Description of Work: Bought a 60’s house and discovered that very little under the house was up to code. Crawlspace too narrow, no girder beam, floor support beams weren’t adequate size, trunk line was sitting on ground, etc . John, Seth, and the rest of the crew did a great job digging out the crawlspace, installing girder beam, (and appropriately sized support beams) wrapping and elevating the trunk line, laying down moisture barrier, laying subfloor and a great looking LVP. Communication was good and the price was more than fair. The biggest endorsement I can give them is that I’m already trying to book them for sink, faucet, toilet, and eventually a French drain! They are friendly, professional, and highly skilled. Hire them with the upmost confidence that your job will be done right. They have earned my thanks and my future business.

Description of Work: I needed estimate on having linoleum put in my den and kitchen to replace the old tile. He made two appointments and never showed up and never called. This was several weeks ago and to this date has still never called, This tells me I really didn't want to hire him anyway. Very undependable.

Description of Work: I contacted the contractors through Angieslist, in which they informed me that they would like to go ahead and set up an appointment. I was then told that I would be called by one of their representatives to discuss a time and date. Since then, almost an entire month later no one has tried to contact me about setting up a time.

They did a GREAT job on our bedroom floor; it is absolutely beautiful, down to the smallest details, and the workmanship is excellent. They arrived as scheduled, they finished the work as scheduled, and they left behind no mess. We could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Complete Flooring Service, and will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Called Complete Flooring and spoke with Jon. He told me they would be in contact with me within the hour. I was able to schedule the job immediately. They were very prompt (at 8:00am) the next morning. Had all the tools to install the vinyl flooring I had purchased. Did a professional job. Very pleased. Would definitely use them again.

+ 1 moreIt went beautifully! The guys were prompt and helpful, and they went out of their way to tidy up afterward - even loading the leftover wood (which I opted to keep) up into the attic for me. The end result is absolute perfection, and we simply could not be happier!
Description of Work: Removed and carted away some truly awful carpet and disco-parquet in the back 1/3 of our house, removed several layers of flooring/subflooring; replaced the whole with lovely oak to match the rest of the house.

+ 4 moreWe remodeled our kitchen and updated the flooring in our den. Complete Flooring Services provided much of the labor for our project and we are so pleased with the results. In the beginning, Jon went above and beyond in helping us find exactly the floor we wanted. The workers showed up on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves. Communication was A+, if he couldn't take my call he returned it within a few minutes. Jon and his team were a pleasure to work with, we'd recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Removed old floor and installed hardwood flooring in our kitchen and den; moved electrical outlets and wired new outlets, under-cabinet lights and sink light; removed back-splash and replaced with new drywall.

+ 0 moreIt was perfect. They came early in the morning, and they stayed till the afternoon. They did not leave us in the day like some of them do. He was just a really nice guy, and his helpers were too. We were really pleased with the work. He was very reasonable. We thought the price was a fair amount for all that we had done because we had talked to others, and it was going to be way more than what he had quoted us. We were really pleased with him. They cleaned up after themselves. They did not track inside the house. They were very careful. Sometimes, when they were working, it was raining. They were very careful about wiping their feet and all that stuff. We could not have gotten anybody any better. We would most definitely use them again when we have something else to commit, and I also have recommended him to others that have asked who did out work.
Description of Work: We had floors put in our kitchen, sun room and utility room by Complete Flooring Service. They also took up some carpet and redid that.
