It was a very enjoyable experience. I needed significant work done on my .5 acre lot. I submitted my requirements to servicemagic, and within an hour I had a contact and a name. The following day I spoke with the owner, who was straight forward and prompt. I was given a reasonable quote for several independent projects and selected him for the job. The results were great, and the follow up call to make sure that everything was satisfactory was a nice change.
