Great job by Handy Dads, we had them initially remodel our basement and a bathroom. Junior and his guy's were great to work with, they went above and beyond. We liked working with them so much that we had them remodel our kitchen...I didn't even get additional quotes. We also had them smooth out some of our 80's stippled ceilings and they look fantastic! They did a beautiful job with the kitchen, any issues that came up Junior had a solution. Denise was great to work with also and always returned my calls and texts. We have more work in the future and I will defiantly be calling them again!

We used Handy Dad's to finish the storage room in our basement and knock out the load baring wall to add it as square footage to the rest of the basement. They did amazing! They were quick and responsive to all of our inquiries, quoted us a fair price, and their crew did amazing work in a reasonable amount of time. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We used Handy Dad's for a full kitchen renovation and couldn't be happier with the process or results. The quality of the work is excellent. They clearly communicated a schedule, were onsite when they said they would be, and the job didn't go over budget or schedule. The experience was as pain-free as a major renovation can be.

GREAT Experience!!! Extremely satisfied with the work provided by Julio and his team (Ricardo and Jose) at Handy Dad on a master bathroom shower upgrade. Julio was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project - doing all the things a great project manager should. Phenomenal craftsmanship, work areas cleaned daily, and great follow through on every issue lead to hugely successful results. I had never done a major renovation like this before, so I spent time researching this project to give myself basic knowledge of all the required pieces and how they work (plumbing, fixtures, tiling, etc). I think this is important to ensure the success of any project you want to take on. Julio came out to discuss my general ideas on the project and gave me a lot of confidence that this was the right team to choose for the job. I wanted to upgrade the old small dingy fiberglass builder-grade shower with a bigger custom shower with tile + new fixtures + wall niches + frameless glass door. I was able to provide my own material (tile, grout, shower fixtures + valves) and they would handle ALL the rest. The estimate came back in a few days and was more competitive than other companies I had pitched the project to. The payment schedule was agreeable and based on the positive reviews + conversations with Julio I had zero concerns with moving forward. Once I signed the contract they were able to start right away on the project without any delays. Protective covers were laid down in the house to prevent any damage to floors and carpet along the path to the bathroom, and we had a banter out front for all the demo material. The guys did a great job cleaning up space every day. At the end of each day, Julio would check in with me and address any issues and would let me know when the guys would show up the next day. Any time there was a scheduling delay, Julio was always responsive in letting me know what was going on. The end result was better than I could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, and they will be the first call for my next project.

I hired Handy Dads because they were very straight forward. They came over and gave me an estimate including the SQ. FT. of various materials I would have to order. I was able to order the Tile, Fixtures and other details myself, while they brought the rest of the supplies to do the job. They were very professional and Julio was a great project manager. They did (2) bathrooms for me both our master and full hallway bath and both came out stunning!

We hired Handy Dad's to build a Portico over our front entryway to our home. They did an awesome job bringing our vision to life from a picture we shared as an example. It has dramatically improved our curb appeal. Lots of friends and neighbors paying us compliments! Thanks for your hard work!

Hired Handy Dad s to put up drywall in a new bathroom. They got the job done but I had to be on top of them every step of the way. Each day the workers showed up hours after the original said they would arrive, and the project manager never bothered to come back after providing the original estimate. It was up to me to follow up on when the workers would show up and get the work done each day. Also, the drywall was supposed to be painted ready but the mud lines all show through my fresh new paint.

This was my 1st renovation experience,and Nick, Julio and their team were great to work with. They answered all of my questions and did a really great job! I have already recommended them to several people, and I would use them again.

Julio and his team were very professional, on time, and worked hard to get all of our projects done - we had vinyl plank installed in basement, hardwoods installed on 2 floors, new hardwood stairs, finished out the basement...everything done quickly and well! They made sure to answer all of my questions and worked with us every step of the way! We would use Handy Dad's again for sure!

Gary framed out a room, did drywall, installed doors and trim. He did a great job. We are pleased with our room.

I would highly recommend this Contractor. I engaged Handy Dad's on two occasions. The first project was a partial deck replacement and expansion. Nick and Julio arrived at the scheduled appointment date/time and exhibited an extreme amount of patience as I explained my needs. They listened to my requirements, provided additional insights (which articulated their knowledge and experience), and provided a fair quote in a timely fashion. Although the project started a little later than scheduled due to procuring a permit from the City of Roswell, Nick's patience dealing with the City and providing status updates to provide me assurance things were moving along was greatly appreciated. Once the permit was finally procured, the material and dumpster were delivered as scheduled, and his team were promptly onsite to start the project. The crew was well supervised, responsive, and professional. They cleaned up the work site at the end of each day and the end result was a well build deck that adheres to code requirements. The second project was a two car detached garage. I happen to live on a highly visible corner lot and I needed a garage designed and built as if it was always there. Once again, Nick and his Team brought their knowledge, experience, and integrity to make the project a success. From the outset, they laid out a specific plan for the project that met and exceeded my specific needs. There were a couple of instances where Nick utilized subcontractors (Roof & Electrician) and those subcontractors provided quality workmanship. I consider myself a craftsman so I will be conducting the painting of the exterior and installing the custom trim to match the house style (Tudor). Considering Nick and his crew did 95% of the work, I will truly enjoy taking my time finishing it up and taking full credit for it of course.

I highly recommend Handy Dad's Home Remodeling! I can't say enough good things about Nick and his team. They were prompt, affordable, efficient, conscientious, clean, respectful and a pleasure to work with. The screened porch has already become our favorite part of the house! Our neighbor is getting plans together to have Nick's guys do the same for him and his wife. We are already getting HOA approvals for another project to be performed by Handy Dad's Home Remodeling.

They were efficient and reliable. They couldn't get to the site because of their car broke down and called me. Except for that one time, they were on site until it was finished. They had to remove the bathroom floor due to previous shower leaking. A new sub floor was installed, new shower built and all was tiled. They had to be creative for the plumbing on the new vanity, as there was not much room. I had them install a closet in a sitting area of the master bedroom and install hardwood floors in the master and 2 other bedrooms. After about a month, I can find no faults with their work.

Excellent service! Very responsive and knowledgeable. This was my first project with Handy Dad. We needed to replace siding on two sides of the house. They did a good job matching the work that was done on two other sides of the house a couple of years ago. Any concerns we had were addresses promptly and politely. A very positive experience overall.

This was my second project with Handy Dad. This time it was deck repairs which I thought would take me all summer if I did it myself after work and on days off. Julio and helper showed up on promised date and time, brought all necessary supplies and power tools, worked flat out all day, and finished before dark. They had a radio playing but it wasn't loud and bothered neither me nor my neighbors. They cleaned up the area and took the old decking with them. At the end of the day my deck looked like new again.

This company has top notch customer service! Jay ,who repaired the wood around my door which was a mess, was on time, very professional,friendly and went above and beyond. Nick also was extremely helpful in making sure that my needs were met and that I was happy with their service at each interval. Nick delivers excellent customer service which is so important and difficult to find these days. I will definitely use them again.

Handy Dad worked to coordinate several renovation projects (wood floor refinishing, deck staining) at my house and they also did a lot of the work themselves (Painting, install all new light fixtures in the house, install new blinds, baseboard work in garage, etc). Nick was very customer service oriented and Julio was fantastic to work with. One of my issues was getting the work done quickly and they were more than wilingl to accommodate. I felt comfortable enough to have them do a lot of the work while I was out of town. Will definitely use them again.

I hired Handy Dad's for some improvements in my new property. In less than 4 days they managed to change the layout of my kitchen by building a wall and putting down another one, they removed some unwanted cabinets, moved electrical outlets, installed new lighting fixtures, replaced faucets, removed carpets and installed new floors in the living room! All done greatly, handled with care and attention, and finished before the time. They exceeded my expectations in all aspects. I already asked for a quote on some other projects and look forward to working with them again.

Over exceeded my expectations by a long shot. These guys do really great work and I will definitely be calling them in the future.
