It was EXCELLENT! The work was first rate. We came in on budget from the quotation AND the vendor threw in an extra light fixture. This was a WIN all the way around. The work is excellent and our homeowners are loving the way it looks. We'll use Landscape Lighting Systems for the rest of our lighting needs in the future. Super folks to work with as well. Kept the HOA manager and the Board informed as well as the townhome maintenance staff. Wonderful coordination and reporting. Great job and finished on time as promised.

This company is very good, did what they said and then some, and charged a very fair price. Any issues (extra fixtures, bulbs not working, etc.) were dealt with usually the same day. I think these guys are great. Highly recommend.

They did a great job on the initial response, installation, and overall concept. I like the amount of lighting the end result produces. My husband would like a little more light. We had a tree fall and some of the lighting had to be replaced. This is where the service got a little shaky. I think there had been some personal changes which caused response time and follow through to not be good. The lighting did get fixed but we were never able to discuss the possibility of adding additional lighting to get a result closer to what my husband would like. In all fairness to the company, after the process of getting the damaged lighting replaced, we didn't pursue the additional lighting with any urgency.

Very professional and responsive. Spent a couple of nights getting it right even in the rain. Did stair lighting tree lighting and general landscaping. If you have high expectations, he will meet them

Everyone involved was so professional and punctual. The work they did was absolutely amazing. Our neighbors immediately noticed and called us for their number. We highly recommend Mike and his team. Sean was the lead on site and was excellent to work with.

Process couldn't have gone smoother. Mike and his team were able to come out within a week of contacting them and had everything set up in half a day. After seeing the installed product we decided to add some additional lights and tweak a couple things. Mike and his team came back 3 times to make sure the project was exactly what we wanted. I would recommend this company for their service, quality, value and friendliness.

But we used another company because they combine Irrigation repairs cost and Landscape Lighting cost at a better total cost for us...We had planned to use Mike as we were very impressed with Mike and his company's products....We will use him another time for sure!!! We would TOTALLY recommend him!!!

I contacted Mike who returned my call the same day, and he was on site quickly to provide an estimate that matched my schedule. His estimate was very competitive with the other estimates I received. The work was scheduled within the week. His repair people were very polite, helpful and on time. I would highly recommend Mike and his firm.

The technician arrived EXACTLY on time. Was polite, and thorough. Would absolutely recommend this company! Especially after dealing with another company that never returned calls, never showed up, etc...... So refreshing to see a company that takes pride in its customer service!

I can't tell you how impressed I was from start to finish with the project. The owner (Tom) called me back within just an hour of my inquiry. He then showed up the next day and scanned the yard quickly and made great recommendations and were extremely prompt and professional in the installation. The team did a great job and there wasn't a speck of trash or debris left behind. I would highly recommend Tom and Landscape Lighting Systems. The end result is excellent.

Mike was very responsive and listened to my needs and timeline. Explained the process and what I could expect. He had valuable advice and recommendations. He made arrangements to accommodate a special installation as a new porch was being installed. The team showed up as planned and completed the work efficiently. The wiring to the lighting is invisible, with little to no evidence that they had worked through my garden and waterfalls. Mike and his team leader Jeff kept me informed and gave me options along the way. They followed up within two days to see if I was pleased. I asked for a few add ons and minor adjustments. Within a day or two they completed the follow up work and again followed up to ask if I was pleased. I had two parties at my house since they installed the lighting. My 50 plus guest were impressed with the new lights and of course I was happy to to tell them about my experience with Landscape Lighting's crew.

I could not have been more pleased with responsiveness and professionalism of Mike and his crew. The final result was fantastic. I sent Mike an initial email inquiry on Sunday night. Mike called me Monday morning and met me at my house that afternoon. Could not have been more professional and friendly. He walked my yard with me and made numerous suggestions for replacing my current system. We replaced a current system that had stopped working with new lighting across the front and back yards. Mike also suggested path lights on several paths/steps in my back yard to include deck lighting. He also suggested a pool feature that is beautiful. His crew showed up exactly when he said they would and were as friendly, professional and competent as Mike was. Work was performed on time and exactly as Mike had proposed. End result is terrific. Mike asked for no money upfront and all communication along the way was timely. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with an interest in landscape lighting. Price for the system and work performed was very fair. I could not have been more pleased nor could I recommend this company any more highly.

AWESOME experience! I contacted Mike via Angie's list and, the following morning I received a call from him. We proceeded to schedule a time for him to come out and view my home. To say that he was punctual, would be an understatement! Mike was on time and full of energy. It was clearly evident that he believed in providing exceptional customer service and took care to listen to my desires- as they related to the lighting for the front of my home. At one point, I made a request that Mike felt may or may not give me the desired outcome but- he said that he'd go ahead and install it. He went on to say that, if I wasn't happy- he'd come back out and make changes/adjustments. Those were not empty promises- because he did just that! I am extremely pleased with every part of my experience. I needed the project to be complete in a short period of time. I was throwing a big party. I called several contractors including one recommended by a friend. Mike Fennell was the only provider with a solution for my completed stoned pool area that was not previously wired for lighting. He and his installers gave me a creative design and a quote within 24 hours and worked extremely hard to complete the project in two days. The pricing was in line with what I received from other lighting companies, but he provided more lights and a better design. There are very few providers in any field that have impressed me as much.

These people are phenomenal! They exceeded all of my expectations: 1. Came the day after I called; 2. Were polite and cleaned up afterwards; 3. Knew exactly what to do and had the hardware they needed with them; 4. Had my system back working great in about an hour; 5. Charged a very reasonable amount. I highly recommend them and plan to use them exclusively from now on.

I had reached out to several different companies for quotes on landscape lighting and they varied greatly. Landscape Lighting Systems quoted me the same fixtures (Copper Moon Lighting) as some of their competitors but the complete installed price was much more competitive. I installed new lights as part of a bigger landscape project and by the time I was ready to purchase this system I was extremely tired of working with contractors and really didn't want to spend any more money than the original quote. When I met with them to go over the details they actually suggested removing a couple of lights in the front which brought a welcomed decrease in the cost. It is always great to work with someone who doesn't do what will make them the most money but does what is best for you. After we agreed on the placement the lights they were installed within a couple of hours. The crew cleaned up their mess and it looked like they had never been there. The lights look great. They also offer a 10 year transferable warranty on the fixtures and installation. I wanted a higher wattage bulb in one light and requested that a couple of lights be adjusted and they did so without any charge. They were extremely easy to work with and I felt like I got a great value. I highly recommend.
