Description of Work: Extremely impressed with the customer focus of this company. the owner Mike Fennell responded following day when I inquired about an estimate for landscape lighting (thru Angies list). Made an appointment during the 1st call to come for review. Pricing was competitive and Mike indicated we have a 100% guarantee of satisfaction and would not have to pay anything until we were completely. on installation day Mike came with his crew and provided instructions. crew led by Jeff was very efficient and courteous. after job was completed we and we saw lighting effects on the house we wanted several adjustments. when I called Mike he was very accommodating and indicated would get a crew out asap...which he did. this time Jeff came at night to see what we were interested and did what we wanted...Jeff is a top notch technician and is also very customer centric. per Mike Fennell original promise we had not paid a dime to this point. we are completely satisfied with the quality of products and workmanship exhibited by Landscape Lighting Systems. Description of Work: Installed low voltage LED uplighting on trees and on my home. They clearly discussed the different options and were very knowledgeable. Their crew was fast and effective when they came out. The owner was there to start the project and direct the team. A very subtle and professional impact on my home-- it looks warm and inviting now, not lit like a WWII prison camp like some many half baked installations around town. Very competitive on price too!

Description of Work: Mike was lightning-fast in his response time. He provided a timely quote at a reasonable price. The work was performed on-time and for the quoted price. He called back after the install to double check on everything. I have no hesitation recommending him to others and I will certainly use his company when we expand our existing system.

Description of Work: Did low-voltage lighting for a new landscape installation in my backyard. Was and continues to be responsive to my needs. The prices are approximately $200/light installed, but the quality of the materials used is high. This company also did some lighting of a path and uplighting of a tree in my front yard two years earlier. Mike is easy to work with and very accommodating when it comes to getting the effect you want even if it means changing out lights. He always calls back promptly and is very prompt with service calls when a bulb goes out.

From the start, in his return phone call within 30 minutes, I knew I found the right company to do professionally installed outdoor lighting for my home. This is a project that I wanted to have done for over five years and having Mike and his team do it, and have several of my neighbors come up to me and ask me for Mike's number just confirm for me that I got the look that I wanted for a very reasonable price.
