Service was fast and very reasonable. I had my MacBook Pro Speakers replaced. It cost about $100.00 less than what You Break I Fix quoted over the phone.

Description of Work: Computer was not functioning properly, had software issues that were difficult to discern. I know a little bit about computers, but needed some straight answers. I got those answers, in my own limited language :), AND the computer was repaired like new. Very happy with service, friendliness, punctuality, and results.

Description of Work: Brought in older laptop that had the blue screen of death - needed opinion if salvageable. Very professional staffer (Cameron) outlined the process and any fees. When I returned Cameron said it was not worth repairing and told me about some refurbished laptops that were available. He was knowledgeable and attentive and not at all pushy. I purchased a refurb at a good price and left a very satisfied customer. I will shop there again and would recommend without hesitation.
