Description of Work: I had little black ants outside my house all around. They showed up on time and were very professional. They explained why the ants were there and when the best time to spray. They sprayed all around the outside of the house and the tree areas. The ants live underground and I should spray again in the spring. I will definitely use them again because the ants are gone.

Description of Work: We had been told by someone from a different organization that we had vermin in our attic and basement. We asked Lookout to inspect the attic and basement. The Lookout person (and an Orkin person in a separate visit) found no evidence of vermin. There was no cost for the inspection.

Description of Work: The house that I'm renting had a bedbug infestation. I panicked and called Lookout to come and inspect it and give me as estimate to get rid of the bugs. They came out quickly and went through the entire house with me and did a thorough inspection. Robb didn't pull any punches when he told me everything I would have to do to get ready for his company to come in and eradicate the bugs. He assured me he had seen much worse and that his company could get rid of the bugs. I followed his instructions to the letter and the company came on time. We had to leave the house for the day. To make a long story short, I didn't see any bugs that evening, but as warned, I did see some in the next two weeks. Bradley came back to do an inspection two weeks after the initial treatment. Again, there was a thorough inspection and he didn't find any bugs. I breathed a sigh of relief and put the house to rights and everything got put away. About a month later, I found a live bedbug on the ceiling of my closet and I immediately called Robb and spoke with him about it. He quickly dispatched Bradley to come out to the house and he proceeded to fog the closet. I couldn't go into the bedroom for a few hours after that. And now, two months after that, I feel we are completely bedbug free. Bedbugs are horrible, but this company can take care of them. You have to follow all of their instructions, but if you do, you will become bedbug free. I highly recommend them. They are personable and they know what they are doing. You won't go wrong hiring this company.

Description of Work: I found lookout pest on Angie's list after finding a scorpion in our new home. We had a fog done on the home and detached garage. This was about $200, which I do not think is unreasonable to get rid of scorpions, yuck. I have continued to use Lookout monthly for treatments and have not seen another insect of any kind in my house in the past 6 months.

 + -1 moreArrived on time for both the estimate and service call. Very polite and professional. The quoted estimate was the final price. The inspector/estimator showed me the termite tunnels, explained how the termites lived, and exactly what steps they would do to eradicate the termites. Both the inspector and service man were very patient in answering my questions. I hope I don't have another pest problem but if I do i will call Lookout.

They actually kind of go out of their way to come after we close in the night. That is kind of why our prices are a little higher than a regular monthly service that they do. They do a really good job.
