Windows7 All-in-One desktop would not boot due to blue screen page fault error. I googled local computer repair services which turned out to be one man operations which were too busy to help me when I called, and were surprising clueless as to what caused the problem. One guy suggested the RAM could be bad and I might try replacing it. The other guy suggested I order recovery disks from the manufacturer and reinstall everything. Frustrated, I signed up for Angie's List and found Peachtree Computers. I was able to drop off the computer that afternoon and was told it was probably a software problem, and they would get back to me before close of business that day. Later that afternoon, they called back to say they fixed the problem which was caused by a Windows7 update that failed, and that they successfully applied the update. So, same day service, $49, and no lost data or programs to reinstall and configure. I couldn't have hoped for more. As a former IT professional myself, I can tell you these guys were great. I typically don't write reviews, but these guys saved me days of work getting the system back to where it was before the page fault occurred, so the least I could do is spend a few minutes writing a good review. BTW, the work was performed at the Cumberland store.

It was free of charge. They did quite a bit of looking. We ended up leaving a really good tip for the guy because he was very available. He gave me all the information he had. What has happened with my computer was that it was really hacked by some people that I work with. I was looking for evidence that I could present to the police or an attorney. He helped me out a lot. He was very nice. They're very responsive and they're very courteous. They have a lot of expertise. They are very generous with their time. Their evaluations were free. They'll look at your computer for free and tell you what's wrong with it.

The background on this was that the fan was replaced by them about 1 year prior and it failed again. Their official warranty period is 90 days (or less I am not sure) but since the fan failed again... after about 369 days...they only charged for labor and there was no part charge. I thought this was fair.

It went great. I had called three other providers and they didn't return my calls. Phil not only called me back but he sent a message also to respond to my inquiry. He explained the process to me and we made an appt for the same day!! He was on time and the entire process was very easy. My computer is working and it was a breeze. Delightful experience.

Great! Their excellent work in cleaning and re-invigorating my old computer led me to also purchase a refurbished computer from them. The refurbished computer was reasonably priced and works well.

The staff was very helpful and quick!

I was getting error messages and was unable to receive email. They helped me restore my email password, and they ran several checks to find out the problem. I was able to get emails for a day or two, then unable for a few days. They kept working with me over the next few days until my email again worked. They suggested there was a larger Comcast or Google problem, since my computer was fine. It turned out that there was a serious Comcast problem which affected our internet service and email, and which was resolved in the next few weeks by replacing something outside in the community. Peachtree Computers was really honest and helpful. I'd recommend them immediately.

This is one of several times I have used Peachtree Computers to service my computers or fix a smart phone (e.g., replacing the screen on an iPhone). I have always found their service to be excellent, turn-around times very good to excellent, and prices very competitive. They are my "go to" source for these types of services.

Good. I have used them before. While they have tuned my latop, they deleted My adobe photoshop. I contacted Aron. He asked me to stop by again. Given the distanxe, I didn't Go ther e again. I am not sure if he will entertain to fiz if I go there now, since The servixe is performed almost a month baxk. Other than this, all services are done Very professionally in timely manner.
