We are very pleased with Lookout Pest Control. Each time our technician, Chris, has come to our home he has been on time, professional and very thorough. The speed in which they contacted us and scheduled our first appointment was impressive. They were here on time and explained what was going to be done. I misread their website that they had a termite preventative system, but it turns out it was just a treatment protocol. Disappointed that our initial treatment did not qualify for any of the coupons. We have signed up for quarterly treatments. Treatment a week ago, haven't seen any bugs or spiders and the dead scorpions in the basement have stopped appearing.

I am very happy with Lookout Pest Control. We purchased a year contract at $35/month, where Lookout comes once per month to treat the house and monitor for any problems. Monthly treatments always involve spraying the baseboards of the whole house, and setting traps, such as sticky "glue" traps, as needed. Service technician also sometimes uses granules or other pesticides, as needed. In additional to the routine monthly visits, the contract price includes "emergency" visits at no extra charge. We haven't had to call in an "emergency," but it's nice to know that if we suddenly had an ant problem or roach problem, etc., we could get quick treatment. Our monthly technician is very friendly, and on time. Last month he told us that if we raised all the blinds and moved furniture away from the windows, he would spray around all the window frames next time he came, which we appreciate.

The cost was less than I expected. My neighbor had the same issue but hired another company and paid at least $200 more. I was so pleased with them that I’ve hired them for annual services. I called several companies and didn’t get a response. Lookout is reliable and they are great!

He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Unfortunately, due to lack of access to concrete slab due to remodel, I could not have their termidor treatment. Even though i was not going to use Lookout he went out of his way to explain everything to me and even gave me contact info for three other exterminators to call for a different type treatment. I would definitely recommend Lookout and plan to use them for other services.

Prompt and effective service as advertised at lower cost than another company's estimate, but didn't plug holes drilled in masonry with mortar as they promised; just plugged them with unsightly plastic stoppers.

We moved into our house the first of June. We soon found there was a problem with camel crickets. I was planning to look for an exterminator when we discovered bats in our eaves. I now needed an exterminator that would take care of both problems. They responded quickly. They were very pleasant to work with. I now have regular service with them.

My son was being bitten by something at night. He would wake up with many bites every morning on his neck, arms, legs etc. We thought that we might have bed bugs from a mattress given to us by a friend. Needless to say I freaked out and began to research everything I could about bed bugs. Conclusion: They are VERY hard to eradicate. I researched pest control company's in the area and Lookout Mtn Pest Control is one of the ONLY companies in our area that specializes in bed bugs. I called one afternoon, and the receptionist was polite and professional. She scheduled an appointment for someone to come out first thing the next morning. One of the owner's, Rob, came out and was professional, prompt, and listened to what I had to say. He did an inspection of the room, baseboards, and bed, and did not find a bed bug or evidence of any bed bugs at all. However, he saw from the bite marks on my son that something was biting him, but he was fairly certain it was not bed bugs. A few days later, we found out he was correct. It ended up being fleas, and we took care of them ourselves. However, I was very impressed with Rob, and his company. They know what they are doing and what they are looking for when it comes to bed bugs,because they specialize in them. If I, or any of my friends, ever discovers bed bugs (and I surely hope we never do!)... I would recommend Lookout Pest Control in a heartbeat.

Chad arrived on time for the appointment and did a thorough inspection of the premises we are about to purchase. After inspecting the premises and providing the home with a clean termite letter, he took time to explain the Companies other products and I was given brochures and pricing on each. There was no pressure whatsoever and Chad was very professional and polite

Lookout Pest Control was professional and performed termite treatment service in timely manner. We chose this company because of favorable reviews on Angie's List, and also because they are a locally owned and operated family business. We felt the price was reasonable and will continue to use this company in the future.

One of the owners came to inspect and give me the estimate. His father started the company approx. 30 years ago. It was obvious from his analysis of our problem that he was very knowledgeable and had a wealth of experience. The treatment plan he outlined was very thorough and involved a lot of drilling. He reflected pride in his company in that if they were going to treat our problem they wanted to be sure it was effective. The man who came to do the work was very polite but all about getting his work done. The owner/estimator also showed up and was involved in the work for awhile. Since the treatment plan involved a lot of drilling, there was also a lot of patching holes involved. This was done well, even matching the brick mortar color and the clean-up was very thorough.

It went well. It was the first time I had used them. They were prompt.

My wife had been getting a number of bites for quite some time. Since the bites seemed to show up in the morning after we got up and were in sets of three, we concluded that they were bed bugs. We tried treating for them our selves for several weeks, but without luck. So we called this company. They sent out Chad Haney. He performed a thorough inspection,including a detailed explanation of what he was looking for. He also looked at my wife's bites and said that they were severe enough to be sure that, if we had bedbugs, they would show up in the inspection. However, he could find no sign of the bugs. He couldn't tell us what was causing the bites, but suggested it was coming from the yard or the woods when we went hiking. For this reason, he declined to quote us for service. He could have sold us a treatment and we wouldn't have known the difference, but he was too professional to do that. I will use this service in the future if I need any exterminating work.

I like them because they do a good job, they are always on time and they don't keep you waiting.

I get a warranty with the annual inspection. They are most excellent. I've used them for years and I would highly recommend them. Their prices are competitive but I don't know what the current market is. They are reasonable. They are johnny-on-the-spot. If I have any problems during the middle of the month, they will come out. They always call ahead and tell me they are coming. They get here within that time. They are very professional and very courteous. I wouldn't use anybody else.

I called to schedule a termite inspection with very little time to have it performed. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was more than willing to schedule at my convenience. It was an overall great experience and all went well.
