboard cable had become loose and the securing clip was bent. They reattached the cable to the motherboard and fixed the securing clip. They were professional and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely use them again.

Our whole family uses their services, as do many of our friends and with increasing frequency I am hearing this is the only place each of us would consider using.

The people at Peachtree computers verified that the hard drive was failing, replaced it with a one terabyte hard drive and transferred all the information from the old one to the new one. When I went to pick it up I checked it and the email was now faster than the original speed but images were not coming through. They checked it and found that my Microsoft Outlook was broken and couldn't be uninstalled and reinstalled and also that there were many problems with my operating system. They put a lot of effort into correcting the problems with my operating system which then allowed the failed Outlook to be uninstalled and my original Outlook software to be reinstalled. The system works great now and they didn't charge me for all the work they put into the broken Outlook and operating system problems. All the employees were very helpful and courteous and were willing to do whatever they could to help me.

They fixed the problem and it was ready for pickup on time at a most reasonable price.

The customer service associate helped me pick out the right laptop for me from the large selection they had across multiple price ranges. They added additional memory to achieve the 1TB I was looking for. They also reimaged the new computer in one day for a reasonable fee with information from my old laptop, saving me a ton of time to configure it myself. They were very patient and answered all of my questions. Their service was quick and professional.

I brought in a notebook computer shortly before noon, saying the computer had been freezing and now refused to start. They offered a free diagnostic and called about two hours later, reporting that the bios (software in the operating system) needed fixing. They quoted $19.00 (yes, nineteen dollars) to fix the problem, and performed the fix that afternoon. I picked up the repaired computer the same day after paying the fee as quoted. I was very satisfied with the service provided and the amount they charged.

WONDERFUL - they could have charged us for a virus removal (which we DID NOT NEED). They were HONEST ant told us that we did NOT have a virus and they DID NOT charge us for the diagnosis. The only charge was for increasing the computer's speed, etc.

Over the years, I have used various computer stores & on-site technicians to build my Windows PC's. The work was always done, but the results left something to be desired. Thanks to a listing on Angie's list, I decided to contact Peachtree Computers (Powers Ferry Store). I had the pleasure of speaking with Joe Groves, Service Director. We worked out the details of the computer build & set up an appointment time for Joe to build my computer & install Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. What a Fantastic Experience. Joe definitely exceeded my expectations. This was the best & most thorough computer build that I had ever experienced. From the most obvious detail down to the smallest detail: all done & done perfectly. The turnaround time was excellent & the price was very fair. I want to thank Joe and his support staff for doing such an excellent & fantastic job. I highly recommend that the next time that you need computer work done that you contact Joe.

These guys are great! They are a true Geek Squad without the inflated prices. They gave me realistic estimates over the phone and turned around the repairs in about 24 hours. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Our Mac's hard drive failed, as verified by the Genius's at the Apple store. They would not recover the data or replace the drive and recommended I go to some place like Simply Mac. I went to Simply Mac and was told that they would not recover the data and told me that I would have to either ship the hard drive to a place in California or contact a place in Norcross with essentially banker hours. We have gone to Peachtree Computers for our Non-Mac computers, so I finally went to them in the end. They were able to mirror my drive, upgrade the hard drive size and also upgrade my memory. I dropped it off on Saturday and picked up the computer on Monday!!! They guys here are very professional and explain things to you in layman's terms. I will be going to them for all my computing needs. They have reasonable prices, too.

Was having difficulty getting onto my laptop and kept receiving an error message so I contacted Angie's List for assistance. The concierge Department emailed me and said they found a match with Peachtree Computers who will be contacting me. They called me the same day and I took my laptop in the next day and it was fix the same day. It has been working fine and I have not had any problems at all. I will use them again in the future and will tell all my friends about Peachtree Computers.

The manager Arron/Adam I think, was exceptional. Its rare to get the level of customer service, quality and price that I received at Peachtree Computers. This is my 50th or so review. I can't speak higer of the service I received.

My computer would not start because it could not be powered up with the cord. I called in the morning. They explained process and I took the computer in around noon. At 3 I recieved a call that it was repaired and that I could pick it up. Couldn't have been faster.
