There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. There was a little trouble with scheduling. They were helpful and conscientious in wanting to reschedule. One man came for the work and he arrived on time. He completed the work between an hour to an hour and a half. They did a good job.

Derrick was on time and very professional. He did an outstanding job on my home. It looks like a new home. I am very pleased. I will recommend him to my friends.

Derick was very polite and considerate. When he was unable to make the original appointment, he called and we arranged another date. The weather was not uncooperative, so another date was scheduled. He was in constant with me regarding the schedule. I appreciated his diligence. His work was very good. He called the evening after he had completed the work to check on my opinion of the work. I would recommend Derick's work to others.

Derrick arrived at the appointed time. We walked through the scope of work to be completed and the agreed price. Upon, completion, we walked around to house to observe/inspect the completed work. Derrick was very courteous and professional through the entire process.

They ended up not being able to come out the original day we scheduled. My husband wasn’t satisfied with his interaction with them and there were some areas they could have cleaned better. The Big Deal price was for a two-story home up to 1,300 square feet. Our home is considered 3 stories in the back. When they saw the size of the house they wanted to double the cost and that didn’t even include the back porch and deck. They quoted us $95 for the deck, but weren’t able to do the work because they had another scheduled appointment after that. Overall, the work itself was fine, although they could have been a little more thorough. Our house hadn’t been cleaned in a while so it was a more difficult job. The individuals representing the company were very nice.

Derrick showed up as scheduled and after agreeing on a price he got to work, I must say that I am impressed with his service a job well done and I will be using his servies in the future.

Owner was prompt, professional, helpful, and friendly. He did a wonderful job cleaning our home, including a porch and sidewalk. Will definitely use again, and will recommend his company.

Derrick gave us an estimate and kept to that price. Derrick called to let us know when he would arrive. He was prompt. He did a great job on the pressure washing and left no mess or overspray.

Four Star Pressure Washing did an excellent job pressure washing the outside of the gutters and fascia board around my home. Derrick returned my call promptly. He was very considerate of my request to have the job done quickly in order for me to arrange to have these items painted before the weather gets cold - he arranged to do the job on a Sunday. In addition, he paid attention to my concern about not staining my light colored brick with the cleaning solution by taking special precautions. He and another worker worked very hard pressure washing and hand scrubbing the gutters which were very dirty. I would hire them again.

They set up an appointment within a week. He came out with a helper and he advised that one side of the house was going to take extra effort and he priced it accordingly. I agreed and they did a very good job.

He was very good. I had to leave a voicemail, but my call was returned. He's very courteous, and appeared to be very competent. He was training someone. He was well-groomed and pleasant. Cost was approx. 150 dollars less than another estimate. I was very pleased and comfortable with his timeliness and professionalism.

COMPANY IS PROFESSIONAL, USED NO HARSH CHEMICALS, VERY CLEAN, DONE IN A TIMELY MANOR, ON TIME. EMPLOYEES WERE KIND AND COURTEOUS. WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR BIGGER JOBS
