 + -1 moreI was impressed when Tony showed up although he was late, but he did call before hand to say he would be later. He explained what they would do and that it was a lifetime warranty. Two days before the appointment to do the actual work, the office called to confirm the appointment. The time and date were set, I arranged a family member to be there for the crew. During a break on a very busy work day with clients, I saw that I had 4 messages from the company. When I returned the call she was calling to confirm again. Her crew showed up two and a half hours late! The work was completed as per work order. I then started receiving calls in the afternoon asking about payment. 5 calls to be precise. They never invoiced me but wanted payment upon completion. That was never said beforehand. They insisted on picking the check up the next day. They picked up the check promised to call the next week and we never have heard back from them!
Description of Work: Reinforced the house to keep rodents out. Sealed up holes in attic and foundation. Used foam spray to seal cracks and seals and added a one way door so animals could get out but not back in. They also put rat traps in the attic spaces.
