John was a pleasure to work with regards to material selection, sending a quote, and explaining the product, installation, warranty, etc. The price was beyond reasonable and the installers showed up on time, were courteous, efficient, etc. They worked quickly, without sacrificing quality, and finished a large space in one day. I'm so pleased with them. I've asked them to do the main floor of my house as well.

Our new sunroom addition created a real opportunity for Jon to excel because the new addition simply adjoined to the existing exterior vinyl siding. Jon had to come up with an "outside the box" solution for creating a baseboard transition that would work and look good. He created a custom trim solution (complete with a custom stain finish) that looks great. His installation crew was polite, efficient, and cleaned up after they were done. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with Complete Flooring.

This company did a really great job for us. We bought a house with some really challenging flooring issues, plus we lived 12 hours away. John and his crew were very professional. He handled the challenges in a very reassuring manner and kept us up to date on everything that was done. We had a strict move-in date, and he worked with us to complete the job on schedule. We have since moved in and are completely happy with the job because it was on schedule, on budget and awesome. His work has changed the looks of our house!

Excellent work and they even moved a huge wall unit in the office that normally required disassembling because of it being 3 pieces, but they did it without a problem. The work was on time, professional and spot on. I am going to call back in a couple of months to do my master bedroom to match in hardwood. Prices were very good, and I had 3 other estimates, but they beat those prices by 15%. I am totally and pleasingly surprised and thankful!!! See you guys in the springtime if we do the MBR!!

Excellent process from start to finish. Great communication throughout. Workers were polite and punctual. The only recommendation I would make is to have the installers place baseboards last. Ours were placed prior to staining, so now we have to prime in addition to painting.

They were very nice and professional. Two men showed up on time. Job was well done. Price was very good. The correspondence back and forth prior to the job was prompt and always reciprocated. It is so nice to find a good contractor.

Jon was great working with us to help us figure out what we wanted in wood flooring. He was super responsive with phone calls and conscientious about the work. His workers were courteous and did an excellent job on the removal and install. We are very happy with the floors and are having them replace some additional flooring soon.

From the start, Complete Flooring was punctual, open, honest, and extremely helpful. We were a little undecided with what stain to go back with on the hardwood, as well as what kind of vinyl to lay in the kitchen - they were able to offer advice and insight based on what we described for them as our end goal with the rooms. They were very straightforward with their quote, as well as communicating expectations and a project outline. Once we agreed, there was no stopping them - they go in and got to work quickly! They also checked up with us upon completion to make sure that we were 100% satisfied, and that everything turned out as we hoped - and it definitely did. The floors look amazing, and the vinyl is a perfect fit. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

Daniel and his crew worked for almost a week. He described the work up front, gave me a good quote and then delivered exactly as described. His crews always arrived on time and were professional the entire time they were here. When my wife and I weren't sure which stain to choose, he put three large samples on the floor, and left it overnight to help us make the right decision. I cannot be more thrilled with the results. The stain looks great and the finish is perfect. Strongly recommend.

I found this company through Angie's List. Jon was extremely professional, returned my call promptly and asked the right questions to ensure he was completely prepared for the meeting at my condo. He talked me through potential problems associated with submitting estimates to insurance companies and answered all of my many questions thoroughly and accurately. I needed the work to be completed quickly once I came to an agreement with the insurance company, so Jon set up the team and started the materials order before I was even approved. The carpet I had selected was delayed from the manufacturer, so Jon came back again with all of his samples and helped me narrow down the choices to a similar (and better) style. Once he had the materials they worked over the holiday week so I could move in on Thanksgiving. I would recommend these folks to my family and have already recommended them to friends and coworkers. Couldn't be happier. Installers Ryan, Beaver & Wendell were professional and personable, and treated the projects as they would their own homes. Finished product is beautiful.

John called the next day and sent one of his crew out the following morning to evaluate our job. Damon arrived at the agreed time and gave me a quote. Not only were he and Cody able to begin that day, but John was able to assist us in locating a 16 foot roll of vinyl at a discounted price that would allow us to have a seamless floor. Damon and Cody proceeded to tear out the remainder of the old floor, repair the subfloor, cover the subfloor with Luan, and install the new vinyl complete with quarter round molding and door thresholds, all in a little over 2 days--amazing!! These guys are pros, they conduct themselves as such, and it shows in their work. Being able to do the job immediately (bailing me out and possibly curing me of most of my DIY tendencies), and completing a very labor intensive job at a very reasonable price was over and above what I expected. They are my new go-to flooring guys. Thank you for service above and beyond the norm.

Daniel and the Complete Flooring crew did an excellent job on my floors! There were several eyesore spots due to pet stains and traffic wear and tear, but now you would never know any of those were there.

My floor in my mother in law suite looks way better than the floor in my home that John didn't do. Wish I had him do the refinish on my house a few years back. Highly recommended!

Skip showed up on time and got to work immediately. He did a good job. He came in at 8am and was finished by 3pm. Everything fits perfectly and the stairs look great.

Did an absolutely amazing job refinishing steps and existing floor in upstairs and installing new hardwood floor in kitchen. Daniel showed me where the new kitchen floor stopped and transitioned into existing floor. So seamless, I couldn't tell where one stopped and the other started. I can't recommend them highly enough. From our initial meeting with Jon Whitlock, we knew that he was the contractor for us. I contacted 3 different companies prior to selecting Custom Flooring and Jon was, by far, the best of the bunch. He brought the showroom to us and came with more samples than we could have expected. He took the time to explain the various materials and benefits and drawbacks of each in detail. He was prompt for our original appointment, and throughout the job he was always accessible for questions. We had originally planned to only replace the carpet in our living room, dining room and foyer with hardwood, but, we ended up also replacing the carpet in the bedrooms and installing new vinyl flooring in the bathrooms. The results turned out beautiful - it's like we have a brand new house!! The Custom Flooring installation crews are first rate! They are professional, courteous, helpful and a pleasure to have in our home. They showed up when they told us they would and worked hard all day. These guys knocked it out of the park. We are in the process of selling our house and had brand new hardwood installed by a different contractor right before we listed it. After the inspection but before we closed, the hardwood started buckling severely. Our buyers saw it, freaked out, and almost backed out of the contract. We found Complete Flooring on Angie?s List and called them in a panic. They came out the same day we called to assess the problem and were able to determine it was caused by improper installation from our prior contractor (they did not leave an expansion gap). Jon and his team worked really hard to help us find replacement wood and even worked a weekend to get everything fixed before our appraisal the following week. They communicated extremely well throughout the process, sending us pictures of the work along the way, and always answering/returning my calls promptly. The repaired hardwood looks as good as new now, and we will be able to close as planned. They helped us out of a very sticky situation, and I would definitely use them again.
