 + 0 moreI’ve used their service for other projects. The deck turned out beautifully. It’s a married couple and they’re not as fast as a big team but they do they get the job done and do communicate well on the status of the work. They cleaned up well at the end of each day and arrived on-time each day and if they run into any problems they let you know before proceeding.
Description of Work: They tore down our old deck and installed a new pressure-treated lumber deck. The deck is 12’ by 10.’ Three people completed the work in a week.

 + -1 moreCeph explained what needed to be done and offered options. Once we agreed upon what was to be done he got right to it and finished promptly. The work was performed promptly and I had no reason to believe that it was not successful. The first rain established that the work did not do the job. Sent an eMail requesting a call-back. Received an immediate phone call in return. Re-visit pending. Was supposed to come and attempt to resolve the problem the weekend of the 8-9 of June. No show. No contact. UPDATE: 6/14 - Ceph's wife called on the 13th and made an appointment for 9:00 AM on the 14th. No show - No call. UPDATE: 6/17 - Ceph appeared at the front door - I was not available to answer the door. He handed my wife a check for a full refund and said, "Sorry about the window" and departed. Apparently he decided that he should not have taken on the job in the first place or that the job was more than he could handle. He is to be complimented for following through and providing a full refund. My advice to others is; he should be asked up front if he thinks the work being requested is within his capability. I have every reason to believe that he will give an honest answer.
Description of Work: A large storm window was not installed properly resulting in water getting between the storm window and the main window.

Handier Than Thou was professional, punctual and did a fantastic job. We have found our handyman moving forward. There is no doubt we will ALWAYS turn to them for any repair need.
Description of Work: We had several lighting fixtures hung and a couple of large mirrors. 2 of the lighting fixtures were very large pendant lights.
